LOCATION:
This is an on-site position, 5 days per week.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Human Resources Manager (“HRM”) is responsible for managing the daily operations of the Nevada HR department. This position reports to the President. Duties include managing human resources activities, such as recruitment, full-cycle payroll, labor relations, benefits, training, employee services, hiring and onboarding. The HRM will also design and implement improvements to employee policies and will ensure compliance with all state and federal rules and regulations as they pertain to HR matters as well as the industries in which the company operates.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

- Administer the daily HR workflow for all Nevada operations
- Enhance, develop and implement HR strategies, policies and procedures

- Oversee performance management program for the entire organization and recommend developments to meet the organizational needs
- Identify process improvements and streamline operations across the Human Resources department, with culture and development being front-of-mind

- Manage hiring efforts by recruiting, interviewing, reference and background checking, and candidate selection
- Deliver a consistently high-quality candidate experience to everyone who interviews
- Partner with hiring managers to ensure job postings, job descriptions, screenings, and interviews are completed and documented in the Paylocity ATS
- Onboard and educate newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures and regulations
- Manage employment, personnel policies and procedures, employment records, unemployment claims, training, employee benefits administration, employee communication, workers’ compensation matters, and safety and security
- Provide impartial treatment to all employees through proper practices and employment policies
- Ensure all policies are applied fairly and consistently to all employees
- Ensure all employees feel recognized and appreciated
- Facilitate the annual performance evaluation process
- Process all employment separations and conduct exit interviews
- Track and maintain all state work cards through the Cannabis Control Board and Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department
- Generate official internal documents such as offer letters, status changes and disciplinary actions
- Process record updates in the Paylocity HRIS and generate reports as needed
- Maintain and organize all physical and digital employee documents and information, ensuring all private data is treated with a high level of confidentiality
- Work with management to initiate appropriate disciplinary action with employees who violate rules and regulations
- Review, track, and document compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training. This may include safety training, anti-harassment training, OSHA and cannabis regulatory training, etc.
- Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors
- Lead employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; review policies and practices to maintain compliance
- Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and Nevada employment law
- Communicate effectively with team members and share appropriate information to ensure team success

- Must be at least 21-year-old
- Cannabis industry and/or retail experience highly desired
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or related preferred

Position Summary:
The Cultivation Business Administrator shall be responsible for all day-to-day business administration aspects of cultivation operations, this shall include:
- Data Administration which includes the Company’s ERP “ServMan”, supporting work orders and jobs; as well as METRC administration supporting the trace and track of all cannabis products and materials
- Time tracking and reporting day-to-day labor hours by department, process and crop/jobs
- Inventory Management of all raw materials associated with the production and packaging of products, as well as general office and operations supplies; facilitating monthly inventory counts and quarterly METRC inventory and sales reports
- Coordination and fulfillment of sales orders to include reporting crop results and product availability, order entry, and coordination of orders with the fulfillment team
- Administration of operation logs to ensure equipment maintenance and sanitation protocols are being maintained
- The Business Administrator provides support for all Cultivation and Post-Harvest operations including forecasting and requisitioning all raw materials, and communicating with Corporate Procurement. The Business Administrator is responsible for compiling a Lot Summary for each harvested and processed crop, reporting Batch/Lot data based on analytical testing results (COAs), and submitting retesting and/or extraction requests to the Cannabis Control Board (CCB).

Staff Support and Management:
- Responsible for overseeing inventory and vendor relations/corporate procurement to ensure accurate and appropriate inventory levels are maintained at all times
- Coordinate with the Director of Cultivation, Packaging Lead, and Logistics Lead to ensure accurate information and documentation is provided using the company ERP system (ServMan) software
- Coordinate inventory tracking procedures with Corporate Procurement and Logistics Manager
- Assist the Director of Cultivation with projects to include new product roll-out, and continuous process improvement
- Responsible for new product submissions to State of Nevada regulatory authority; this includes menu item approvals, bill of materials, SOP’s and packaging submissions
Production Operation Management:
Oversee supply stock, orders, and deliveries to ensure efficient levels of all production inputs and supplies compliantly, cost effectively, and on timeCollaborate with Corporate Procurement as needed with order processing, inventory control audits, supply chain management and materials forecasting in conjunction with Production Manager and Director of CultivationEnsure raw materials product is returned to inventory post-production and restocked appropriately to maintain accurate inventory stocking counts in the ERP systemProvide production staff with inventory from the inventory stocking areasCoordinate sales order fulfillment, communicate inventory levels with sales team, and manage product allocations
Reports and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of all raw material activities including inventory records, deliveries, and returns
- Ensure staff properly documents all required information throughout all Cultivation procedures (i.e., logs, work orders, etc.)
- Audit record-keeping and implement measures as needed to ensure thorough documentation of all inventory activities (i.e., weekly, monthly, quarterly, end of year)
- Compile Batch/Lot Summary sheets which include Batch weight, weight by Lot, potency data by Lot, pass/fail status by Lot, item codes, and Lot numbers (METRC).
Inventory Control and Management:
- Develop, plan, and institute inventory control procedures for all Cultivation materials, supplies and finished product
- Manage production supplies by assessing and calculating inventory needs based on product orders and production forecasts utilizing ServMan
- In collaboration with Corporate Procurement, manage lead times and inventory stock levels to minimize inventory stocking values
- Communicate with the Director of Cultivation regarding inventory control and tracking procedures including results and patterns of loss, surplus and discrepancies
- Stage production orders (batching) in advance to ensure operational efficiencies in assistance to Production Manager
Quality Control:
- Assist/oversee green wasting products according to regulatory requirements that have been determined by the team as not compliant to company or regulatory standards
- Participate in quarterly quality control audits and meetings with the QC team to discuss quality control audit findings and corrections to processes or operational procedures
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be at least 21 years old
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a cannabis industry with an emphasis on cultivation and agriculture, manufacturing, or related field required

