The ideal candidate for the HERBL Loss Prevention Specialist position has a natural ability to communicate easily with customers, employees, and partners. This is a great opportunity to join HERBL, and to be focused on securing HERBL’s properties, people, and partners while delivering exceptional customer service to all.
Loss Prevention staff serve as Security Ambassadors for HERBL and as such, they must portray a highly professional demeanor, demonstrate excellent judgement, and deliver best in class support.
You will be responsible for handling emergencies; monitoring safety and security of the HERBL Santa Rosa campus; generating reports; reviewing video; answering digital intercom; fielding phone calls and a variety of other Security and Investigation tasks. As such, any candidate must have operator level proficiency with access control, alarm, Ops Center, and CCTV systems. Operators must be able to communicate clearly in both written and spoken English. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Serve as a liaison between arriving guests and warehouse staff, greeting, screening, and confirming appointments when applicable. This will include visitor safety security briefings along with COVID screenings
- Effectively process and forward information from incoming calls.
- Manage all access control requests to include activation and deactivation of profiles, issuing parking passes and temp visitor access
- Monitor building/fire alarms and panic alarm activation to ensure proper response and/or dispatching along with Police liaison
- Monitor physical security systems and respond/coordinate response to safety and security issues on campus and for drivers on delivery routes
- Facilitate and coordinate information exchange during all emergencies or vehicle accidents working closely with the routing and dispatch team members
- Perform various administrative tasks as assigned or directed; to include assisting with security projects, assign access control badges, in person calls for service, and other security activities.
- Assist in internal investigations or cash shortages from delivery/collections
- Conduct regular Loss Prevention safety audits for compliance of all accident and critical incidents, preventative standards, and programs.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of all identified theft activity and related follow up; disseminate and communicate reporting as necessary.

EDUCATION & EXPEREINCE

- Demonstrated aptitude of Windows, MS Office, and similar basic software.

RESPONSIBILITIES + DUTIES
- Live GPS and CCTV monitoring of all delivery vehicles while out on scheduled routes
- Live communication leveraging PTT with all delivery drivers ensuring SOP’s are followed at all times during arrival and departure
- External environment risk analysis, traffic/public events/issues that could disrupt driver safety or deliveries
- High risk cash /product escorting via CCTV and systems
- Perform security/risk assessments and regular audits of all facilities, including security equipment (access control, CCTV, alarms, and other security upgrades) condition and provide summary of needed improvements to senior management.
- Maintain strong relationships with law enforcement and other government agencies.
- Work closely with other functional leaders and contractors regarding security issues.
- Conduct, supervise and prepare reports relating to internal investigations of any losses or violations of regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Develop, implement and manage security related training for HERBL staff.

The AR Customer Service Specialist facilitates the timely payment of funds from HERBL's customers by building relationships with our customers. HERBL's AR Specialists deliver excellent customer service, always approaching communications with courtesy and respect. This role works closely with the sales and delivery drivers to ensure the efficient flow of goods and payments.
This is a full-time position Monday through Friday with occasional overtime.
Essential Functions
- Contact customers regarding overdue accounts and determine resolutions for non-payment.
- Applies customer payments in system.
- Research and solve payment discrepancies.
- Work with delivery and scheduling team to ensure customers that are being delivered to are current and have correct payment instructions.
- Track payment commitments and set up payment schedules.
- Review system generated past due and credit order holds; release orders or work with customer and sales to resolve issue for order release.
- Escalate accounts to A/R Management and Sales as appropriate.
- Issue dunning letters to overdue accounts as appropriate.
- Recommend when accounts should be shifted to a collection agency.
- Maintain accurate records and notes about the customer payment status.
- Makes adjustments to open items as needed.
- Prepare weekly reports for management and sales.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
This position spends the majority of working hours in an office setting, either working independently or
meeting with team members. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and
supplies, up to 20 pounds.

This role is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of Accounts Payable for both inventory-related transactions and operating expenses. This position is the face of HERBL to our valued suppliers and is required to maintain the spirit of partnership during all interactions and dealings with HERBL suppliers.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Full cycle processing of inventory-related and operating expense accounts payables for payment.
- Ensure timely and accurate payment of assigned vendor invoices.
- Three-way matching of inventory purchases in accounting enterprise resources planning (ERP) software.
- Verify the accuracy and approval of operating invoices for proper coding that aligns with the departmental standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Distribute operating expense invoices to department managers for payment approval.
- Enter invoices and data into accounting ERP software accurately.
- Reconcile vendor statements monthly and research any outstanding items; resolve all discrepancies in a timely fashion.
- Escalate accounts payable and/or compliance issues to department managers.
- Maintain vendor documentation processing, storage, and invoicing support.
- Support check runs and electronic payments.
- Interface across departments to resolve supplier issues.
- Solve and respond to vendor inquiries.
- Support brand chargeback process; support credit memo processing across brands and offsets on customers' accounts.
- Perform various reconciliation and reviews for brands and management such as sell-through calculations.
- Assist with month-end reconciliations of prepaid accounts, accrued liabilities, and other accounts as assigned.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes; assist the accounting department with audit preparation and audit requests.

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate effectively with others. This role requires that the employee sit/stand at a desk using a computer for very long periods. This position is performed in an onsite professional office environment and must occasionally move office equipment or supplies up to 20 lbs. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computer, phone, mouse, keyboard, and video conferencing. The Controller plans and directs the accounting operations of the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversees the operations of the Accounting Department, which include financial reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll.
- Oversees training programs and identifies training needs.
- Maintains a documented system of accounting policies and procedures; implements a system of controls over accounting transactions to minimize risk.
- Oversees the production of periodic financial reports; ensures that the reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles.
- Recommends benchmarks that will be used to measure the company’s performance.
- Produces the annual budget and forecasts; reports significant budget differences to management.
- Provides financial analysis, with emphasis on capital investments, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations.
- Works with external auditors and provides needed information for the annual audit.

The Warehouse Administrative Associate provides clerical and administrative support to our customers, scheduling team, sales, IT, finance, transportation, and warehouse operations teams to ensure that records are produced and maintained in an efficient, accurate, and timely fashion in accordance with company deadlines and state regulations.
Duties & Responsibilities

- Produce all necessary documents for Drivers packets (COA’s, packing lists, invoices and manifests) with 100% accuracy and within daily deadlines to ensure a compliant delivery and exceptional customer experience.
- Maintain accurate customer information in all company customer tracking software platforms (e.g. Salesforce, SAP).
- Manage administrative tasks to order cutoff times and other hard deadlines.
- Proactively communicate exceptions in delivery or order fulfillment issues to brands and sales team, as they arise.

SUMMARY
The Driver Manager manages the driver workforce and real-time operations that facilitate optimization of resources to achieve safety, efficiency, customer satisfaction. Sets and manages productivity targets to meet HERBL’s annual operating plan goals.

SUMMARY
The Inventory Control Clerk is a member of the Inventory Control Team which is responsible for monitoring and maintaining the health and integrity of HERBL’s operational inventory across all technological systems as well as METRC. This team works closely with business units (Operations, Shared Services, Brand Operations, Purchasing and Compliance) to ensure all cross functional operations are interacting with HERBL inventory in an appropriate and compliant manner.
Primary responsibilities for this position include, but not limited to, cycle counting of product, sample/demo kit production, assisting other WHS operational areas as needed, and product destruction.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

- Assist compliance team with receiving audits as needed

SUMMARY
The Transportation Supervisor oversees the scheduling and performance of their assigned driver team
to ensure HERBL service and safety standards are maintained in a manner that promotes teamwork,
customer service, safety, and productivity. The Supervisor is responsible for the support and facilitation
of driver safety and efficiency. This role serves as an advocate on the driver’s behalf with cross
functional partners and upholds standards and processes designed to ensure vehicle and driver fitness.
The Supervisor is responsible for the caliber of the local driver team by overseeing training, conducting
audits, and providing feedback and coaching. They support timely information handoffs between fleet
and routing to ensure capacity will meet customer delivery demand. The Transportation Supervisor
partners closely with Fleet Manager and Routing to schedule drivers for product pickups, customer
deliveries and vehicle moves for service.
Duties & Responsibilities

- Oversee training and development of Drivers; sign off driver fitness for various duties; conduct performance management and career and capability development; provide accurate and timely documentation of performance coaching.

- Conduct regular driver meetings to disseminate information on behalf of leadership team and loss prevention. Coordinate with other Transportation supervisors to ensure transparency and consistency. Represent HERBL leaders in roll out of new activities, tools, policies, and procedures.
- Review tracking information to ensure standards and processes maintained including but not limited to pre and post trip inspection.
- Maintain awareness of and advocate for essential and non-critical vehicle repairs.
- Facilitate cross functional planning and continuous improvement on behalf of delivery needs.
- Conduct and facilitate regular driver audits to maintain excellent driving and service skills.
- Partner with Sales and Customers to resolve conflicts.
- Maintain 420 tracker with Driver availability.
- Provide inputs to vehicle specifications to promote safety, comfort, and efficiency.
- Schedule drivers to support fleet maintenance, repair and repositioning needs.

SUMMARY
The Driver Manager manages the driver workforce and real-time operations that facilitate optimization of resources to achieve safety, efficiency, customer satisfaction. Sets and manages productivity targets to meet HERBL’s annual operating plan goals.

This Accounting Manager position will oversee the daily accounting operations of a division of HERBL . This role will be responsible for the management of financial functions, including month-end close, accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and taxes for the division. The Accounting Manager will also serve as a consultant for managers within the organization, advising them on current budgetary information and working with managers to create a fiscal strategy that aligns with the goals of the division and the company.

The Account Manager position is responsible for actively calling on current and new customers. The position involves visiting California state licensed cannabis retailers and introducing them to HERBL Distribution Solutions and the benefits our products and services offer. The Account Manager should be familiar with California cannabis industry trends, especially within their assigned territory, and have a thorough understanding of the broader cannabis industry. HERBL Account Managers are comfortable in a fluid, dynamic startup environment, passionate about the cannabis industry and bring an energetic, fun and creative approach to their work.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Visit retailers on a daily basis to understand customer needs and desires and deliver effective, compelling sales presentations; spend majority of time in the field visiting retailers
- Set up meetings with prospective customers via cold-calling, email, and social media outreach
- Use a customer-focused, consultative sales process to educate prospects on what products will best fit their needs
- Follow-up with prospective accounts to stay top of mind and close new business
- Collaborate with our support team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new retailers.
- Collaborate with our brand partners to facilitate on-site patient appreciation days, budtender education events, and other events on a regular basis
- Respond to phone and email inquiries in a timely, efficient, and professional manner
- Maintain expert-level knowledge on our full product catalog as well as the latest trends in the cannabis industry
- Work with the marketing team to develop new sales material and refine company messaging; relay feedback from customers to the marketing, customer care, purchasing, and operations/transportation teams on a regular basis.
- Maintain customer relationship database and ensure that all information is up-to-date and accurate
- Understand the general regulatory concerns in the cannabis industry and stay current on industry trends.
- Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.
- Achieve or exceed individual and department sales goals as set by the Area Sales Manager and Sales Director.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of relevant field sales experience in the cannabis industry required
- Personal list of cannabis industry contacts a plus
- Proven track record of developing and executing a sales plan, building new business, and meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficient technical skills including use of MS Office, Google Drive, and CRM software
- Must have a valid California driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, insurance, and a clean driving record
WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate effectively with a variety of people. This position requires sitting/standing at a computer for very long periods. This job operates primarily from a home office environment and requires the ability to visit client locations on a daily basis. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, mouse, and keyboard. This position is full-time and typical work hours occur Monday through Friday and between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm but may also occasionally occur outside of typical work hours including some evening and weekend work.
TRAVEL
Frequent travel within sales territory is required; residing in territory is preferred. Occasional out of area and overnight travel required.

