DUTIES (include but not limited to):
- Daily dispensary operations, consulting with patients, answering phones, educating and informing patients on any cannabis related information while maintaining compliant with the state. While making sure patients feel comfortable and welcomed in our facility, creating personal relationships with clients.
- Educate patients on the use, delivery, devices, techniques, and dosing of medical cannabis.
- Learn the use of our inventory management and point of sale system.
- Verify patient profiles with the state tracking system and our point of sale system.
- Filing of important documents.
- Maintain spreadsheets and any other administrative tasks/roles assigned by management
- Provide high quality customer service to patients
- Engage with patients, visitors, and staff members with a positive attitude. Creating conversation with those around you.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Flexibility with working all positions; front desk, budtender, scale, and front door
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

AMMA’s Inventory Clerk position is responsible for inventory cycle counting, verification of required documentation and product counts for intake by conducting daily audits of inventory, tracking and distribution of product. Responsibilities also include accounting and reporting inventory surplus, product returns, waste, damages, ensuring strict compliance with company policies and procedures. This role also manages the menu for the location, focusing on the most accurate and up to date information to be provided to our patients.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES *
- Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; processes purchasing orders as required; track orders and paperwork.
- Records purchases, maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports.
- Receives, unpacks and label products; re-stocks items as necessary; labels shelves.
- Processes invoices for payment.
- Processes and documents return as required following established procedures.
- May lead, guide and train employees performing related work.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
- Manage all menus for the assigned locations.
- Add/remove the product from each of the menus (online platforms and in-store platforms) dependent on inventory stock.

Position Summary
Maryland University of Integrative Health is seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated individual to serve as an instructor in Herbal Product Design and Cannabis. Courses to be taught include Dispensary Practices and Quality Assessment of Herbal Medicine, Safety of Botanical Medicine, and Cannabis. Instructors contribute broad university service through student advising, committee work, and scholarship and professional development. To be considered for this position, you must currently reside in the United States.
Responsibilities/Duties
Responsibilities/duties include, but are not limited to:
- Teaching online courses in graduate curriculum, including creating syllabi, lesson plans, and assessments appropriate for graduate level coursework (i.e., incorporating critical thinking and information literacy), integrating computing, academic technologies, and the university learning management system into the subject material
- Review and update syllabi in cooperation with department faculty, department administration, and University Curriculum Committee;
- Employ innovative teaching and learning strategies and methods, such as the flipped classroom; and employ case-based, team-based, competency-based, and experiential learning, as appropriate;
- Continuously improve teaching based on assessment results and implementation of best practices in teaching and learning;
- Perform timely assessments and evaluations of student knowledge, sills, and attitudes;
- Submit student grades and return coursework in a timely manner;
- Remain current in discipline and area(s) of specialization and update course content to reflect advances in the discipline;
- Participate in scholarly endeavors including research;
- Utilize the university portal, MUIH email, and learning management system, as appropriate;
- Attend and participate in department and university meetings as well as other service opportunities;
- Participate in the annual Faculty Performance Evaluation (FPE) process;
- Collaborate as part of an academic community in a mindful, courteous, and professional manner;

Qualifications
Required:
- Masters degree in Herbal Medicine or other relevant field;

As a Patient Service Provider (Budtender), you will operate with direct supervision from the Patient Service Provider management team. MUIH is seeking a part-time dispensary supervisor for its Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine Department, specifically supervising in the Chinese herbal dispensary. Primary functions include supervising students in the Chinese Herbal Dispensary, assisting students in compounding formulas, and compounding formulas independently.
Essential Functions

- Ensure students follow professional dispensary standards, ethics, and safety protocols while providing safe and appropriate herbal formulas to clients.
- Guide students’ identification of herbs and their functions.
- Identify and address areas for improvement including explanation of formulas and their modifications.
- Review and support completion of dispensary documentation in a timely manner.
- Demonstrate and educate students in the correct use of Chinese Herbal software for proper handling, use, and shipping of herbs.
- Participate in inventory evaluations
- Supervise all financial exchanges related to the dispensary during the shift
- Respond to requests and questions in a knowledgeable, timely, and courteous manner
- Compound herbal formulas as needed
- Perform other work as assigned
Education and Experience Qualifications
Required:
- Master of Acupuncture with a specialization in Chinese Herbs
- Current Maryland acupuncture license
- Experience prescribing Chinese herbs in clinical practice
- Experience compounding Chinese Herbal formulas in a clinical setting
Preferred:
- Doctor of Acupuncture with a specialization in Chinese Herbs
- Experience teaching Chinese herbal medicine courses in an accredited institution
- NCCAOM Diplomate in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbs
Skills and Abilities:
- Demonstrates a high level of competency in the required subject area
- Excellent interpersonal skills

