Job Description
The Marketing & Communications Coordinator will work with the marketing and brand team to ensure the organization and utilization of marketing materials and brand initiatives in market. The ideal candidate is a highly organized “doer” lending them the ability to dig in and solve problems in real time. Though reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, this role will rely on the team member’s ability to function within the company ecosystem to benefit overarching goals. Strong organizational and communication skills are critical to assisting the Marketing team in communicating across teams (with the executives, sales, and operations). Responsibilities
- Play a key role in in communicating the marketing initiatives and programs across teams by scheduling and running intercompany meetings, capturing notes and action items, and acting as the Marketing team’s “key person on the ground” in ensuring brand and marketing strategies are executed as drawn up
- Track the marketing budget in conjunction with the Director of Marketing, ensuring each item has been accounted for in the overall budget
- Support brand and marketing activities and launches by assembling, managing inventory of, and distributing materials and assets
- Maintain a comprehensive sampling program in conjunction with both sales and marketing, ensuring both deployment as well as tracking.
- Assist the brand and marketing team in conducting market research and reporting on the success of sales and marketing activities

The Marketing Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting the Senior Director of Marketing in carrying out various strategies and tasks on The Parent Company's (TPCo) portfolio of owned THC product brands, and working with other marketing team members and cross-functional partners to reach or exceed revenue targets for the portfolio. The key focus of the role includes: 1) assisting with marketing tactic execution, 2) assisting with system setup and data/asset management, 3) managing budget tracking and expense payments, 4) working with cross functional partners across TPCo.
Schedule: Mondays and Thursdays 7:00am - 4:00pm, M-T-W 8:00am - 5:00pm
What You'll Do
- Assist Sr. Director of Marketing with execution of marketing tactics across TPCo portfolio of brands
- Managing brand and product content on Caliva/Deli store menus, Weedmaps, and other wholesale account menus.
- Digital Asset Management - Ensure DAM is up to date with all assets for 1st party and 3rd party brands. Share with internal and external partners as directed.
- Assist with creation of product and brand training materials
- Primary contact for logistics/coordination and administrative support for brand executions as assigned.
- Vendor Payments – Submit PORs and Pos for processing. Track and expedite as needed.
- Budget Tracking – Track spend as planned, accrued and as payments are submitted for processing.
- Expense management for Roc Nation
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed (planning, coordination, shipping, etc.)
- Stay current on market trends and competitive commercial activity

What You Have

JOB SUMMARY

CORE JOB DUTIES
- Perform inventory audits daily, weekly and monthly as needed
- Ensure inventory records are always accurate
- Follow state guidelines to maintain an accurate physical inventory and ensure the integrity of the dispensary records
- Assist in managing State inventory system METRC.
- Assist in deliveries that will be taken into the dispensary ensuring they are accurate
- Adding all new products received into METRC and Flowhub
- Participate in assessing the internal controls over inventory to identify deficiencies and develop corrective action plans for continuous improvement
- Work with our local General Manager to ensure all inventory issues are handled in a timely fashion
- Adhere to all mandatory state regulations
- Oversee the procurement process to ensure consistent availability of products preferred by our customer base
- Ability to manage a budget, and identify ways to contain procurement costs
- Proven ability to negotiate successfully on behalf of the organization
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Assist Chief Marketing Officer in various projects including:

· Assist in managing cross-channel marketing programs and collect data through internal and external analysis to develop actionable reports and initiatives
