o Accurately use and maintain the Point Of Sale (POS) system
o Correct cash handling
o Accurate and timely data entry of patient profiles
o Accurate counting of inventory
o Accurate POS invoicing
o Use of counterfeit detection equipment
o Maintenance of hard copy files (when required)
o Verifying proper paperwork, documentation and ID for customers
o Security measures and safety compliance
o Store organization and cleanliness
o Managing the visitor log
o Verifying order deliveries for accuracy
o Maintain open communication with the management team and other co-workers
o Report employee issues or customer situations
o Follow and implement COVID SOP precautions as directed in COVID SOP.
- Provide any necessary support to the management team to ensure retail store operations, including daily activities, maintenance, as well as patient information for any reported issues and/or customer complaints.
- Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and following Urban Farmer’s established policies for sales and customer service.
- Responsible for punctuality and attendance as assigned on the retail shift schedule is a must.

Position Summary:
This position is responsible for administrative support including METRC administration, to the General Manager of Cultivation (GM of Cultivation) of Urban Farmer Services Grow location. Ensuring that grow location stays compliant with local, state and federal regulations and maintains communications and compliance updates with employees, managers, other departments and the owner.
Essential Functions:
- Manages and maintains compliance with MED for the company, as directed by owner and GM.
- Ensures plants and Marijuana finished products have a METRC generated RFID tag.
- Ensures accuracy of manifested product from licensed facility.
- Accurately enter information into METRC, ensures information is accurate before submitted.
- Assist with Harvesting all plants into METRC on day of harvest, when needed.
- Utilize METRC to ensure all inventories are identified and tracked.
- Assist Trim Supervisor by:
-Creating a spreadsheet for the day of the Harvest
-Ordering supplies for the day of the Harvest
-Enter all waste into METRC when needed
-Other tasks as needed
- Assists Packager with
-Creating all transfers in Adlias
-May need to deliver product to stores in the absence of packager
-Other tasks as needed
- Ensures that all room and plant counts are completed accurately and timely.
- Accurately enter information into Adilas including:
- Room counts put into flower, moved to Harvest when cut down
- Responsible for staying up to date on MED and METRC rules and regulations
- Every six months take METRC Advanced training cultivation course
- Provides administrative and operational support to the GM of Cultivation to assist in creation and maintenance of procedures for all grow locations.
- Coordinates scheduling of contract labor, as needed
- Creates, updates and maintains flower and veg room books with updated SOP’s and cultivation forms as directed by GM of Cultivation.
- Maintain supply Inventory for cultivation including maintaining inventory supply list and supply ordering to ensures the grow is stocked at all times.
- Email Adilas receipts to accounting and log spending on the petty cash spreadsheet in the google drive.
- Enter receipts associated with the grow into Adilas.
- Check Mail and phone messages at all grow locations.
- Check cameras & DVR system in security room and maintain compliance weekly.
- Reports issues with cameras & DVR system as well as managing repairs as needed.
- Reports issues to the GM of Cultivation and/or owner, and follows up to ensure issues are taken care of.
- Inspections at the grow facility with various departments including the fire department, licensing and compliance
- Follows up with the grow facility on any changes/recommendations from the various departments
- Ensures that all changes are made and followed through after implementation
- Oversee daily cleaning of facilities.
- Oversee Odor Compliance log is maintained and accurate.
- Assists in taking and sharing grow pictures with social media department.
- Works with GM of Cultivation to manage scheduling of time off requests.
- Performs administrative human resources tasks including:
- Scanning and emailing human resources paperwork to human resources department.
- Onboarding and orientation of new hires
- Assists new hires in completing new hire packet
- Responsible for timeclock edits and maintenance as needed to assist in payroll process
- Maintain accurate updates to the Production schedule on smartsheets.
- Responsible for maintaining testing validation requirements & schedule
- Maintain all testing records as required by the sampling procedure
- Maintain potency, Microbial, contaminant, pesticide & water activity testing as required by regulations
- Enters all testing results into ADILAS, google drive, & smartsheets

- Count all store products accurately & record on inventory spreadsheet; Utilize Adilas POS and METRC to receive, track, maintain and adjust inventory as part of daily reconciliation
- Perform inventory management, including processing product deliveries and restocking sales stations. Ensure the store is stocked, clean and in proper operational order; Inform all staff on updates regarding inventory systems. Identify and isolate imperfect products.
- Verify Metrc tags stay with product and match store barcode label according to SOP
- Maintain & Organize product storage areas including medicated and non-medicated products using a first in/first out method. Ensure all back-stock is secured in a locked area each day.
- Weekly office and packaging supply inventory count; upload to Google doc for ordering

Position Summary:
This position is responsible for manicuring wet or dry flower from stalk and break down plants to process/trim them to meet Urban Farmer and its Clients’ quality standards. Also responsible for tracking the batches that they trim including the final finished product, the usable by-product amount (trim), and the un-usable by-product (waste) according to company policy and practices, as well as state, local and MED laws and regulations.
Essential Functions:
- Breakdown flowers off of stem and stalk of plant in order to separate unusable waste from useable product
- Track the amount of unusable waste for each plant/batch.
- After breakdown of plant, employee must identify and separate fan leaves, stems and sugar leaves on the flower.
- Employee must account for each by-product type processed off the flower; adding stems and fan leaves to “waste” for proper tracking.
- Employee must exhibit competency in basic organizational, tracking and communication skills.
- Employee must be able to work well independently, as well as with others.
- Employee must be able to adapt to various strains, styles and types of marijuana they are trimming; adjusting their techniques to maintain a steady pace and quality.
- Time management; employee must manage their time during work efficiently in order to meet goals while consistently producing quality product.

