- Protect the health of the plants by applying basic plant protection measures and keeping the instore farms clean, in accordance with the highest quality standards
- Report on harvest records and plant issues using the company's internal applications
- Report on customer feedback and compensation needs according to the company's guidelines
- Ensure daily invoicing of the company's customers
- Ensure harvested plants are merchandised according to brand guidelines and fully stocked
- Maintain current marketing materials on farms in customer locations
- Perform basic maintenance of farms when directed
- Follow workflow and schedule as directed
- Ensure that safety protocols are followed including company policies and all health and safety legislation and guidelines
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to drive on behalf of the company utilizing own vehicle
- One to two years in a retail or customer service environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- High attention to detail, precision and caring for cleanliness
- Strong interpersonal skills, proven time management, organizational skills and professionalism
- Flexibility with work hours and to adapt to the needs of the business including the willingness to work on weekends

Who You Are
As a Senior Field Grower/Merchandiser, you will work on the front of our daily operations supporting our Field Growers and Merchandisers, acting as a backup to our Lead Field Grower and Lead Merchandiser in our farms in Victoria. You will be fully trained as a Field Grower and Merchandiser to regularly be scheduled for both shifts in the field, and will also act as a training champion for the team and ensure company policies and procedures are met. The ability to interact with the team and colleagues, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality, is essential.
Responsibilities
- Support the team as a training champion for field growers and merchandisers to ensure new team members are properly trained and that recurring training is scheduled and regularly executed;
- Act as the partner and backup to our Lead Field Grower and Lead Merchandiser, fulfilling on training and admin duties as assigned;
- Be a team leader and role model in ensuring company policies and procedures are met;
- Follow workflow and schedule as directed, fulfilling on field grower, merchandiser and training shifts as scheduled;
- Depending on the scheduled shift, drive either your own personal vehicle between store and customer locations or a company vehicle between our Infarm warehouse location and Infarm client locations;
- Harvest, plant, package and report plants while ensuring the delivery of high standard produce to the Company's clients with minimal food waste;
- Protect the health of the plants by applying basic plant protection measures and keeping the farms proper, in accordance with the highest quality standards;
- Maintain the presentation of our products at our point of sale display, ensuring that shelves are clean and fully stocked with the freshest merchandise available
- Pick up inventory between warehouse and in-store locations, which includes loading and unloading Infarm vehicle
- Interact with and invoice Infarm customers providing top-notch customer service, and report on customer feedback and compensation needs according to the company's guidelines;
- Apply sanitation treatments to the farms in the stores on a regular basis, and perform basic maintenance of farms when directed;
- Ensure that safety protocols are followed, including Company policies and all health and safety legislation and guidelines;
- Other duties as assigned.
- 2-3 years in a retail, customer, or agricultural environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience and/or willingness to support a team in a leadership and role model capacity
- Excellent attention to detail, precision and caring for cleanliness
- Strong interpersonal skills, proven time management, organizational skills and professionalism
- Flexibility with work hours and to adapt to the needs of the business, including the willingness to work on weekends
- Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team

Lead Nursery Grower, Everett
As the Lead Nursery Grower, you will be responsible for leading the nursery team as well as overseeing the production of seedlings that supply the production farms. This Lead is also responsible for plants during seeding and germination stages and for maintaining the nursery irrigation systems and trays. You will be the initial stakeholder for all nursery related issues and updates. You have a passion for plants and top-quality food and are an ambassador for Infarm and our mission. Responsibilities
- Plan/Update Nursery Growers schedule; coordinate with other FaaS Lead Growers when daily schedules need to be adjusted
- Provide work direction to ensure nursery growers seed efficiently and precisely according to individual plant requirements. Follow the germination process and detect deficiencies, diseases, and underperformance of plants. Pick the correct and best-performing seedlings for packing and planting.
- Perform daily seedling and nursery farm check-ups. Perform regular nursery audits. Oversee seedlings QA. Perform a daily check on the nursery working stations.
- Maintain the nursery by cleaning the irrigation systems and trays, discarding old or underperforming seedlings, and balancing nutrients and pH in the water tank. Ensure cleaning and sanitizing of work stations and equipment is completed following protocols regularly
- Work closely with Plant Expert to ensure successful plant health
- Ensure that safety protocols are followed including Company policies and all health and safety legislation and guidelines
- Request supplies for the nursery working stations from the Inventory Specialist. Ensure that all nursery goods are stored correctly and stock is kept up to date. Ensures that seeds are stored correctly and seed traceability is up to date
- Hold 1:1 meetings with the nursery growers, and hold regular nursery grower team meetings to communicate schedules, needs, protocols, policies, workloads, and priorities.
- Embrace a leadership position in the lead grower team
Requirements
- 1-2 years of related experience in a lead role enforcing SOPs in operations required; Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university a plus not a must
- Strong leadership and ownership mentality
- Excellent time management, interpersonal skills, professionalism and a passion for plant growth
- Flexible with work hours and willingness to work on weekends
- Strong problem solving & multi-tasking skills and attention to detail

