The Position

The Role

We currently have an immediate opening for a METRC Administrator for our Cultivation Operations. This position is responsible for maintaining compliance with all of the plants within the greenhouse and cultivation sites and input information in the METRC database. This position entails leading the greenhouse and cultivation crews through process improvements and updates to company policies and ensuring that current processes are carried out in adherence to company standards. In addition, the Cultivation METRC Administrator will be responsible for tag placement, collection, entry, and analysis of all data collected from the various data collection points and fixing any discrepancies.
An ideal candidate will have a strong proactive, hands-on approach with an eye for attention to detail and a passion for accuracy. You possess strong leadership skills, data and trend analysis, technology-savvy (especially in Excel or Google Sheets), and critical thinking skills towards process improvements and problem-solving.
Essential Duties:
Greenhouse and Cultivation Facility
- Generate logs and reports of all live plant SKUs in greenhouse and cultivation facilities.

METRC is the state’s chosen track and trace system used to track all plants in inventory to maintain compliance with the CDFA. An online database, METRC inventory must be updated daily to reflect on the ground movement.
- Be proficient in carrying out all greenhouse METRC data entry movements before various state deadlines to remain compliant.
- Work with the greenhouse crew to ensure plants are properly tagged.
- Oversee all plant movements and tracking spreadsheets.
- Investigate and correct all data discrepancies.
- Responsible for ordering and restocking all tags.
- Enforce METRC compliance policies on the ground.

- Input data accurately in company records & METRC for reporting & compliance
- Ensure quality finished product meets company quality standards
- Assist explaining or training trimmers on trimming techniques and other quality standards to optimize performance
- Communicate, perform and ensure company standard operating procedures and instructions are followed and assist with developing SOPs as needed
- Clerical tasks may include answering telephones, bookkeeping, office machine operation, and filing
- Order supplies and manage supply inventory
- Perform daily housekeeping & walkthroughs to ensure work environment is maintained orderly, clean and safe
- Perform administrative and workflow duties to meet operational needs to include, but not limited to processing new hire paperwork, time off requests, and creating identification badges
- Field employee questions and concerns and provides information or directs to appropriate channels
- Perform other job tasks as assigned. This position will also work all cultivation job tasks and post harvest jobs as needed.
Job Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum High school diploma, AA or BA preferred
- Minimum of two years experience in a production process facility with experience related to data integrity, process coordination, or a mathematical position.
- Strong mathematical and arithmetic skills required
- Ability to understand and comply with applicable quality and safety regulatory requirements
- Maintains satisfactory attendance, to include timeliness
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate respectfully and with a positive attitude
- Flexible and willing to move with changing priorities quickly and easily
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate results
- Ability to be organized and efficient

We currently have an immediate opening for a Inventory Analyst who supports the mission-critical role of entering and maintaining inventory records. The position ensures all production is properly and accurately tracked in Company & State inventory management systems. Conducts daily weighs of processor output and consolidates batches in METRC. Supports and ensures inventory goals are achieved and accurately tracked and supports other operations as needed.
The position requires a proactive, hands-on approach, strong arithmetic and mathematical skills and accuracy with the willingness to be flexible and do what it takes to keep the business operating in compliance. Has exceptional attention to detail and ensures fidelity of all data entered.
Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Accurately weighs processed cannabis flower and inputs weight into corresponding Google Sheets daily.
- Visually inspect all processed products each day to ensure appropriate quality, size, and grades meet Henry’s Original Standards. Returns any product that doesn’t meet Henry’s Original Standards to the appropriate processor to be redone.
- Perform daily consolidation of all grades of processed Cannabis Flower by Harvest, Farm, and Strain.
- Ensure all processed product is accurately represented in electronic inventory and METRC.
- Place all processed Grade A product into vault and ensure vault is locked at end of each workday.
- Works with Production and Inventory Manager to research and verify/fix any duplicate and mislabeled totes.
- Perform monthly audit and reconciliation of all processed product.
- Performs other duties as needed. This position will also work all cultivation job tasks and post-harvest jobs as needed.
Job Requirements and Qualifications
- High School Diploma. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong data input skills (speed and accuracy)
- Strong computer skills including; METRC, Excel and GSuite are strongly preferred
- Thorough understanding of state and local cannabis laws and how they apply to the operation.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Effective time-management and ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment.
- Ability to work well by oneself and as a team.
- Strong arithmetic and mathematical skills.
- Job is physically demanding. Must be able to repeatedly lift 50lbs and stand for up to 8 hours daily