Essential Functions:
- Breakdown flowers off of stem and stalk of plant in order to separate unusable waste from useable product
- Track the amount of unusable waste for each plant/batch.

Supervisory Responsibility:
Responsible for the grow staff in its entirety during the absence of or by the authority of the General Manager of Cultivation.
Position Summary:
This position is responsible for administrative support including METRC administration, to the General Manager of Cultivation of Urban Farmer Services Grow locations. Ensuring that all grow locations stay compliant with local, state and federal regulations and maintains communications and compliance updates with employees, managers, other departments and the owner.
Essential Functions:
· Manages and maintains compliance with MED for the company
· Communicate with grow facility for product inventory and ensures the grow is stocked at all times
· Ensures product has METRC generated RFID tag
· Ensures accuracy of manifested product from licensed facility
· Accurately enter information into METRC, ensures information is accurate before submitted
· Utilize METRC to ensure all inventories are identified and tracked
· Prepare for Harvests by doing the following:
o Creating a spreadsheet for the day of the Harvest
o Orders supplies for the day of the Harvest
o Ensures that all room and plant counts are completed accurately and timely
· Accurately enter information into Adilas including:
o Room counts put into flower, moved to Harvest when cut down
o Creates all transfers in Adlias
· Harvest all plants into METRC on day of harvest
· Enter all waste into METRC
· Stay up to date on MED and METRC rules and regulations
o Once a quarter take METRC Advanced training OPC course
· Provides administrative and operational support to the GM of Cultivation to assist in creation and maintenance of procedures for all grow locations
· Creates, updates and maintains flower and veg room books with updated SOP’s and OPC forms as directed by GM of Cultivation
· Supply Inventory for OPC including maintaining inventory supply list and supply ordering
· Email Adilas receipts to accounting and logs on petty cash spreadsheet on the google drive
· Check Mail and phone messages at all grow locations
· Check camera’s in security room and maintain compliance
o Reports issues to the GM of Cultivation and/or owner, and follows up to ensure issues are taken care of
· Inspections at the grow facility with various departments including the fire department, licensing and compliance
o Follows up with the grow facility on any changes/recommendations from the various departments
o Ensures that all changes are made and followed through after implementation
· Oversee daily cleaning of facilities
· Oversee Odor Compliance log is maintained and accurate
· Take and share grow pictures with social media department,

Position Summary:
Assistthe management team with the activities and operations of the store, whileabiding by policies, procedures and operational guidelines. Responsible forhelping customers, checking them out, cash handling and customer service.
Essential Functions:
· Responsiblefor helping customers in the retail locations in accordance with Urban Farmer’smission, vision, goals, and objectives.
· Responsiblefor retail product knowledge so as to assist customers in making the rightchoices.
- Responsible for completing any work assigned to them during their scheduled shift, as well as customer service, including:
o Answering the phone andgreeting walk-in customers
o Accurately use and maintain thePoint Of Sale (POS) system
o Correct cash handling anddiscount application
o Accurate and timely data entryof patient profiles
o Maintenance of hard copy files(when required)
o Verifying proper paperwork,documentation and ID for customers
o Security measures and safetycompliance
o Store organization adcleanliness
o Managing the visitor log
o Verifying order deliveries foraccuracy
o Maintain open communicationwith the management team and other co-workers
o Report employee issues orcustomer situations
- Provide any necessary support to the management team to ensure retail store operations, including: daily activities, maintenance, as well as patient information for any reported issues and/or customer complaints.
- Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and following Urban Farmer’s established policies for sales and customer service.
- Responsibility for punctuality and attendance as assigned on the retail shift schedule is a must! Urban Farmer is unable to accommodate frequent tardiness and/or absences in the retail shift schedule.

Job Specifications:

Minimum Education andExperience:

· Previouscustomer service or retail experience preferred
· Equivalentcombinations of education and experience may be considered, including internalexperience
Working Conditions:
· Whileperforming the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required toperform grasping, talking, hearing, seeing and repetitive motions.
· Punctualityand attendance is of upmost importance as this is a retail operation with lotsof working hours. Customers must betended to in a timely manner. Adherence to the retail shift schedule ismandatory.
· PHYSICALDEMANDS: Must be able to lift, carry andbalance up to 50 pounds (100 pounds with assistance), may include sitting orstanding for extended periods of time, as well as stooping, bending over and/orcrouching.

Job Title: Cultivation Technician
Reports to: Cultivation Team Lead

Position Summary:
Provides manual labor to support the activities and operations of the Cultivation Department, while abiding by policies, procedures and operational guidelines.
Essential Functions:
· Assist with the coordination all grow operations including: Daily Activities, Quality Assurance, Potting, Manicuring, Harvesting, and Trimming as well as assuring compliance with local, state, and federal licensing requirements.
· Responsible for executing assigned tasks, projects and expectations in accordance with Urban Farmer Services Clients’ mission, vision, goals, and objectives.
- Responsible for completing any work assigned to them during their scheduled shift, as well as information sharing:
o Maintain open communication with the management team and other co-workers
o Report employee issues or product situations
- Responsible for following all operational guidelines, verbal directives, training information and policies when performing duties.
Additional Functions:
- Other duties as assigned.
- Manicuring and Trimming as needed
Job Specifications:
