- Monitoring company accounts and conducting quarterly reviews
- Accounts payable
- Accounts receivable
- Profit-and-loss statements
- Tax preparation
- Expense reports
- Cost reduction proposals
- Payroll
- Budgets
- Internal audits for policy adherence
- Internal audits for tax codes
- Presenting budgets and reports to upper management
Additional Duties:
- Recordkeeping
- Account reconciliation
- Invoice processing
- Running errands (bank deposits, etc.)
- Data entry

Under direction from the Principals, an accountant in this position will be responsible for closing client accounting records and assisting with financial statement preparation monthly. They must be able to multi-task as well as work independently with little supervision on many projects. Additionally, they must be able to work well as part of a team. Meeting deadlines is a must, so good time management skills are required.
Telework or working from home is not available during the probationary period.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a major in Accounting or comparable subject.
- Recent Accounting Graduate a plus
- Signed up to take the CPA exam a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Excellent research techniques.
- Ability to multi-task, communicate and maintain relationship with clients.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- A willingness to diversify knowledge in specialized areas.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
