JOB SUMMARY*
Our growing company is seeking an Associate Brand Manager to join our Brand Marketing Team. This position will assist the Brand Managers and other team members with the output of various marketing materials.
The Associate Brand Manager will report to the Brand Manager and will involve working closely with our Retail Team, Product Roadmap and Creative Services to strategize and help manage the process from A to Z - packaging development, product and launch performance analysis, new and ongoing marketing activities, and coordinating with the broader Harvest cross-functional team to find new opportunities to celebrate The Goodness of Cannabis.
Ideally, we are looking for someone who is passionate about the industry, about brand building and marketing, who has strong project management experience, embraces an entrepreneurial spirit, and a strong desire to join a high-growth brand.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES *
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to drive effective brand activation and execution of brand promotional activities
- Effectively analyze data, derive insights, and use it to create fact-based action plan recommendations to drive our business
- Partner with Sales and Retail to gain input and field experience to identify the best programs and practices for successful sell-in and sell-through
- Support and help drive the strategic growth of the Harvest suite of brands
- Demonstrate strong project management skills helping with product development, production, launch, and maintenance
- Develop strategic briefs laddering up to overall brand plan and ensure design execution meets strategic needs

Assist in developing content for sales and marketing presentations and tools
- Own the day-to-day relationship with Project Manager and work closely to meet schedule and budget demands
- Partner with cross-functional teams (design, content, marketing, social, operations, procurement, legal, finance, and business development, etc.) to help execute product launches and promotions

Perform promotion analyses and make recommendations
- Event support during key campaign activation
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities
- Work collaboratively and respectfully with other team members
- Support on special projects; additional duties as assigned by management
QUALIFICATIONS *
- 2-3 years prior work experience; CPG preferred; cannabis experience a plus Strong computer skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office required, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Teams
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Detail-oriented with an ability to manage multiple assignments
- Should have a creative mindset and an eye for detail

EDUCATION *
- Bachelor's Degree in the study of Marketing, Communications, Advertising or similar, or equivalent years of work experience and Certification in lieu of Bachelor's Degree
