Brand Ambassador by executing in-store marketing activity of the Brand Labs portfolio in key retail stores. - Selling products through engaging in every opportunity to educate customers and budtenders about the benefits of Mitten Extracts and Wonderbrett craft.
- Coordinating in-store visits with sales teams and retail buyers; tracking inventory of demo products and consumer items; setting up demo events; conducting education sessions; actively drawing consumers to the event displays to drive engagement and breaking down the event.
- Installing merchandise displays working closely with the retail teams to optimize placement for sales growth.
- Promoting dispensary highlights of our products by obtaining photo and video content to post on Instagram of the demo display and patient appreciation days (PAD’s).
- Monitoring & conducting competitive audits. Providing feedback and understanding CRM tools to relay infield components to inhouse sales management.
- Obtaining inventory report and keeping track of account contacts.
- Dropping off menus and providing a company introduction to potential new accounts.
- Working closely wholesales sales team, key retail partners, cross-functional partners and agencies to bring brand and retail marketing programs and supporting materials to the marketplace effectively.
- Measure and report performance of all marketing in-store marketing campaigns from numbers engaged and qualitative comments.
- Helping the Brand Manager to assess ROI and KPIs and provide suggestions to continually optimize.

About This Role:
The Brand Lab is seeking an exceptional Processing Director to lead the vision, strategy and execution of production goals. This is a highly impactful role that works closely with all members of the Executive Team and works across all facets of the manufacturing facility.
Processing Director
The Processing Director facilitates and supervises the process of commercial concentrate production. The Processing Director is required to critically assess biomass, actuate respective production goals and develop and oversee each stage of the process to materialize these goals. The Director is responsible for gathering critical data to evaluate each process and present weekly productivity reports to Executives. The Director is required to maintain compliance with state guidelines and manage operations in accordance with company standards to meet production goals. This position is responsible for the development of standard operating procedures for each machine and station, and integrating proprietary processing techniques to maintain a competitive advantage amongst cannabis processors around the world. The process director is responsible for providing a clear plan of action for employees to reach established goals set forth by management to attain department bonus potential. The ideal Processing Director will have experience in process chemistry design, process related research and development, laboratory equipment troubleshooting, analytical chemistry, laboratory design, understand terpene and cannabinoid properties and behavior, fluence, preservation techniques and separation chemistry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert recommendations on specific marijuana product formulations to meet the needs of patients and strategic approaches set forth by the executive team.
- Oversee daily laboratory activities for extraction and processing of cannabis products.
- Assess the product inventory requirements and coordinate with grow team to ensure an adequate supply of cannabis is available to meet all facets of the company’s strategic approach.
- Provide weekly, monthly, annual reporting on production of medical cannabis products, projections, and compliance.
- Manage vendor relationships and remain current for extraction and processing equipment to ensure quality of equipment.
- Coordinate with state-approved laboratories to provide samples for regular testing of plant material and extracted product and ensure all results are documented in compliance with state regulations.
- Ensure that sanitation, safety and security protocols are strictly enforced throughout the facility in accordance with the company’s standard operating procedures and state regulations.
- Forecast and source in conjunction with the fulfillment department to ensure that products are produced in accordance with demand.
- Manage extraction and processing facility personnel, ensuring all standard operating procedures are strictly adhered.
- Ensure all extraction and processing personnel are fully trained on the company’s procedures and policies, and reinforced or updated as needed.

Role:
An Assistant Store Manager is to help all employees and customers to navigate the wide variety compliance procedures, cash and debit sale transactions, and employee management. Successful AGM are held to a high standard to build exceptional relationships with all employees and customers. They also have a wealth of knowledge of their store’s inventory; and can speak to employees and customers with confidence in each area to accomplish the customers needs and wants. Additionally, they are responsible for upholding Cloud Cannabis core values and ensuring the teams are continuously growing and evolving everyday.
Responsibilities:
*METRC trained
*Experience in cash handling
*Adapting to each employee’s and customer’s personality to provide a trusted transaction and interactions with all employees.
*The AGM should be understanding of the employee and customer’s needs and educate them about the best options to get the destination they need to be.
*Exceptional high-class customer service from beginning to end with each customer.
*Keep a steady flow going within the queue for curbside, online orders, walk-in customers with receptionist, intake, cashiers, fulfillment, and managers.
*Maintain cleanliness throughout the building. Accomplish a cleaning checklist throughout the day. Checklist must be signed off by all team members and daily floor managers.
*Understanding of all positions to be sure all employees are following guidelines and daily tasks.
*Reports all daily issues and changes to upper management to take appropriate action.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 per year
