As a member of the pharmacy team, you will support the team in the dispensing of appropriate cannabis-based medication to patients.

We are seeking a Full-Time Pharmacist to direct and manage the dispensing of cannabis products to the patients of our Eagan, MN dispensary.
Responsibilities
- Pharmacists shall be in-store at all times during their scheduled shift to allow for dispensation of cannabis products.
- Responsible for securing coverage for any time off (paid time off or unpaid time off). Schedule changes shall be communicated with dispensary managers in advance and expected to follow fair scheduling practices.
- Assess patient certification to monitor for restrictions and where appropriate help patients to determine best course of treatment.
- Drive retail sales and patient retention
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures and federal and state laws
- Communicate restrictions with dispensary team to ensure any limitations on product selection/quantity
- Provide timely and accurate medication information to patients over the phone and in-person
- Educate new and existing patients about the properties and benefits of cannabis
- Consults patients and assesses patient's certification to recommend best course of treatment
- Responsible to stay up to date on current research and information related to cannabis/marijuana
- Pharmacists may assist with additional dispensary tasks, as store manager deems fit. These include but are not limited to accepting product deliveries, returns, inventory controls, employee trainings, fulfilling online orders, and completing patient orders at the registers
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Must be a registered and licensed Pharmacist in good standing with the state of operations
- 2+ years of relevant pharmacy experience with an excellent patient and customer focused approach
- Ability to learn and understand cannabinoids and how they interact with the human body
- Previous experience utilizing Point of Sale technology systems.
- Working knowledge of inventory and sales reporting
- Highly motivated, self-directed, innovative and able to work independently or among teams with keen judgement, common sense and resourcefulness

Job Description: AN OUT-OF-THIS-WORLD POSITION FOR A SAVVY CLIENT MANAGER AND PRINT MARKETING GURU.
- Teach your clients about the benefits of new, interesting, and easy to sell marketing tools such as Direct Mail Marketing, Yard Sign Marketing, Ringless Voicemail and Call Tracking.
- Respond to and close hot leads from ad campaigns ran by our team
- Quickly capture all appropriate data for every lead in HubSpot
- Never leave a lead without a follow up task in HubSpot
- Help your clients build and strategize multi touch marketing campaigns for their business
- Help your clients build “business bundles” of different print products they need for their companies. Example; Your client needs Yard signs and you educate them on a bundle of products like Yard Signs, Folders, Flyers, Business cards and Postcards for a bulk discount on items they need for operating their business.
- Build your given territory with reliable leads provided by the dopest marketing team around.
- Prepare accurate reports on your sales performance in HubSpot.
- Create a personal marketing outreach plan including company supplied methods such as email blasts, postcard mailings, SMS, or RVM with a call scheduling link to re-engage stale leads within our CRM.
- Join relevant Facebook groups within your sales territory and promote the business to warm leads who know our company and brand.
- Work with the marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative lead generation strategies.
- Oversee and manage contests, giveaways, and other promotions.
- Provide administrative support to team sales initiatives including data entry, appointment setting and note taking.
- Maintain and update the client contact database with an amazingly accurate attention to detail and a full and complete belief that you can never, ever have enough data.
Requirements: WORK HARD, BE AN ADULT, TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF, AND KEEP YOUR WORD.
- Expert level understanding of HubSpot is a plus
- Expert level familiarity with spreadsheets and sales databases a MUST.
- No writing like a caveman. Grammar skills are a must.
- Expert level familiarity with G SUITE including SHEETS, SLIDES, DOCS, GMAIL, AND DRIVE. We live in the google drive.
- Comfortable navigating the C-Suite : You must be able to have high level conversations with outside executives and business owners. Have your own book of business in home service or Realestate? Tell us about it!
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
- We are an extremely tech-savvy and tech-enabled company. You should be too.
- Knowledge of selling PRINT, Ad space, Data or Data Marketing experience is a huge plus. *
