Springbig is the leading loyalty marketing and communications platform in the cannabis industry, working with over 1,500 unique storefronts and building up a cumulative database of over 25 million consumers. Our Software as a Service (SaaS) platform allows our dispensary clients to configure a custom loyalty program and through this loyalty program build a database of consumers. Our platform also boasts this industry’s most comprehensive communications engine, allowing our dispensary clients to market to their database of consumers via SMS and email (primarily focused on SMS marketing) in a personalized way.
Springbig recently launched a new platform, Brands by Springbig. This is also a SaaS platform, and it allows cannabis brands to collaborate with our dispensary clients to send engaging SMS campaigns to the dispensary’s database of consumers. A brand can use this platform to place an advertisement on top of hundreds of thousands of text messages and drive their products’ sell-through like never before! This gives brands direct access to consumers in a way they’re never had before and an unprecedented reporting on campaign attribution.
We are seeking a high-energy and motivated Brands SDR to represent springbig as we continue to expand our market share as the leading loyalty and communications platform for the cannabis industry. The Brands SDR is responsible for setting meetings with brands across the cannabis industry through client referrals, prospecting on platforms like LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and calling on brands, retailers, and partners to either set meetings or procure referrals.
Our headquarters are located in beautiful Boca Raton, FL.
What are we looking for in a team member?
Your specialization is less important than your ability to learn fast, communicate and adapt to shifting priorities.
Responsibilities include:
- Generate leads via email, phone, and social media.
- Conduct research to identify the needs and scale of an opportunity.
- Schedule qualified leads for demos with Company’s Business Development Managers.
- Personalize communications to high-value leads.
- Maintain active engagement with prospects and provide feedback on how to better improve your funnel and performance.
- Work with current clients and partners to generate referrals.
- Use creative approaches to generate leads through prospecting platforms and social media
Requirements:
- Tech savvy + SAAS experience
- Sharp, self-starter, go-getter, motivated by reaching numbers / goals.
- Extremely comfortable on the phone, with volume cold calling and drumming up business.
- High business acumen, professional and not easily distracted.
- Smart, hungry, and excited about a career in SaaS Sales.
- A natural intellectual curiosity coupled with resolute grit
- Experience in lead generation, outbound calling, qualifying leads, and advancing the sales process.
- Excellent written communication and grammatical skills; ability to craft strong sales and prospecting emails
- Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong verbal communication skills.
