Job Summary
We are a Boulder, CO based company looking for a full-time HR Administrator preferably with experience in the Cannabis industry. The HR Administrator will oversee the management of the employee hiring, onboarding, training, and termination processes and will maintain all relevant paperwork. This individual will also manage all day-to-day communications between employees and the company’s payroll administrator as well as its Professional Employer Organization (PEO.) The HR Administrator will facilitate and track initial and ongoing training processes for new employees and will ensure that each module is completed as well as all related required documentation. This individual will be expected to develop and follow standard operating procedures to ensure each of these items are completed correctly and on time. The HR Administrator will be expected to interface between the payroll administrator, the PEO, owners, department managers, and all employees.

- Oversee the reporting of required inventory management data in Metrc.
- Effectively manage and maintain relevant facility records according to federal, state, and local regulations.

- Assist the Facility Manager in managing supply and inventory levels.
- Encourage and support open communication with employees to ensure a fair and friendly environment.
- Lead employees to take actions that are consistent with the company’s overall strategy and values.

The Post-Production Manager
Position Objective:
Packaging Technicians are responsible for assisting the Post-Production Manager in implementing all postproduction operations including packaging and labeling, inventory management, product safety, quality assurance/control, packaging, product transfers, and waste processing/reporting. Additional facility maintenance and sanitation assistance is required. Efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail are extremely important within this position.
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Minimum of 1 year of Commercial Post-Production experience preferred.
- Must possess extensive knowledge of product safety and facility sanitation best practices.
- Must be able to pass a background check with no pending charges or convictions within the past 10 years for a controlled substance-related felony.
- Must not be registered as a primary caregiver or must withdraw registration as a registered primary caregiver prior to accepting an official Offer of Employment.
Qualifications:
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Working knowledge of the cannabis industry and the associated federal, state, and local municipal laws and regulations.
- Strong counting, tracking, and inventory management skills.

Duties and Expectations:

. • Implement post-production best practices and standard procedures as communicated by the PostHarvest Manager.
- Responsible for post-production support; including but not limited to inventory management, packaging and labeling, product transfers, quality assurance/control, sanitation, waste management, and facility maintenance.
- Must maintain a culture of professionalism at all times.
- Must work quickly and efficiently to maintain product quality and augment productivity.
- Exhibit consistent measuring/weighing, packaging and labeling techniques, facilitate tracking and meeting of production goals.
- Exhibit personal hygiene and follow the health guidelines set forth by the company and the state while processing/packaging cannabis.
- Implement safe and compliant product storage and quality assurance/control strategies to combat cross-contamination as directed by the Post-Production Manager.
- Communicate inventory management, quality assurance/control, and post-production issues to the Post-Production Manager as needed.
- Assist the Post-Production Manager in identifying strategies to maximize available resources.
- Assist with the maintenance of post-production inventory management documentation.
- Maintain a working knowledge of LARA, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA,) Michigan Occupational Safety and Health Administration (MIOSHA,) Environmental Protection Agency (EPA,) Worker Protection Standards (WPS,) Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS,) and Berrien County Health Department regulations.
