Duties
Some of the duties you will perform are:
Create and maintain current and future state data architectures. Define and manage standards, guidelines and processes to ensure data quality. Ensure technology solutions are in alignment with data architecture principles and future state. Oversee end-to-end data life cycle management activities.- Ensure that all data objects required by the database(s) are accurately defined and represented at the level warranted based on data model type.

Define and manage the WSLCB Cyber Security Program.
- Align WSLCB security initiatives with business objectives and ensure that IT assets and customer data are adequately protected.
- Establish, implement, audit and analyze security-related policies in compliance with WSLCB, Consolidated Technology Solutions (WaTech) and industry standards (e.g. Center for Internet Security).

- Conduct internal security audits and implement corrective actions in accordance with approved procedure. Facilitate audits of third-party commercial software providers that are integrated with WSLCB systems. Manage collection of required documentation and systems to confirm compliance status when requested.
- Execute penetration testing at least annually and as new or modified applications are released to identify issues for remediation.
- Conduct vulnerability analysis of information systems and interpret results using industry accepted tools and practices to ensure information systems are maintained in a high-state of security and hardened again common exploits.
- Design, implement and maintain complex processes to detect network and computer anomalies related to malicious behavior. Analyze complex data generated by the security logging systems to detect intrusion, contamination, exploitation, unauthorized behavior and other malicious indicators of compromise against agency’s information systems.
- Perform simple to complex forensic analysis of compromised systems to determine scale and scope of exploitation.

The Opportunity:
We are a smaller agency (currently around 275 employees) and the Information Technology Services (ITS) Unit is a mighty team of 12 employees, plus the Chief Information Officer. This position directly contributes to the mission of OAH by performing software related services in support of enterprise-wide initiatives to engage our internal customers, referring agencies, and parties involved in the appeals process, such as citizens, businesses, and representatives from government agencies.
This position assists ITS by providing the agency with industry standard and expert class software development services. These services allow the Agency to meet their software analysis, design, and development needs. While performing these services, this IT Application Developer advances the agency’s vision by providing trustworthy decisions during the Software Development Life Cycle, by completing work on or ahead of schedule with minimum rework, and by delivering testable and maintainable software thus, ensuring reliable and predictable investments in durable solutions.
Using industry standard Software Development Life Cycle processes and development tool sets, the individual captures requirements by developing an effective dialog through three points of contact including the Chief Information Officer, Applications/Data Architect, and Business Analyst. Anchored by these three points of contact, the incumbent continually monitors that the current business scope and vision of each is consistent at the detail level as the individual develops the technical and architectural vision communicated by the Architect.
When gaps or inconsistencies are observed in the workflow, data, business understanding, or scope of action and outcome, the individual appropriately communicates concerns and details to the three points of contact. Such communication results in feedback, adjustment and correction to the Charter and Project scope artifacts. The individual in this position generally works independently and creatively to express the desired end result. The individual in this position monitors and complies with state and agency policies regarding behavior, security, and policy interactions while adapting to an evolving landscape of priority and technology. This position investigates, evaluates appropriate technologies, designs, prototypes, develops, maintains, and deploys public facing and internal data, web and windows software services solutions to fulfill evolving business workflow needs.
Using industry standard Software Development Life Cycle processes the individual will integrate or replace legacy technology currently in place with modern, stable and efficient development tool sets as required. The skills of this individual must rapidly assimilate and evolve into new software languages, tools and architectural paradigms as legacy technology is phased out and new technology is introduced.

The Senior Community Development Specialist (First Source) will:
Employer Outreach and Engagement:
- Identify and engage employers that are subject to the non-construction First Source Hiring Program including and not limited to Public Departments, Cannabis, Commercial End Use, inform them of their obligations in meeting their good faith efforts under Chapter 83 of the City’s Administrative, and present workforce programs and services that they may benefit from
- Promote qualified OEWD’s candidates to the non-construction First Source Hiring Program employers, manage the hiring process, and work with OEWD and contracted agencies to ensure the timely referral of candidates to employers
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with OEWD’s partners in order to represent workforce services to the business community
- Plan, organize, and conduct/participate in the non-construction First Source Hiring Program meetings and events
- Promote the OEWD’s database systems to the employers and support them in successfully meeting non-construction First Source hiring goals
- As required by Federal regulations, collect data and prepare a wide variety of reports, memoranda and correspondence related to the non-construction First Source Hiring Program activities

Develop, Implement and Maintain an Outcome-Driven IT Project Management Program.- Identify IT project goals and objectives to ensure delivery of expected results can be both achieved and sustained ongoing, including any trade-off decisions that may be required.
- Identify risks and issues, including facilitation of discussions to remove obstacles, mitigate or remove risks. Escalate when appropriate.
- Use Microsoft Project to create detailed implementation plan(s) to reflect the sequence and dependencies of project milestones and activities necessary to meet defined project goals and objectives.
- Use Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) to break project milestones and activities down to the task level, including resource estimates and actuals.
- Track, allocate and optimize project resource utilization throughout the agency.
- Identify projects that are dependent on each other, and reduce inefficiencies or redundancies that prevent maximum resource utilization across the portfolio.
- Develop, implement and maintain a tool for tracking the business value of IT projects across the portfolio. Collect, analyze and report IT project data across the portfolio.

