We are currently looking to hire a Compliance Specialist to ensure compliance with OMMA regulations and company SOPs. The Compliance Specialist will assist in the auditing of distribution activities in the Oklahoma track and trace system (METRC) using a variety of internal spreadsheets. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, accuracy with data entry, act with a sense of urgency, and be reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
Responsibilities and day to day:
- Tasks generally include the following but will fluctuate based on the demands of the business:
- Ensure compliance with Oklahoma’s cannabis regulations as well as company policies and procedures
- Support internal compliance audits and internally communicate compliance-related issues and guidance in a clear, effective, and urgent manner.
- Assist with following up on corrective actions as needed
- Audit outgoing METRC transfers and fulfilled orders for accuracy
- Process damaged and defective products in the Oklahoma track and trace system
- Conduct finished inventory cycle counts, comparing physical inventory against digital records and analyzing inventory supply levels
- Support distribution and fulfillment departments as needed
- Maintain and update all distribution-related records

Flav Oklahoma is looking to expand our Brand Ambassador team.
The Brand Ambassador team will be responsible for representing our company and our products. This teams main focus will be going into shops and doing in store pop ups as well as working all events throughout the stat of Oklahoma. All members of this team will work hand and hand with the sales and marketing department. Members of this team will report directly to the Sales Director.
