Cultivation Manager
Job Summary:
The Cultivation Manager is charged with overseeing all aspects of the cultivation operation to ensure production demands are met.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Interviews, hires, and trains team members
- Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
- Assigns jobs and projects to staff to ensure that deadlines are met safely and accurately.
- Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Maintains best horticultural practices and standards, and practice, follow and improve all Company SOP’s
- Follow all state and local rules and regulations.
- Maintain health of plants in all stages of production.
- Formulate and implement growing strategies and techniques to improve quality and yield.
- Write and understand production calendars and schedules with organizational mindfulness and foresight regarding production demands and required testing.
- Create, execute and fine-tune fertilizer regimes and watering schedules.
- Create and improve upon integrated (IPM) Integrated Pest Management programs to prevent and mitigate problems proactively and effectively.
- Rudimentary upkeep of plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems.
- Oversee all aspects of cultivation and production cycles from clone to harvest.
- Organize and cleaning of facility and maintenance tasks
- Manage receiving, inventory management and stocking materials.
Required Skills/Abilities:

We are a cannabis company and the Delivery Driver will pick up and drop off customer orders, while adhering to time schedules and routes throughout Colorado. You should be thorough in ensuring orders are properly fulfilled, passionate about satisfying customers and committed to work safety.
To succeed as a Delivery Driver, you should be polite, prompt, willing to work as part of the delivery team and committed to providing our customers with an excellent experience.
Job hours:
40+ hours weekly
Position Responsibilities:
- Load, transport, and deliver items to customers or businesses in a timely, friendly and courteous manner.
- Review orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.
- Take and follow directions from dispatch, follow time schedules, use route navigation apps, alternative routes, when necessary and knowledge of area to deliver packages to customers on time.
- Assist with loading and unloading items from vehicles without interfering with operations at customer’s place of business.
- Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and professionally handle complaints and concerns from customers.
- Abide by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record. Accept payments, prepare reports to include invoices, return forms, organize all monies collected related to deliveries.
- Complete daily maintenance checks on company delivery vehicle and notify manager of any issues.
- Assist in any and all other warehouse duties (stock, parts pulling etc.) as assigned.
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:
- Current, valid driver’s license.
- Clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Report)
- Must posses or be able to obtain a Marijuana Enforcement Division Support Badge.
- A maximum of one or less major moving violations and/or at-fault incidents within a rolling 36- month period.
- Current valid automobile insurance with your name on the policy.
- No Serious driving-related offenses in the last seven years (e.g. hit-and-run, felonies involving a vehicle) on your driving record.
- No DUI or other drug-related driving violation. Ability to lift, move, push and pull up to 50 pounds, prolonged sitting
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to manage, track and account for money.
- Must be willing to work with a FLEXIBLE schedule. Some days will start at 6am and be 12+ hours, other days may only be 2-3 hours.
- Ability to utilize a tablet and/or mobile device for purposes of navigation/ route optimization, tracking and customer interface/ signature capture
- Exceptional customer and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate effectively, professionally, with tact and diplomacy
- Ability to take and follow directions and work well with others as part of team
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work overtime as needed preferred
- Previous delivery driving experience is a plus

The Budtender will assist in setup, packaging inventory and sales to patients and customers for all marijuana inventory and Company merchandise.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Greets and interacts with patients and customers.
- Maintain high standards and follow all Company SOPS.
- Consults with customers to understand their needs and preferences related to products.
- Demonstrates and explains merchandise, selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer’s needs.
- Answers customer’s questions about products and offers a positive and welcoming experience.
- Accurately complete preparatory work, inventory processes, transfers and sales.
- Regular and thorough cleaning of equipment and general work areas.
- Remain well educated on all products and methods of use and assists customers with purchase decisions.
- Assist in receiving, inventory management and stocking.
- Complete proper documentation and tracking of all activities necessary to be in accordance with all Company, State and local requirements.
- Retrieves merchandise from sales floor, stock room, or other inventory locations.
- Collects payment using the store point of sale system.
- Follow all MED rules and regulations and accurate data entry into METRC system.
- Social media
- Cash counting
- Cleaning duties
- Special events
Rate of Pay 15.87 per hour
