Position Summary:
This position is responsible for administrative support including METRC administration, to the General Manager of Cultivation (GM of Cultivation) of Urban Farmer Services Grow location. Ensuring that grow location stays compliant with local, state and federal regulations and maintains communications and compliance updates with employees, managers, other departments and the owner.
Essential Functions:
- Manages and maintains compliance with MED for the company, as directed by owner and GM.
- Ensures plants and Marijuana finished products have a METRC generated RFID tag.
- Ensures accuracy of manifested product from licensed facility.

Position Summary:
The Cultivation Business Administrator shall be responsible for all day-to-day business administration aspects of cultivation operations, this shall include:
- Data Administration which includes the Company’s ERP “ServMan”, supporting work orders and jobs; as well as METRC administration supporting the trace and track of all cannabis products and materials
- Time tracking and reporting day-to-day labor hours by department, process and crop/jobs
- Inventory Management of all raw materials associated with the production and packaging of products, as well as general office and operations supplies; facilitating monthly inventory counts and quarterly METRC inventory and sales reports
- Coordination and fulfillment of sales orders to include reporting crop results and product availability, order entry, and coordination of orders with the fulfillment team
- Administration of operation logs to ensure equipment maintenance and sanitation protocols are being maintained
- The Business Administrator provides support for all Cultivation and Post-Harvest operations including forecasting and requisitioning all raw materials, and communicating with Corporate Procurement. The Business Administrator is responsible for compiling a Lot Summary for each harvested and processed crop, reporting Batch/Lot data based on analytical testing results (COAs), and submitting retesting and/or extraction requests to the Cannabis Control Board (CCB).

METRC stands for Marijuana Enforcement Tracking Reporting Compliance. METRC is a “regulatory compliance system”. It's an elaborate tracking system that serves to monitor cannabis production from day one until its sale.
We are seeking an experienced METRC expert to manage our Cultivation/Production facilities. Candidate must be an expert in the cannabis industry with focus in METRC in regards to state compliance and inventory. Must be familiar with identifying and tagging plants,monitoring the growth of marijuana, its transportation and the sale of cannabis products.
Must have METRC credentials for the state of NV and certificate of training classes.

We currently have an immediate opening for a METRC Administrator for our Cultivation Operations. This position is responsible for maintaining compliance with all of the plants within the greenhouse and cultivation sites and input information in the METRC database. This position entails leading the greenhouse and cultivation crews through process improvements and updates to company policies and ensuring that current processes are carried out in adherence to company standards. In addition, the Cultivation METRC Administrator will be responsible for tag placement, collection, entry, and analysis of all data collected from the various data collection points and fixing any discrepancies.
An ideal candidate will have a strong proactive, hands-on approach with an eye for attention to detail and a passion for accuracy. You possess strong leadership skills, data and trend analysis, technology-savvy (especially in Excel or Google Sheets), and critical thinking skills towards process improvements and problem-solving.
Essential Duties:
Greenhouse and Cultivation Facility
- Generate logs and reports of all live plant SKUs in greenhouse and cultivation facilities.
- Work with and monitor the cultivation crew during recurring processes.
- Find pain points that hinder efficiency.
- Observe and optimize processes.
- Communicate findings.
- Take inventory counts of all cultivation materials.
- Monitor and ensure that processes are followed.
- Enforce safety policies.
- Enforce COVID-19 safety policies.
- Lead tailgate meetings
- Forecast plant counts for upcoming harvests.
- Work with Head Grower to generate weekly reports and verify data integrity.
- Work with the greenhouse crew to improve data collection and digitization of processes.
- Data entry and integrity verification from all data collection points.
- Actively search for ways to improve data collection and input accuracy.
- Update all data spreadsheets daily and analyze trends.
- Investigate and correct all data discrepancies.
METRC
METRC is the state’s chosen track and trace system used to track all plants in inventory to maintain compliance with the CDFA. An online database, METRC inventory must be updated daily to reflect on the ground movement.
- Be proficient in carrying out all greenhouse METRC data entry movements before various state deadlines to remain compliant.
- Work with the greenhouse crew to ensure plants are properly tagged.
- Oversee all plant movements and tracking spreadsheets.
- Investigate and correct all data discrepancies.
- Responsible for ordering and restocking all tags.
- Enforce METRC compliance policies on the ground.
Requirements
- Formal education, Bachelors degree preferred
- 3 years of management/leadership experience, candidates with METRC experience highly preferred
- Excellent communication skills, proactive sharing useful information
- Able to adapt quickly to a rapidly changing environment
- Experience in G-Suite

Job Title: METRC Administrator of Cultivation
Reports to: Owner/General Manager of Cultivation
FLSA Status: Exempt
Department: Grow
Supervisory Responsibility:
Responsible for the grow staff in its entirety during the absence of or by the authority of the General Manager of Cultivation.
Position Summary:
This position is responsible for administrative support including METRC administration, to the General Manager of Cultivation of Urban Farmer Services Grow locations. Ensuring that all grow locations stay compliant with local, state and federal regulations and maintains communications and compliance updates with employees, managers, other departments and the owner.
Essential Functions:
· Manages and maintains compliance with MED for the company
· Communicate with grow facility for product inventory and ensures the grow is stocked at all times
· Ensures product has METRC generated RFID tag
· Ensures accuracy of manifested product from licensed facility
· Accurately enter information into METRC, ensures information is accurate before submitted
· Utilize METRC to ensure all inventories are identified and tracked
· Prepare for Harvests by doing the following:
o Creating a spreadsheet for the day of the Harvest
o Orders supplies for the day of the Harvest
o Ensures that all room and plant counts are completed accurately and timely
· Accurately enter information into Adilas including:
o Room counts put into flower, moved to Harvest when cut down
o Creates all transfers in Adlias
· Harvest all plants into METRC on day of harvest
· Enter all waste into METRC
· Stay up to date on MED and METRC rules and regulations
o Once a quarter take METRC Advanced training OPC course
· Provides administrative and operational support to the GM of Cultivation to assist in creation and maintenance of procedures for all grow locations
· Creates, updates and maintains flower and veg room books with updated SOP’s and OPC forms as directed by GM of Cultivation
· Supply Inventory for OPC including maintaining inventory supply list and supply ordering
· Email Adilas receipts to accounting and logs on petty cash spreadsheet on the google drive
· Check Mail and phone messages at all grow locations
· Check camera’s in security room and maintain compliance
o Reports issues to the GM of Cultivation and/or owner, and follows up to ensure issues are taken care of
· Inspections at the grow facility with various departments including the fire department, licensing and compliance
o Follows up with the grow facility on any changes/recommendations from the various departments
o Ensures that all changes are made and followed through after implementation
· Oversee daily cleaning of facilities
· Oversee Odor Compliance log is maintained and accurate
· Take and share grow pictures with social media department,
· Works with GM of Cultivation to manage scheduling of time off requests,
· Responsible for timeclock edits and maintenance as needed to assist in payroll process
Additional Functions:
- Other duties as assigned, including assisting in the grow or retail operations as needed
o Fill in for Trim Manager when needed and provide any support requested
Job Specifications:
