Job Summary
The Inventory Manager is responsible for maintaining an accurate inventory in their dispensary. They drive sales through maintaining an up-to-date and stocked online and in-store menu. They ensure all OMG policies and regulatory requirements are adhered to. The Inventory Manager reports to the Dispensary Store Manager and Director of Retail
Duties and Responsibilities
Sales
- Ensure all online menus are up to date and all current inventory is available for patients to shop from. All product information is complete and accurate online and on in-store menus.
- Identify and communicate areas to improve stock levels to ensure product availability is maintained
- Process deliveries in a timely manner getting product to the floor as quickly as possible upon delivery arrival
Delivery Intake
- Receive deliveries and ensure the product is received accurately in the inventory tracking system
- Process all third-party deliveries upon arrival at the dispensary. Verify count is accurate and reject any packages/deliveries with discrepancies
- Create new items in the inventory tracking system for third-party items
- Process all OMG deliveries upon arrival at the dispensary
- Assign flower to the correct price tier in the inventory tracking system, repackage and create new items in the inventory tracking system
- Communicate any discrepancies to OMG management
- Coordinate all returning manifests and required paperwork to third-party vendors
Inventory Management & Compliance
- Support the Dispensary Manager to ensure the dispensary has the proper inventory controls in place.
- Perform weekly audits of all inventory rooms and reconcile with MJ to ensure a 100% accurate inventory
- Organize and lead financial audit counts when requested
- Assist in performing nightly inventory counts

Job Summary:
The Inventory/METRC Manager is responsible for overseeing team that tracks inventory in the METRC Track & Trace database and in the Canix system. This Individual will comply and train staff on regulations and operating procedures for data entry into the existing systems and ensure daily upkeep for these systems.
