Your Role
All UX Designers are part of the Fyllo UX team and work closely with our Product and Engineering peers. In this role, you will also be a key member of the FDS (Fyllo Design System) Team, a group of designers and engineers jointly responsible for building and maintaining our design system. Together you will roadmap future components and improvements, collaborate on clean and clear usage guidelines, specs, and documentation, and ensure parity between our Figma library(ies) and coded component library in Storybook.
You will become a trusted voice of the design system across the company, helping champion appropriate usage with each of the product teams. Your primary responsibility is building and maintaining our component and token libraries in Figma. You are a master builder who stays on top of the latest Figma developments, best practices, and methods for ensuring our components are easy to use and bulletproof. Experience building design systems is a must, and we're hoping that you've worked with a variety of systems at different levels of maturity and complexity.

Day to Day
- Work closely withDesign, build, and maintain components in Figma ensuring long-term health of the design system, favoring a lightweight system that balances usability and function
- Thoughtfully explain and demonstrate your components for both engineering partners who build and UX designers who use the components
- Build prototypes to clearly demonstrate interactivity, states, motion, and expected behavior of components