Summary
The Inventory Control Specialist is a member of the Inventory Control Team which is responsible for monitoring and maintaining the health and integrity of HERBL’s operational inventory across all technological systems as well as METRC. This team works closely with business units (Operations, Shared Services, Brand Partnership, Purchasing, Finance and Compliance) to ensure all cross functional operations are interacting with HERBL inventory in an appropriate and compliant manner. The Inventory Control Specialist performs functions for the Inventory Dept, Operations, Returns Dept and Clerical Dept. They identify ways to improve processes, write SOPs and job instructions for multiple departments tasks. They provide training and support to all areas of the warehouse.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Warehouse Supervisor to assign cycle counts to Warehouse
- Responsible for recounting and reconciling discrepant cycle counts
- Investigate anomalies between inventory statuses and location and resolve discrepancies
- Perform inventory audits as requested by Compliance and Brand Partnership Depts.
- Investigate lost locations, perform appropriate adjustments, and inform Finance
- Identify and resolve daily JDA to SAP SYNC issues
- Identify and resolve daily METRC SYNC issues
- Contribute detailed notes on both month end sync reports to be reviewed by Operations Managers and Finance
- Responsible for sustainment for onsite product testing and process credit memos
- Responsible for destruction sustainment in JDA and report credit memos to Finance
- Resolve transfer issues between multiple warehouse and report discrepancies to Warehouse Supervisors
- Facilitate manual transfers for irregular inventory movements as requested by Brand Partnership and Purchasing departments
- Responsible for sample SKU conversions, sample item lot setup and sample footprint creation and informing Operations and Finance
- Coordinate with Warehouse Supervisors for sample case creation
- Responsible for systematic and physical SKU conversions as requested by SKU Creation Department
- Coordinate RTV with Warehouse Supervisors, create manifest and process credit memo to Finance
- Investigate customer returns and rejections, and provide feedback to Returns Department
- Assists Returns Department as a back up to investigate and stage reship

SUMMARY:
This is a great opportunity to join HERBL Solution, focused on securing HERBL’s properties. Protecting its employees and guests while delivering exceptional customer service. The command center associate will be responsible for day to day oversight of all vehicle and building security monitoring, generating reports; reviewing video; answering digital intercom; fielding phone calls and a variety of other basic security tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES + DUTIES*
- Live GPS and CCTV monitoring of all delivery vehicles while out on scheduled routes
- Live communication leveraging PTT with all delivery drivers ensuring SOP’s are followed at all times during arrival and departure
- External environment risk analysis, traffic/public events/issues that could disrupt driver safety or deliveries
- High risk cash /product escorting via CCTV and systems
- Perform security/risk assessments and regular audits of all facilities, including security equipment (access control, CCTV, alarms, and other security upgrades) condition and provide summary of needed improvements to senior management.
- Maintain strong relationships with law enforcement and other government agencies.
- Work closely with other functional leaders and contractors regarding security issues.
- Conduct, supervise and prepare reports relating to internal investigations of any losses or violations of regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Develop, implement and manage security related training for HERBL staff.
- Assist in emergency management and contingency planning preparations.
- Knowledge of cannabis security compliance in California a plus.
- Understanding of physical security issues, investigative methodologies and management of investigative services.
- Security risk assessment and audit experience.
- Strong understanding of security equipment (Avigilon) and software as it relates to access control, CCTV and alarm systems.
- Experience working in or having security responsibility for retail, distribution and/or warehouse facilities preferred.
- Monitor physical security systems and respond/coordinate response to safety and security issues on campus and for drivers on delivery routes.
- Facilitate and coordinate information exchange during all emergencies or vehicle accidents working closely with the routing and dispatch team members
- Maintain appropriate confidentiality thorough internal investigations; partner with LP & Human Resources to address employee behavior and take corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of all identified theft activity and related follow up; disseminate and communicate reporting as necessary.
- Maintain surveillance on high-risk deliveries and driver safety using remote CCTV applications.
- Conduct early opening or late closing support for the safety and security of employees at each campus

