AMMA’s Inventory Clerk position is responsible for inventory cycle counting, verification of required documentation and product counts for intake by conducting daily audits of inventory, tracking and distribution of product. Responsibilities also include accounting and reporting inventory surplus, product returns, waste, damages, ensuring strict compliance with company policies and procedures. This role also manages the menu for the location, focusing on the most accurate and up to date information to be provided to our patients.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES *

Instructors contribute broad university service through student advising, committee work, and scholarship and professional development. Responsibilities/Duties
Responsibilities/duties include, but are not limited to:
- Teaching online courses in graduate curriculum, including creating syllabi, lesson plans, and assessments appropriate for graduate level coursework (i.e., incorporating critical thinking and information literacy), integrating computing, academic technologies, and the university learning management system into the subject material
- Review and update syllabi in cooperation with department faculty, department administration, and University Curriculum Committee;
- Employ innovative teaching and learning strategies and methods, such as the flipped classroom; and employ case-based, team-based, competency-based, and experiential learning, as appropriate;
- Continuously improve teaching based on assessment results and implementation of best practices in teaching and learning;
- Perform timely assessments and evaluations of student knowledge, sills, and attitudes;
- Submit student grades and return coursework in a timely manner;

Chinese Herbal Program- Dispensary Supervisor

Position Summary

MUIH is seeking a part-time dispensary supervisor for its Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine Department, specifically supervising in the Chinese herbal dispensary. Primary functions include supervising students in the Chinese Herbal Dispensary, assisting students in compounding formulas, and compounding formulas independently.
Essential Functions

- Ensure students follow professional dispensary standards, ethics, and safety protocols while providing safe and appropriate herbal formulas to clients.
- Guide students’ identification of herbs and their functions.
- Identify and address areas for improvement including explanation of formulas and their modifications.
- Review and support completion of dispensary documentation in a timely manner.
- Demonstrate and educate students in the correct use of Chinese Herbal software for proper handling, use, and shipping of herbs.
- Participate in inventory evaluations
- Supervise all financial exchanges related to the dispensary during the shift
- Respond to requests and questions in a knowledgeable, timely, and courteous manner
- Compound herbal formulas as needed
- Perform other work as assigned
Education and Experience Qualifications
Required:
- Master of Acupuncture with a specialization in Chinese Herbs
- Current Maryland acupuncture license
- Experience prescribing Chinese herbs in clinical practice
- Experience compounding Chinese Herbal formulas in a clinical setting
Preferred:
- Doctor of Acupuncture with a specialization in Chinese Herbs
- Experience teaching Chinese herbal medicine courses in an accredited institution
- NCCAOM Diplomate in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbs
Skills and Abilities:
- Demonstrates a high level of competency in the required subject area
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Strong grasp of diagnosis, treatment and medicinal utilization in Chinese herbal medicine.

DUTIES:
- Daily dispensary operations, consulting with patients, answering phones, educating and informing patients on any cannabis related information while maintaining compliant with the state. - Educate patients on the use, delivery, devices, techniques, and dosing of medical cannabis.

Responsibilities
- Manages day to day system application activities, including end user support, troubleshooting and completion of month end activities
- Administer and Manage user roles and proper access to BlackLine
- Monitors, supports, troubleshoots, and maintains BlackLine
- Provide system trainings to appropriate team members where necessary (e.g. onboarding new employees)
- Participate and document processes, changes, and/or enhancements in BlackLine
- Be first line support and primary point of contact for BlackLine questions from the application users
- Identify and resolve errors relating to system entries, verify that system files and data are reconciled according to standards
- Ensures system compliance with SOX controls and internal and external audit and reporting requirements
- Recommends system process improvements to existing Accounting business practices
- Provide support for any system related project and/or future SAP integrations between these applications

Experience

- Continually monitor changes in the IS and IT fields to find ways the company can improve.

The Inventory Manager is responsible for the day-to-day inventory management for the cultivation facility, ensuring proper inventory levels are maintained at all times. The Inventory Manager position is responsible for the direct oversight of all inventory cycle counting, verification of required documentation and product counts for intake by conducting daily audits of inventory, tracking and distribution of product. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

ROLE:
The IT Specialist will provide direct IT support to all users nationally across the organization. This position will sit at our corporate shared services center in Phoenix, Arizona but will play a critical role in getting users set up remotely at our various locations across the country. This position will be responsible for ordering and setting up hardware and software, diagnosing various issues with connectivity and help desk duties, answering questions and helping users access all programs and devices.

As a Patient Service Provider, you will operate with direct supervision from the Patient Service Provider management team. ROLE:
The IT Specialist will provide direct IT support to all users nationally across the organization. This position will sit at our corporate shared services center in Phoenix, Arizona but will play a critical role in getting users set up remotely at our various locations across the country. - Work seamlessly with other Marketing Specialists, Social Media Specialists, Email Marketing Specialists and Menu Specialists
- Update online platforms to help promote product sales.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering and inventory control.
- At least 7-10 years of inventory management experience in a high-volume environment.
- Working knowledge of industry best practices.
- Ability to reconcile stock counts to report data.
- Database and time management skills.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems or research inventory losses
- Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork.
- Ability to receive, stock, and/or deliver goods.
- Clerical, word processing, and/or office skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Trustworthy, Punctual with great written and verbal skills.
- A high level of internal and external customer service.
- Willingness to travel extended lengths when necessary, to work extended hours when required to fulfill company growth requirements, and to be flexible with schedule and availability.
- Ability to manage high-stress situations and to be flexible and adaptable when a situation requires it.
- Proper employment documentation and authorized to work in the US
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
