JOB SUMMARY*
Our growing company is seeking an Associate Brand Manager to join our Brand Marketing Team. This position will assist the Brand Managers and other team members with the output of various marketing materials.
The Associate Brand Manager will report to the Brand Manager and will involve working closely with our Retail Team, Product Roadmap and Creative Services to strategize and help manage the process from A to Z - packaging development, product and launch performance analysis, new and ongoing marketing activities, and coordinating with the broader Harvest cross-functional team to find new opportunities to celebrate The Goodness of Cannabis.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES *
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to drive effective brand activation and execution of brand promotional activities
- Effectively analyze data, derive insights, and use it to create fact-based action plan recommendations to drive our business
- Partner with Sales and Retail to gain input and field experience to identify the best programs and practices for successful sell-in and sell-through

In this role you will….
- Represent company and brand by executing various marketing events, such as vendor days, sample drops, competitions, tradeshows, networking events, and awards shows.
- Coordinate event logistics with sales and marketing departments to ensure sufficient materials, personnel, and product distribution.