As a Field Grower, you are responsible for plants during planting and harvesting stages at our retail and culinary locations. You will be cross trained both as a Field Grower and a Merchandiser. Responsibilities
- Harvest, plant and package plants while ensuring the delivery of high standard produce to the Infarm’s clients with minimal food waste
- Drive to stores and customer locations in your own personal vehicle
- Interact with clients and store personnel providing top-notch customer service
- Protect the health of the plants by applying basic plant protection measures and keeping the instore farms clean, in accordance with the highest quality standards
- Report on harvest records and plant issues using the company's internal applications
- Report on customer feedback and compensation needs according to the company's guidelines
- Ensure daily invoicing of the company's customers
- Ensure harvested plants are merchandised according to brand guidelines and fully stocked
- Maintain current marketing materials on farms in customer locations
- Perform basic maintenance of farms when directed
- Follow workflow and schedule as directed
- Ensure that safety protocols are followed including company policies and all health and safety legislation and guidelines
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to drive on behalf of the company utilizing own vehicle
- One to two years in a retail or customer service environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience

- Drive a company vehicle and your personal vehicle depending on the shift between our Infarm warehouse location and Infarm client locations to deliver supplies and end products
- Maintain the presentation of our products at our point of sale display ensuring that shelves are clean and fully stocked with the freshest merchandise available
- Regularly clean Infarm point-of-sale boxes at in-store locations
- Apply sanitation treatments to the farms in the stores on a regular basis
- Pick up inventory between warehouse and in-store locations, which includes loading and unloading infarm vehicle
- Ensure the safety of yourself and others by following Health and Safety legislation guidelines
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- One to two years in a retail or customer service environment providing exceptional customer experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent attention to detail, precision and caring for cleanliness
- Proven time management, organizational skills and professionalism
- Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism with a passion for plant growth, sustainability and nutrition

Who you are
As a Field Grower, you are responsible for plants during planting and harvesting stages at our retail and culinary locations. You will be cross trained both as a Field Grower and a Merchandiser. You will represent Infarm and our mission to store employees and customers. You are the first point of contact for infarm customers and delight in informing and inspiring them about our products. Moreover, having a high attention to detail and being well organized to complete tasks at the highest degree are among your strongest skills.

Responsibilities
- Harvest, plant and package plants while ensuring the delivery of high standard produce to the Infarm’s clients with minimal food waste
- Drive to stores and customer locations in your own personal vehicle
- Interact with clients and store personnel providing top-notch customer service
- Protect the health of the plants by applying basic plant protection measures and keeping the instore farms clean, in accordance with the highest quality standards
- Report on harvest records and plant issues using the company's internal applications
- Report on customer feedback and compensation needs according to the company's guidelines
- Ensure daily invoicing of the company's customers
- Ensure harvested plants are merchandised according to brand guidelines and fully stocked
- Maintain current marketing materials on farms in customer locations
- Perform basic maintenance of farms when directed
- Follow workflow and schedule as directed
- Ensure that safety protocols are followed including company policies and all health and safety legislation and guidelines
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to drive on behalf of the company utilizing own vehicle
- One to two years in a retail or customer service environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- High attention to detail, precision and caring for cleanliness
- Strong interpersonal skills, proven time management, organizational skills and professionalism
- Flexibility with work hours and to adapt to the needs of the business including the willingness to work on weekends
- Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

- Maintain the presentation of our products at our point of sale display ensuring that shelves are clean and fully stocked with the freshest merchandise available
- Regularly clean Infarm point-of-sale boxes at in-store locations
- Apply sanitation treatments to the farms in the stores on a regular basis
- Pick up inventory between warehouse and in-store locations, which includes loading and unloading infarm vehicle
- Ensure the safety of yourself and others by following Health and Safety legislation guidelines
- Perform additional duties as assigned

Responsibilities
- Harvest, plant and package plants while ensuring the delivery of high standard produce to the Infarm’s clients with minimal food waste
- Drive to stores and customer locations daily to deliver goods frequently
- Interact with clients and store personnel providing top-notch customer service
- Protect the health of the plants by applying basic plant protection measures and keeping the farms clean, in accordance with the highest quality standards
- Report on harvest records and plant issues using the company's internal applications
- Report on customer feedback and compensation needs according to the company's guidelines
- Ensure daily invoicing of the company's customers
- Maintain current marketing materials on farms in customer locations
- Perform basic maintenance of farms when needed
- Follow workflow and schedule as directed
- Research health and safety legislation and guidelines continuously, with respect to this position and services provided
- Ensure that safety protocols are followed including company policies and all health and safety legislation and guidelines
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation as you’ll be driving to visit our local farms in the area
- Experience working in a retail or customer service environment providing exceptional customer experience
- Strong attention to detail and a good eye and caring for cleanliness
- Both confident and comfortable working alone as well as part of a team
- A passion for plants, sustainability or nutrition
