Field Grower
As a Field Grower, you are responsible for plants during planting and harvesting stages at our retail and culinary locations. You will be cross trained both as a Field Grower and a Merchandiser. You will represent Infarm and our mission to store employees and customers. You are the first point of contact for infarm customers and delight in informing and inspiring them about our products. Responsibilities
- Harvest, plant and package plants while ensuring the delivery of high standard produce to the Infarm's clients with minimal food waste

Lead Nursery Grower, Everett
As the Lead Nursery Grower, you will be responsible for leading the nursery team as well as overseeing the production of seedlings that supply the production farms. - Request supplies for the nursery working stations from the Inventory Specialist. Ensure that all nursery goods are stored correctly and stock is kept up to date. Ensures that seeds are stored correctly and seed traceability is up to date
- Hold 1:1 meetings with the nursery growers, and hold regular nursery grower team meetings to communicate schedules, needs, protocols, policies, workloads, and priorities.
- Embrace a leadership position in the lead grower team

- 1-2 years of related experience in a lead role enforcing SOPs in operations required; Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university a plus not a must

Responsibilities:
Budtender (Customer Experience Associate) Consumer Experience Associates are the face of the store. As the primary point of contact for customers, you are responsible for facilitating an exceptional customer experience through unparalleled service and outstanding knowledge. While you will be executing essential retail functions, such as cash handling, cleaning, and up-selling, your role is ultimately to ensure first-time customers become regulars who tell their friends and family about the benefits of shopping with us. As the “front-line,” Consumer Experience Associates may develop the deepest understanding of demand and consumer behavior – invaluable information to communicate to management. Perform essential upkeep required at store open and store close to ensure a proficient customer experience and purchase.
- Count and open till.
- Greet customers and check IDs.
- Sign visitors in and out, grant and collect badges.

- Follow the daily delivery schedule and report feedback about health of farms, supplies, and presentation
- Drive a company vehicle and your personal vehicle depending on the shift between our Infarm warehouse location and Infarm client locations to deliver supplies and end products
- Maintain the presentation of our products at our point of sale display ensuring that shelves are clean and fully stocked with the freshest merchandise available
- Regularly clean Infarm point-of-sale boxes at in-store locations
- Apply sanitation treatments to the farms in the stores on a regular basis
- Pick up inventory between warehouse and in-store locations, which includes loading and unloading infarm vehicle
- Ensure the safety of yourself and others by following Health and Safety legislation guidelines
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- One to two years in a retail or customer service environment providing exceptional customer experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities
- Follow the daily delivery schedule and report feedback about health of farms, supplies, and presentation
- Drive a company vehicle and your personal vehicle depending on the shift between our Infarm warehouse location and Infarm client locations to deliver supplies and end products
- Maintain the presentation of our products at our point of sale display ensuring that shelves are clean and fully stocked with the freshest merchandise available
- Regularly clean Infarm point-of-sale boxes at in-store locations
- Apply sanitation treatments to the farms in the stores on a regular basis
- Pick up inventory between warehouse and in-store locations, which includes loading and unloading infarm vehicle
- Ensure the safety of yourself and others by following Health and Safety legislation guidelines
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- One to two years in a retail or customer service environment providing exceptional customer experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent attention to detail, precision and caring for cleanliness
- Proven time management, organizational skills and professionalism
- Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism with a passion for plant growth, sustainability and nutrition
- Flexibility with work hours and to adapt to the needs of the business including the willingness to work on weekends

Who you are
As a Field Grower, you are responsible for plants during planting and harvesting stages at our retail and culinary locations. You will be cross trained both as a Field Grower and a Merchandiser. You will represent Infarm and our mission to store employees and customers. You are the first point of contact for infarm customers and delight in informing and inspiring them about our products. Responsibilities
- Harvest, plant and package plants while ensuring the delivery of high standard produce to the Infarm’s clients with minimal food waste
- Drive to stores and customer locations in your own personal vehicle
- Interact with clients and store personnel providing top-notch customer service
- Protect the health of the plants by applying basic plant protection measures and keeping the instore farms clean, in accordance with the highest quality standards
- Report on harvest records and plant issues using the company's internal applications
- Report on customer feedback and compensation needs according to the company's guidelines
- Ensure daily invoicing of the company's customers
- Ensure harvested plants are merchandised according to brand guidelines and fully stocked
- Maintain current marketing materials on farms in customer locations
- Perform basic maintenance of farms when directed
- Follow workflow and schedule as directed
- Ensure that safety protocols are followed including company policies and all health and safety legislation and guidelines
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to drive on behalf of the company utilizing own vehicle
- One to two years in a retail or customer service environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience

- Drive a company vehicle and your personal vehicle depending on the shift between our Infarm warehouse location and Infarm client locations to deliver supplies and end products
- Maintain the presentation of our products at our point of sale display ensuring that shelves are clean and fully stocked with the freshest merchandise available
- Regularly clean Infarm point-of-sale boxes at in-store locations
- Apply sanitation treatments to the farms in the stores on a regular basis
- Pick up inventory between warehouse and in-store locations, which includes loading and unloading infarm vehicle
- Ensure the safety of yourself and others by following Health and Safety legislation guidelines
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- One to two years in a retail or customer service environment providing exceptional customer experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent attention to detail, precision and caring for cleanliness
- Proven time management, organizational skills and professionalism
- Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism with a passion for plant growth, sustainability and nutrition
- Flexibility with work hours and to adapt to the needs of the business including the willingness to work on weekends

This person will be responsible for the strategic direction of the production facility, and oversee the daily operations across cultivation, processing and distribution, with responsibilityfor managing the PL.
The VP of Operations will be in charge of productivity, quality, and deliverables, while working with internal departments, vendors, suppliers to ensure smooth day to day operations.
The ideal candidate will be organized, accountable, and have proven experience managing large-scale operations with a high attention to detail within the Cannabis or CPG industry.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordination with multiple departments within the organization and facilitate the operational flow across cultivation, production, packaging, compliance, distribution, accounting and inventory divisions.
- Be accountable for department growth, recommend software solutions innovations, design SOPs, methods, policies procedures to advance the department to ensure it meets the needs of the company.
- Analyze and report on the short term and long term performance goals of the facility, while measuring against others in the industry.
- Identify cost-effective strategies and efficiencies to improve the department. and maintain relationships both in and out of the organization.
- Develop key objectives through long term strategic planning and tactical action to achieve goals.
- Manage over employees and provide leadership and mentorship as needed, and setting moral, while leading by example.
- Hire, train, and retain additional key management members to support and assist with labor planning, scheduling, along with the coordination of critical business functions, such as labor management, facility management, safety programs, and licensing compliance.
- Manage both the revenue and cost elements of a companys income statement
- Coordinates efforts by establishing procurement, production, marketing, field, and technical services policies and practices and coordinating actions with corporate staff.
Job Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in a related field required
- 7-10 + years of experience in business leadership inclusive of operations, finance, retail and or manufacturing within the Cannabis, CPG or similar industry
- Strong business and financial acumen managing budgets, KPIs and capital expenses
- Experience leading and driving a brand or company in a highly regulated market
- Exceptional people leadership skills including selecting, managing, developing and recognizing employees to optimize performance
- Strong experience in operations, leading cross-functional teams across a multi-site organization
- Strategic thinker and business driver, with a passion for the cannabis industry
Compensation: $140-160K Based on Experience, Plus Full Benefits and Equity Participation

Qualifications:

- Manage sales, promotions, and in-store marketing in coordination with Inventory Manager to understand the success of promotions, coupons, etc. and recommend future promotions and sales.
- Ensure smooth operation of point of sales system.

- Perform audits for customer satisfaction and visual assessments of the sales floor.
- Training team members in excellent customer service and implement on all levels.
- Event coordination for in-store customer appreciation parties, holidays, 420, etc.

- Oversight of in-store maintenance including but not limited to; HVAC, plumbing, repairs, snow, and technology.
- Complete daily sales reporting and oversee all other reporting.
- Develop and lead budtender and shift lead meetings as needed.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development as needed.
- Regular correspondence via email to Owner(s), Inventory Control Manager, and retail staff as needed.
- 40-50 hours/week is expected, but outside of that schedule (ie; meetings, deliveries) might be required.
- Physical duties may be required including but not limited to; lifting and moving boxes, inventory, and/or equipment.
- Collaborate/coordinate with Inventory Manager (POS system feedback, re-ordering, customer requests, sales and pricing strategies, merchandising, etc.)
- Coordinate with Inventory Manager to perform assessments of new merchandise.