Duties and Responsibilities
The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will support the Talent Acquisition Manager and HR Department in all or part of the following areas:
- Execute, support, and help develop effective hiring strategies
- Recruit on a variety of requisitions, including but not limited to manufacturing, corporate support, and sales
- Handling multiple requisitions simultaneously including multiple high-volume requisitions and Senior Manager - Executive level
- Communicate professionally with high level stakeholders in real time throughout entire requisition life-cycle
- Communicate with a variety of stakeholders in multiple states, across multiple time zones daily
- Sourcing and screening functions to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
- Communicating and tactfully negotiating pay & delivering employment offers to candidates
- Deliver dynamic and authentic candidate experiences
- Look for ways to assist employees with their development
- Assist in planning job fairs, career days, etc.
- Participating in company activities
- Additional duties as needed
Qualifications
- BA/BSc degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field preferred
- 5-7 years' experience as a full-cycle Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist
- Experience with recruiting/talent acquisition in manufacturing or directly relatable industries
- Experience executing TA strategies and fulfilling requisitions, both high volume requisitions and Senior - Executive level requisitions
- A passion for dynamic and authentic talent acquisition, with a belief and understanding of how talent acquisition directly impacts a company's success
- Experience in a fast-paced and ever evolving environment where flexibility is essential
- A personal belief in accountability, collaboration, equity, & inclusion
- Experience handling requisitions across multiple states and time zones (preferred)
- Proven success handling varying levels of requisitions; entry level - senior management
- Experience with Google applications (Gmail, Google Docs, etc.), MS Office, Job Boards, & Slack (preferred)
- Experience executing direct sourcing strategies via LinkedIn and other AIRS tactics
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written
- Strong problem solving, critical thinking, organizational, and documentation skills
- Possess an active Oregon Liquor Control Commission (“OLCC”) marijuana worker permit (can acquire)
- State regulations require all applicants must be 21 years of age or older

The Role:
GTI is seeking a Senior Quality and Compliance Specialist to join our cultivation facility. As a Senior Quality and Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for executing operational quality and compliance related activities at the facility associated with sampling and inspection of incoming material, in process, and finished products, documentation control, quality event investigation, compliance, and audit. This position will also help ensure products are being produced in a manner that meets all specifications and brand consistency. You will also assist in identifying potential quality risks and working with operations personnel to develop improvement opportunities. Uses experience and knowledge to influence processes, standards, and plans to improve compliance with internal and external standards.
Responsibilities
- Establish and performs incoming, in-process, and finished product sampling and inspection.
- Reviews in-process batch documentation, logbooks, test results, and good documentation practices.
- Oversee all internal SOPs and ensure that they are implemented and maintained for compliance with all Federal and State regulatory requirements.
- Lead or assist site documentation control system. Ensure harmonization of 1GTI quality system.
- Facilitate or lead State regulatory and/or 3rd party site inspections. Responsible for the tracking of any observation to closure and correspondence with State inspectors.
- Monitor site’s compliance to GTI corporate Quality System.
- Perform weekly internal audit to monitor site’s compliance activities to State regulations
- Segregation, control and disposition of non-conforming product.
- Identify, recommend and perform quality training as needed.
- Ensure maintenance and control of production quality records.
- Assist production personnel in the investigation of root causes and corrective action of internal rejects, corrective/preventive action, out of control SPC points, and customer complaints.
- Continually study the existing systems using quality tools to analyze production costs and non-value added activities and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Identify needs for SPC and statistical studies and perform as necessary.
- Continually study the existing quality system and make recommendations for improvements.
- Perform improvement projects as identified.
- Writes QMS documents, including routing and/or approval of change request packages, as requested.
- Collect quality data and report metrics to management.
- Monitors compliance to established Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years’ experience or Associate Degree with 5+ years’ experience in quality role.

Prior experience in regulated industry in healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceutical, consumer packaged goods (food), or cannabis.
- Highly desirable: FDA, GMP, SQF, and/or HACCP experience.
- Strong experience with product sampling and inspection.
- Possess analytical abilities, technical writing ability and comprehensive understanding of quality toolbox (SPC, 8D root cause analysis, control and inspection standards, basic statistics, etc.)
- Prior experience in regulatory agency audits and correspondence.
- Ability to follow written procedures and monitor others for adherence to written procedures.
- Ability to create or update written procedures with site operations personnel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Utilizes critical thinking to troubleshoot issues, work collaboratively with a team to brainstorm solutions, and implement improvement solutions.
- Must understand and comply with the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of GTI.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills as well as coaching skills.
- Demonstrated competence to work and communicate effectively with all levels in the organization.
- Open-minded self-starter with the ability to adapt and problem solve, as well manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Understanding of the Medical Marijuana laws, rules and regulations is preferred and the passion to further their understanding and knowledge of the industry and the laws.