Position Summary:
The Beverage Supervisor will lead a team of production staff to receive, transfer, carbonate, infuse and can non-alcoholic beer, ready-to-drink sparkling waters and teas, and mix, fill, and prepare beverage concentrates, flavors and emulsions. This position will work as the lead supervisor of the team in all canning, infusing, pasteurizing, mixing, filling, packaging, various cellar tasks, and overall planning and reporting of these areas.

- Hands on management and supervision of staff in the infusing and canning of non-alcoholic beer, tea and coffee according to SOP
- Hands-on management and supervision of staff in the mixing, infusing, processing and packaging of elixirs, dew drops and other liquids according to SOP
- Ensure staff performs tasks with a focus towards organization, sanitation and safety
- Ensure product is of highest standard before and after packaging
- Run standardized inspections, CIP and maintenance on equipment to ensure quality packaging and maximum performance
- Supervise staff and ensure compliance in all following areas:
- CIP brite tanks, hoses/pump, and all mixing, canning and filling equipment in preparation for receiving beer in totes according to SOP
- Purge brite tanks to under 10 ppb oxygen with Co2 and test with a gehaltameter
- Co-ordinate the shipping of non-alcoholic beer totes from California brewery, receive totes of beer and pasteurize/transfer to brite tank while maintaining sanitation and low oxygen pickup
- Rinse empty totes for shipping
- Carbonate beer in brite tank according to SOP and test with a gehaltemeter
- Accurately infuse beers with nano-emulsion THC and ensure CIP can-line according to SOP
- CIP equipment for making and canning ready-to-drink coffees and teas
- Perform scheduled maintenance
- Rack beer into kegs
- Effectively work and coordinate with packaging team
- Monitor inventories of raw materials and finished goods with attention to long lead time items
- Operate 3-head semi-auto keg washer
- Ensure secure pallet packaging
- Work with truck drivers to load and unload products in a safe secure manner.
- Ensure maintenance on all equipment and ensure workspaces are clean, and orderly
- Maintain clean work environment and organized warehouse
- Assist in cross-department tasks as required by the Production Manager and management
- Accurately keep records pertaining to all tasks
- Establish and document all SOPs for all areas under his/her supervision

Requirements
- 4 + years of experience in a production environment, preferably in a regulated field producing liquids for human consumption

Position Summary:
Flex Post-Harvest Technicians are responsible for executing post-harvest operational tasks delegated by Post-Harvest Managers and/or Leads. The primary focus for Flex Post-Harvest Technicians is post-harvest operations, including preparing the packaging materials, plant processing, trimming, and the packaging of usable, high quality Flower. Post-Harvest Technicians will routinely perform repetitive tasks for long periods of time. The position will also require occasional support in cultivation operations, including planting, defoliating, and harvesting. Additionally, Flex Post-Harvest Technicians are expected to carry supplies and equipment, assist with the facility's sanitation operations, cleaning of tools/equipment, and provide manual labor services as needed. - Plan, coordinate and oversee the transition of product development by ensuring the proper tasks are executed and the environmental conditions support the production of superior product quality
- Oversee supply stock, orders, and deliveries to ensure efficient levels of all production inputs and supplies
Reports and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of all production activities including employee records, inventory records, deliveries, and returns
- Ensure staff properly documents all required information throughout all production procedures
- Audit record-keeping and implement measures as needed to ensure thorough documentation of all production activities
Inventory Control and Management:
- Plan and execute inventory control procedures for all production materials, supplies and finished product
- Manage production supplies by assessing and calculating inventory needs based on product orders and projections
- Communicate with the General Manager regarding inventory control and tracking procedures including results and patterns of loss, surplus and discrepancies
- Stage production orders in advance to ensure operational efficiencies
- Communicate production schedules and timelines to sales and management staff in a timely manner
Quality Control:
- The Production Manager is a member of the QC team and has the responsibility for and works with the team on Quality Control measures to provide high quality and safe products
- Shared responsibility with the team for approving, rejecting and releasing for sale all products produced in the production facility
- Responsible for Greanwasting products according to regulatory requirements that have been determined by the team as not compliant to company or regulatory standards
- Participate in quarterly quality control audits and meetings with the QC team to discuss quality control audit findings and corrections to processes or operational procedures
Requirements
Experience, Education, and Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be at least 21 years old
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a culinary, food/beverage production, manufacturing, or related field, required
- A minimum of 2 years of manufacturing/production managerial experience with oversight for a minimum of 10 employees, required