ROLE:
The Inventory Manager is responsible for the day-to-day inventory management for the cultivation facility, ensuring proper inventory levels are maintained at all times. The Inventory Manager position is responsible for the direct oversight of all inventory cycle counting, verification of required documentation and product counts for intake by conducting daily audits of inventory, tracking and distribution of product. ROLE:
The IT Specialist will provide direct IT support to all users nationally across the organization. This position will sit at our corporate shared services center in Phoenix, Arizona but will play a critical role in getting users set up remotely at our various locations across the country. This position will be responsible for ordering and setting up hardware and software, diagnosing various issues with connectivity and help desk duties, answering questions and helping users access all programs and devices.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Conduct audits of current practices alongside the CTO and IT Director to help in developing strategies that are cutting edge.
- Meet various objectives and strategies within the IT department.
- Help in Implementing suitable technology programs to streamline all internal operations.
- Work with managers and employees nationally to ensure all team members have necessary equipment and access.
- Coordinate with People & Culture to ensure all new hires have all necessary equipment prior to their start dates.
- Continually monitor changes in the IS and IT fields to find ways the company can improve.
- Be a subject matter expert within our networks and systems in the company to ensure optimal performance.

ROLE:
As a Patient Service Provider, you will operate with direct supervision from the Patient Service Provider management team. You will showcase your excellent communication skills by liaising with all levels of the organization as well as ensuring total customer satisfaction with all patients. ROLE:
The IT Specialist will provide direct IT support to all users nationally across the organization. This position will sit at our corporate shared services center in Phoenix, Arizona but will play a critical role in getting users set up remotely at our various locations across the country. - Ensure day-to-day operations run smooth throughout the dispensary.
- Work with regional team and corporate to create strategic objectives, operational plans and store goals.
- Ensure all inventory operations are in compliance at all times.
- Work with Talent Acquisition and People & Culture teams to ensure appropriate staffing levels and be proactive in forecasting staffing needs.
- Maintain education and knowledge of all state and local cannabis laws and regulations.
- Inform staff of all new products.
- Complete and analyze fixed asset inventories.
- Approve and adjust inventory settings as needed.
- Ensure all inventory is properly catalogued.
- Establishes and maintains working relationships with all vendors and suppliers.
- Ensure all technology platforms, such as METRC, are constantly updated the most accurate product descriptions and inventory amounts.
- Ensuring new products are ready for sale within the established timeframes for each product.
- Document and address any and all discrepancies.
- Supervise, delegate, coach, and motivate inventory team members to ensure a productive environment.
- Keep all departments abreast of any inventory concerns and ensure you are being proactive.
- Train inventory team members as needed.
- Be instrumental in creating policies, procedures, and inventory SOP’s to ensure best practices are being followed.
- Receives, unpacks and label products; re-stocks items as necessary; labels shelves.
- Processes invoices for payment.
- Processes and documents return as required following established procedures.
- May lead, guide and train employees performing related work.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
- Manage all menus for the assigned locations.
- Add/remove the product from each of the menus (online platforms and in-store platforms) dependent on inventory stock.
- Work seamlessly with other Marketing Specialists, Social Media Specialists, Email Marketing Specialists and Menu Specialists
- Update online platforms to help promote product sales.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering and inventory control.
- At least 7-10 years of inventory management experience in a high-volume environment.
- Working knowledge of industry best practices.
- Ability to reconcile stock counts to report data.
- Database and time management skills.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems or research inventory losses
- Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork.
- Ability to receive, stock, and/or deliver goods.
- Clerical, word processing, and/or office skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Trustworthy, Punctual with great written and verbal skills.
- A high level of internal and external customer service.
- Willingness to travel extended lengths when necessary, to work extended hours when required to fulfill company growth requirements, and to be flexible with schedule and availability.
- Ability to manage high-stress situations and to be flexible and adaptable when a situation requires it.
- Proper employment documentation and authorized to work in the US

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