Our Accounts Payable Team is essential for the future growth of HERBL Solutions. The Accounts Payable Associate is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of Accounts Payable for both inventory-related transactions and operating expenses. This position is the face of HERBL to our valued suppliers and exemplifies the spirit of partnership in interactions and dealings with HERBL's suppliers. This position reports directly to the Accounting Manager.
Essential Functions
- Full cycle processing of inventory-related and operating expense accounts payable for payment
- Ensure timely and accurate payment of vendor invoices
- 3-way matching of inventory purchases in the accounting ERP system
- Validate operating invoices for proper coding that aligns with the operating budget
- Distribute operating expense invoices to department managers for payment approval
- Accurate and detail-focused entering of invoices and data into the accounting ERP system
- Reconcile vendor statements at least monthly and research any outstanding items
- Research and resolve accounts payable discrepancies in a timely fashion
- Escalate accounts payable and compliance issues to management
- Manage vendor documentation processing, storage, and invoicing support
- Support check runs and electronic payments

The HERBL Customer Care Team, in support of the Sales Organization, is positioned and equipped to support your business through Order Management, Delivery Scheduling, Delivery Exception Resolution, Return Requests and Invoicing. We are an enthusiastic team of customer service professionals with a passion for the cannabis industry and supporting your business.
Responsibilities
- Create sales orders, monitor shipment status, issue invoices and resolve discrepancies
- Receive and qualify customer order inquiries and POs (through email, phone or other online communications)
- Send sales order confirmation to customers and sales representatives within the specified SLA’s
- Update and maintain existing sales orders
- Proactively communicate exceptions in delivery or order fulfillment issues to brands, sales reps, as they arise. Look for remedy opportunities to ensure completion of sale.
- Coordinate with Routing and Scheduling to ensure the on- time delivery of partner orders
- Coordinate with Finance to ensure payments are scheduled and collected on time
- Assist handling customer/delivery driver inquiries adhering to HERBL’s policies and to ensure compliance with current regulations
- Assist internal teams (Logistics, Order Fulfillment, Accounts Receivable, Finance, Sales) to ensure all order management related activities are executed properly
- Customer RMA handling including assigning RMA numbers from JDA/SAP, overall support to Sales and Inventory teams, and frontline related to RMA creation with the Sales teams
- Anticipates issues and actively works to mitigate them for the greatest customer experience
Experience & Education
- Experience in order management, logistics or cannabis industry is preferred
- METRC experience a plus
- Experience in a call center environment is helpful
- Working knowledge of Excel, Outlook and/or METRC
- SAP, JDA and/or Salesforce experience is a plus
- Ability to resolve complex issues while managing at least 3 simultaneous computer applications
- Commitment to fostering long term customer relationships

The HERBL Area Sales Manager (ASM) is responsible for ensuring that assigned sales and business goals are achieved for our Southern California area including San Diego and Orange County. The Inventory (Supply/Demand) Planner is responsible for the strategic planning of inventory to drive sales, manage inventory turn, and deliver profit objectives for HERBL and our brand partners. This position will be responsible for general ledger reconciliations, state cannabis related tax reporting, cross departmental projects, and other various Accounting related tasks.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

- Auditing and reconciliation of AP, AR and GL activity to align with fiscal budget

The ideal candidate for the HERBL Loss Prevention Specialist position has a natural ability to communicate easily with customers, employees, and partners. Loss Prevention staff serve as Security Ambassadors for HERBL and as such, they must portray a highly professional demeanor, demonstrate excellent judgement, and deliver best in class support.
You will be responsible for handling emergencies; monitoring safety and security of the HERBL campus; generating reports; reviewing video; answering digital intercom; detecting internal and external theft, conducting audits, fielding phone calls and a variety of other Security and Investigation tasks. As such, any candidate must have operator level proficiency with access control, alarm, Ops Center, and CCTV systems. Operators must be able to communicate clearly in both written and spoken English. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

- Facilitate and coordinate information exchange during all emergencies or vehicle accidents working closely with the routing and dispatch team members

