As a Patient Service Provider, you will operate with direct supervision from the Patient Service Provider management team. ROLE:
As a Patient Service Representative and Front Desk Receptionist, you will operate with direct supervision from the Patient Service Provider management/supervisory team. You will showcase your excellent communication skills by liaising with all levels of the organization as well as ensuring total customer satisfaction with all patients. You will strive to go above and beyond in your customer service skills by motivating those around you while ensuring efficiency, productivity and accuracy in the dispensary.
Along with customer service qualities that the role entails, you will also be assisting patients by ensuring all check-in procedures are followed, answering their questions, making them feel welcomed and comfortable. The positions are responsible for ringing up patients, correctly inputting coupons and ensuring the patient has the best experience possible to build positive patient relationships. The role is a very fast paced role which will require navigating patient flow both indoor and outdoor as well as coordinating the lobby. This role is not a traditional role in that it is very active and not sedentary.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Greets all customers in a warm, sincere, and helpful manner.
- Answer multiple phone lines while maintaining the utmost professionalism and a high level of customer service.
- Makes recommendations to management team on ways to improve efficiency.
- Process mail and distribute accordingly (USPS, UPS, Fedex, etc.)
- Manage multiple clerical duties, to include typing, calendaring, etc.
- Ensure the operations of the dispensary run in a smooth and professional fashion.
- Willingness to take on additional duties as needed and do so with a positive attitude.
- Processing transactions and become a subject matter expert on all functions of the PSP role to be able to assist when needed.
- Maintains quality customer service by establishing and enforcing company standards and handling customer inquiries and complaints.
- Assist patients with choosing the right products according to their ailments when functioning as the PSP (as needed).
- Verify patient's allotment and ensure they are eligible to make purchasing using the state system.
- Manages inbound phone inquiries and routes calls accordingly.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience working in a dispensary helpful.
- Restaurant experience is very beneficial (servers and bartenders).
- Minimum one-year as a high volume receptionist or customer service role is helpful.

- Clerical experience is beneficial.
- Ability to multi-task is a must.

Budtender / Patient Advocate / Point of Sale Person (PSP)
Natures Medicines is looking for individuals who wish to become part of our sales team as Point of Sales Person (PSP)/Budtender. Work hours are 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. (Dispensary hours will be 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday through Saturday), and you must be available to work as needed to help our dispensary meet its patient needs demand. You will need to have a sociable demeanor and the ability to interact with and engage our customers. You will need to be schooled on all our products and services so that you can meet all our customer needs. You will be performing sales functions and will need to be able to run a register and be accountable for the till and inventory you sell. You must have a positive attitude and work well with others to help achieve sales goals and achieve great customer service. You must have a great work ethic, attendance record, and have an eye for detail and a positive attitude.
An Provisioning Center shall apply for dispensary agent registration for all board members, directors, employees, executives, managers, and volunteers who are associated with that Provisioning Center. All such individuals must be 21 years of age or older; and have not been convicted of a felony drug offense in the State, or a like violation of the laws of another state, the United States, or a military, territorial, or Indian tribal authority. (725.030).
Work Setting

Job Description
Nature's Medicines is a Licensed Non-Profit Dispensary that serves over 40+ strains of award winning flower, and currently over 100+ varieties of concentrates. We are the only dispensary in Arizona that tests every batch of flower and concentrates for potency and purity. Nature’s Medicines dispenses cannabis “deli style” with complete transparency. Flower is selected from large jars and weighed right in front of you. Our patients know with 100% certainty that they have received the exact strain and amount requested.
Patient service providers are responsible for interfacing and consulting with qualified patients and caregivers. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position. This role may require working odd shifts, so flexibility is a plus. Service providers will be assisting the management team with the activities and operations of the dispensary, while abiding by policies and procedures. We need strong individuals who are self-motivated with an upbeat personality and a positive attitude.
Duties and responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests as called into med room.
Ensure station area is clean and presentable.
Checks in patients and verifies status on AZDHS system.
Processes patient orders and payments utilizing POS software.
Follow policy and procedure per Arizona Department Of Health Services.
Participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities.
Supports management team in motivating, training, and coaching.
Covering additional duties assigned by the management team.
Qualifications
Must successfully pass an extensive background check No Felonies.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Open availability.
Cannabis knowledge.
Bilingual is a plus. (Not Required)
Cash handling experience.
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to pay close attention to detail and time management.
