Position Summary:
As an Inventory Team Member and Dispensary Team Member, you are responsible for managing the receipt and transfer of products in and out of the system, whether through internal or external transfers. In addition, this person assists with the internal audit process. It is a position that entails specific requirements such as following strict state guidelines, having product knowledge, and working well individually, or as a team.
General Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare products for the dispensary sales floor, stock floor.
- Works with management to move displays and assist with a creative vision for the product flow.
- Oversees transactions, including physical counts of transferred products between vendors and departments.
- Completing required data entry, daily (logging transactions, transfers, and daily intake/outgoing product) using the electronic record-keeping systems and POS.
- Work with management and accounting team to confirm transactions, discounts and vendor payments.
- Ensuring compliance with AZDHS Compliance policies and regulations, along with Nirvana Center Dispensary standards.
- Developing and maintaining in-depth cannabis and product knowledge.
Job Qualifications:
- Must be an Arizona resident with no felony convictions, successfully pass an extensive background check, and be a minimum of 21 years of age.
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous inventory experience preferred.
- Previous retail experience; Cannabis sales experience preferred.
- Proficiency in MS office products and POS systems.
- Must have a professional, well-groomed appearance and demeanor
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time

Ohana is built from a passion to bring Cannabis to the forefront of mainstream retail and reduce the negative stereotypes associated with Cannabis consumption. Our first storefront was opened in Emeryville in July 2018, leading to a statewide retail expansion in Sacramento, San Diego, Long Beach, Los Angeles, and San Francisco.
Requirements and Duties:
- Minimum of 2 years working in Inventory, Fulfillment, Retail.
- Possess a valid government-issued ID.
- Submit to a background check.
- Provide required documentation for employment in the U.S.
- Open Availability preferred, Available to work a full-time schedule, including nights and weekends, and willing to adjust schedules according to the needs of Ohana.
- Possess intimate knowledge and understanding of current California legal regulations, including Cannabis, Labor, METRC, OSHA, and HIPAA.
- Skilled in Word, Excel, Google Docs/Sheets.
- Good communication skills and conflict resolution strategy.
- Solution-oriented mindset.
- Thrives under pressure.
- Ability to create standard operating procedures, reports, and business communication.
- Must possess a high degree of personal ownership and accountability.
- Must have a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Complete daily inventory counts and reports.
- Reconcile orders and exchanges with METRC daily.
- Update POS system and online menu with pictures, descriptions, and cannabinoid descriptions.
- Maintain a proactive, positive relationship with the team and customers.
- Efficiently and accurately receive, document, secure, and distribute incoming inventory.
- Assist in transfers of inventory from department to department.
- Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Facilitate exchanges of defective products with customers and report all exchanges to Metrc.
- Identify products close to the expiration date and expedite sales of the batch before the financial loss.
- Document daily deliveries and shipments to update inventory.
- Ensure products meet BCC requirements.

As an Inventory Team Member, your responsibilities range from tracking all incoming and existing products through the system, working with transfers to receive new orders, keeping the sales floor stocked at all times, maintaining AZDHS compliance, and being the central point of contact for all departments and stores for anything product related.
You are an essential part of the Dispensary by making sure that the Sales floor has items to sell, not only in a timely manner, but in an efficiently and within compliance. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain department relationships by being respectful and friendly while receiving orders.

- Maintain compliance when tracking orders by verifying that the right batch number, harvest date, exp date, dominance, strain, product type, product ingredients, product weight, and test results were used when entering into the inventory system.
- Separate orders according to the purchasing analytics by obtaining a Split List from our purchasing team and using it to divide the order amongst us and our satellite stores.

Requirements and Duties:

Position Summary:
As a Wholesale Inventory Associate, you are responsible for managing the receipt and transfer of products in and out of the system, whether through internal or external transfers. In addition, this person assists with the internal audit process. General Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversees transactions, including physical counts of transferred products between vendors and departments.

Job Qualifications:
- Must be an Arizona resident with no felony convictions, successfully pass an extensive background check and be a minimum of 21 years of age.

- Maintain compliance when tracking orders by verifying that the right batch number, harvest date, exp date, dominance, strain, product type, product ingredients, product weight, and test results were used when entering into the inventory system.
- Separate orders according to the purchasing analytics by obtaining a Split List from our purchasing team and using it to divide the order amongst us and our satellite stores.

Position Summary:
As an Inventory Team Member and Dispensary Team Member, you are responsible for managing the receipt and transfer of products in and out of the system, whether through internal or external transfers. In addition, this person assists with the internal audit process. It is a position that entails specific requirements such as following strict state guidelines, having product knowledge, and working well individually, or as a team.
General Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare products for the dispensary sales floor, stock floor.
- Works with management to move displays and assist with a creative vision for the product flow.
- Oversees transactions, including physical counts of transferred products between vendors and departments.
- Completing required data entry, daily (logging transactions, transfers, and daily intake/outgoing product) using the electronic record-keeping systems and POS.
- Work with management and accounting team to confirm transactions, discounts and vendor payments.
- Ensuring compliance with AZDHS Compliance policies and regulations, along with Nirvana Center Dispensary standards.
- Developing and maintaining in-depth cannabis and product knowledge.
Job Qualifications:
- Must be an Arizona resident with no felony convictions, successfully pass an extensive background check, and be a minimum of 21 years of age.
- Must be able to qualify and maintain an AZ Department of Health Services Medical Marijuana card.
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous inventory experience preferred.
- Previous retail experience; Cannabis sales experience preferred.
- Proficiency in MS office products and POS systems.
- Must have a professional, well-groomed appearance and demeanor
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must have strong organizational and analytical abilities and advanced math skills
- Must demonstrate professional written and oral communication skills
- Must maintain compassion for the Medical Marijuana community
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have OPEN availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays. We are open 365 days a year.
Skills Required:
- Reliability and Trustworthiness.
- The ability to work on your own, and also as a team.
- Tact and Diplomacy. Demonstrate the ability to effectively deal with stressful situations in a calm and productive manner, while maintaining the highest degree of customer satisfaction.