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required communicate effectively with a variety of audiences. This role requires the employee to sit at a security desk using a computer and monitors for very long periods. SUMMARY
The Warehouse Associate is an entry level, hourly merchandise handling position within the HERBL warehouse. Our Warehouse Associates are responsible for completing assigned tasks related to good receipts and order fulfillment under the supervision of a team lead or supervisor. SUMMARY: The Executive Assistant provides executive support reporting directly to the CEO. The EA serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the CEO and serves as a liaison to the Board Members and Executive Team. SUMMARY:
The New Account Specialist is a key position representing HERBL Solutions by interfacing with new retailers throughout the California cannabis community to curate and generate new sales in our marketplace. SUMMARY
The Raw Garden Portfolio Manager position is responsible for actively calling on current and new customers within the assigned territory. This position involves in-person visits to CA state licensed retailers and introducing them to HERBL Distribution Solutions and the benefits we can offer them. - Set up meetings with retailer purchasing managers via cold-calling, text and email

The HERBL Help Manager leads the team supporting HERBL and external Sales Reps to complete timely order placement for new and existing customers. Key performance metrics for this leader include customer service scores and perfect order (on time and accurate order to delivery).
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Manage, and develop the team of Order Support and Customer Care reps, ensuring we are properly staffed with appropriate training and capability to quickly and professionally resolve customer service issues.
- Monitor call center activities to obtain data on customer complaints, exception resolution, root cause, communication channels and opportunities to improve HERBL Service offerings
- Track orders from external site to HERBL systems and ensure exceptions are resolved quickly.
- Work closely with Routing and Scheduling, Warehouse Operations Brand Solutions, Sales and Finance to assign and close service resolution tasks. Partner cross functionally to take care of customer needs proactively and responsively.
- Act as Business Lead for requirements to support technology tools.
- Maintain Training library and manage the training needs of HERBL Help team
- Analyze and monitor customer service data to identify trends and process execution to identify and proactively address continuous improvement opportunities.
- Manage Customer Service Budget
- Manage communication throughout the organization regarding Customer Service.
- Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Hands on experience in Customer Service, Call Center or similar
- Working knowledge of Sales Force and Business Intelligence Tools, i.e., Power BI
- Working knowledge of Order and Delivery processes, including Routing and Warehouse Operations
- Knowledge of general working practices and regulations governing California cannabis industry.
- Demonstrated ability to apply critical thought processes to develop, recommend and implement strategies and programs that address operational and corporate objectives.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills up and down the organizational hierarchy to include corporate offices.
- Demonstrated ability to resolve conflict effectively and problem solve.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under conditions of multiple deadlines and changing priorities.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Must be at least 21 years of age
3-5 years of experience leading teams and/or projects
High School Diploma or GED (preference given to AA or Higher degree).
AA degree minimum with focus on logistics, operations management, customer service or sales

- Utilize Customer Care Relationship Manager Software (CRM), provides support with other data tracking tools and other tasks as need be

HERBL’s Director of Customer Service Success leads the teams responsible for planning and scheduling customer deliveries, building customer insights, solving service exceptions, and operationalizing customer-serving processes. This is a key role on the Supply Chain Leadership team.
The Director of Customer Service Success is responsible for setting the tone of Customer-first in all operational processes while providing the education and influence to help customers get what they need within the framework of operational efficiency to meet HERBL’s cost and revenue targets and deliver excellent customer survey results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop team encompassing Customer Operations, Customer Insights, Customer Care (HERBL Help) to meet and exceed business targets by establishing cross functional goals and KPI’s
- Lead the work to build proactive Customer- oriented exception management processes within Customer-facing Operations, including but not limited to resolving cancelled or short orders, rejected orders, open orders held in suspense status for more than 12 hours
- Lead and guide development of Customer profiles and delivery criteria that integrates with operations systems and processes and balances efficient operations with customer differentiating service targets, informs stakeholders and lends itself to proactive exception management.

Lead and guide continuous improvement of Call Center operations and integration with HERBL functions for tracking and responding to customer exceptions including Credit adjustments, Schedule changes, reships and returns, compliance concerns, etc. Assist with requirements and funding justifications for systems development
- Work in close partnership with heads of Supply Chain functions and other HERBL leaders to promote and prioritize customer-first decisions in the development of cross functional processes Establish and guide processes and methodologies to achieve customer Success goals and maintain efficient operations
- Oversee and track performance reporting related to all aspects of customer facing operations
