ENTRY LEVEL – JUNIOR PROJECT MANAGER: The Junior Project Manager is responsible for coordinating with the Project Manager in the planning, direction, completion, client satisfaction, and financial outcome of assigned manufacturing projects. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and analytical skills and will be involved in the following areas of the project(s):
· Contract administration
· Project planning, coordination and controls
· Project tracking through engineering, production and shipping
· Punch list management
· Change order processing
· Project schedule adherence
· Scheduling deliveries
· Interfacing with customers when needed both by telephone and electronic media
· Production forecasting based on required delivery dates
· Project weekly report generation
· Change management reports
· Billing
· Inventory management
· Operations coordination
Position may also necessitate travel to Trade Shows and customer’s places of business in order to develop and strengthen the project management relationship
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
· Superior communication and administrative organization skills
· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
· Proven ability in problem solving
· Proven ability to manage multiple projects/activities

Showbest is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable billing clerk to join our growing team. The billing clerk will issue invoices, process credit memos, update accounting records with customer information, issue statements, manage sales tax and other related duties. The right candidate will be able to multitask, deal with customer concerns in a professional manner, and work with project managers to solve problems as they may arise.
To be successful as a billing clerk, you should have strong organizational skills. An outstanding candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills and a knack for working with numbers.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Calculates costs for goods, services, and delivery/shipment of goods.
- Verifies accuracy of billing data, correcting any errors.
- Creates itemized statements, bills, invoices, and other necessary billing documents, which may require calculation of credit terms, shipping charges, discounts, and costs of goods.
- Records amounts due for items purchased or services rendered.
- Performs general bookkeeping work, which may include entering data and maintaining records, invoices, and supporting documents of amounts due for items purchased or services rendered.
- Contacts customers to obtain, verify, and update account information when necessary.
- Manage monthly sales tax
- Performs other related duties, as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Basic understanding of clerical and administrative procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to solve problems as they may arise.
- Basic Excel skills
- Familiar with accounting software
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
