Description and Responsibilities:

- Monitoring, following up, and updating estimated time frames within our PM system.
- Responsible for creating and updating product identification numbers within our CRM system.

- Support the PM team with tasks such as taking images of each project deliverable, gathering specs, and creating mock prototype samples.

Job Description
Responsible for conducting the full range of activities required to prepare, submit, and manage local and state applications to obtain cannabis permit(s) to cultivation, manufacture, distribute and dispense cannabis in California as well as helping out with office and project management administrative duties when not working on applications.

Application Duties:
- At least 2 Years of Experience of technical writing experience in cannabis or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience writing SOPs.
- Advanced research capabilities
- Familiar with Cannabis Ordinances and with State Regulators (BCC, CDPH, and CDFA)
- Cannabis Technical Research on Cultivation, Distribution, Manufacturing and Dispensing Best Practices
