As a Shift Lead, you are the responsible for the opening/closing duties of the dispensary as well as the manager on duty for staff. Assisting both patients with their specific needs and staff with operational tasks, the shift lead position will focus both on our store as well as our patient community. We are looking for managers with drive and focus to help this fast growing staple in the community.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting with patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Maintaining Dispensary for a clean, professional, and compliant experience for patients.
- Opening/Closing dispensary within both retail and regulatory obligations.
- Assist patients with any questions or concerns they may have about various products
- Managing and supporting on-duty staff with retail assistance
- Explain the potential effects of cannabis based on terpene/cannabinoid profiles
- Properly trim and weigh out cannabis
- Perform sales transactions accurately in a timely manner
- Efficiently set up cannabis products before opening and pack up at closing
- Assist in community outreach

- Accept product deliveries, ensuring the accuracy of products delivered compared to what was manifested
- Execute product transfers in a timely and accurate manner
- Efficiently stock the front of house with all available products
