Job Description
The full time brand ambassador in Boston will work with the Director of Marketing as well as the local sales team to support all retailers. These doors will be supported with consistent vendor days, budtender check ins, and various other promotional activities. All support will be scheduled ahead of time with the Director of Marketing and will be requested by sales. This is a field position that requires consistent communication, organizational skills, and flexibility. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of sales and marketing as well as the Seattle geography and dynamics.
**Please note: this role will start part-time and move to full-time around the start of 2023**
Responsibilities
- Strengthen and maintain relationships in all Massachusetts locations, with primary focus in the Boston metropolitan area
- Prepare for Vendor Days by confirming the event two weeks prior performing online menu audits, checking inventory, and problem solving for any potential issues
- Work with the Director of Marketing to build out a robust vendor day calendar with an eye to catering to both the retail staff as well as consumers
- Consistent market awareness - what is going on throughout the territory and how can we improve?
- Activate as many vendor days as possible while strategizing for high level of visibility during engagements
- Train budtenders while activating vendor days, ensuring the brand has their full buy in
- Pursue larger opportunities and work with Director of Marketing to assess the benefit, lift, etc

Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, diligent and productive team member to work in our production team making a variety of products including chocolates and an assortment of other confections. You will be working alongside other team members to ensure our products are of the highest quality and made with attention and care. This will be a full-time position and we are looking for candidates that want to grow along with our company. Our facility is located in SoDo in Seattle.
Hours will be 7:30a - 4pm, Monday - Friday.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- All aspects of production work, primarily making edible confections
- Scaling and mixing ingredients to precise measurements
- Following established production procedures, including associated paperwork
- Preparing production areas for daily use before production begins for the day
- End of day clean-up, including dishwashing, mopping and reorganization of materials
- Assisting in other departments as needed, such as packaging

Job Description
The Inventory Associate will work closely with the operations and marketing teams to organize logistics and ensure inventory is accurately procured, tracked and distributed. This role will primarily work with operations to ensure administrative success and will be located in our Seattle facility. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, the ability to work interdepartmentally to accomplish goals and applies detail oriented thinking to tasks.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the procurement, tracking and distribution of all inventory items (packaging, marketing materials, samples, etc.)
- Keep a detailed inventory of all packaging materials and assist Partner State Operations Manager in distributing these to licensing partners across the U.S.
- Keep a detailed inventory of all marketing assets and materials, moderating the use of items in conjunction with brand and marketing strategy
- Work with brand and marketing to place necessary orders for collateral, merchandising, and marketing assets
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations to organize sampling. This includes forecasting the required samples, budgeting for their creation, and working with operations to schedule their production
- Ship marketing assets throughout the markets, tracking those actions both from a logistic and budgetary perspective

Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, diligent and productive team member to work on a variety of packaging and production tasks. You will be working alongside other team members to ensure our products are of the highest quality and handled with attention and care.
Hours will be 7:30am - 4:00pm Monday - Friday. Pay starts at $16/hr.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assemble and pack boxes alongside team
- Handle products carefully and with a high attention to detail to prevent mistakes
- Take direction from supervisor on our company standards and process
- Assist with production tasks relating to the making of confections and other products
- Prepare packaging and production areas for start of day
- Help with end of day clean-up, including dishwashing, mopping and reorganization of materials
- Other duties as assigned throughout the production facility
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must be 21+ years of age
- Happy to undertake physical repetitive tasks with a professional and positive attitude
- Able to take direction and be mentored to succeed in role
- Proactive, self-motivated and hardworking
- Ability to work in groups and independently as needed
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good verbal communication

We are seeking an enthusiastic, diligent and productive team member to work in our production team making a variety of products including chocolates and an assortment of other confections. You will be working alongside other team members to ensure our products are of the highest quality and made with attention and care. This will be a full-time position and we are looking for candidates that want to grow along with our company.
Hours will be 6am - 4:30pm Monday-Thursday. Pay starts at $17.25/hr.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- All aspects of production work including making confections, oils, and other new products as they are launched
- Scaling and mixing ingredients to precise measurements
- Following established production procedures, including associated paperwork
- Preparing production areas for daily use before production begins for the day
- End of day clean-up, including dishwashing, mopping and reorganization of materials
- Assisting in other departments as needed, such as packaging
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 6+ months experience in production required
- Happy to undertake repetitive tasks with a professional and positive attitude
- Able to take direction and be mentored to succeed in role
- Knowledge of general food safety practices and requirements
- Proactive, self-motivated and hardworking
- Competent in basic math
- Ability to work in groups and independently as needed
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good verbal communication
- Able to display excellent time management skills

We are looking to add a full-time HR professional to our team to advise and resolve employee relation issues as well as engage in other general HR areas as needed, such as on-boarding and healthcare administration. Our ideal candidate will have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in order to confidently advise staff and managers on a wide range of issues. Given our industry, an eye towards compliance will be necessary. This role will likely expand in responsibility as the company grows.
Primary responsibilities:
- Act as primary contact for all staff complaints and general policy inquiries (directing to other managers as needed)
- Lead staff and management through all employee relations including internal investigations as needed
- Use tools such as polling and surveys to examine trends in job satisfaction and effectiveness of company communications
- Analyze any patterns seen in employee concerns and propose solutions to management
- Counsel managers and executive team on employee issues while taking into company policies as well as impact of local, state & federal laws
- Keep company up-to-date on HR issues by coordinating training on harassment, discrimination, and other areas as appropriate
- Review and refine company handbook as needed to reflect changing policies and laws
- Build trust and rapport with all levels of staff in order to become a trusted HR asset within the company
- Interview potential employees and provide feedback to managers
- Assist new employees with joining the company and smoothing any potential roadblocks in on-boarding
- Providing ad-hoc advice as needed in areas such as strategic hiring plans, compensation and other areas
Skills required:
- 3+ years of experience with HR and employee relations, ideally with small companies (50 - 100 people) and with direct executive contact
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in start-up environment preferred
- Excellent communication, trust building and overall people skills
- Able to influence and find resolution between different parties
- Willing to challenge the status quo to promote better organizational function
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen
- Comfortable with a variety of software including google suite and slack
