Role Summary:
The Warehouse Bookkeeper's responsibilities are to accurately record all day-to-day financial transactions for the warehouse: purchases, receipts, invoices and payments. Additionally, you will support the Distribution Manager, CFO and Bookkeeping Team for the Corporation by auditing other locations’ Quickbooks accounts and other duties as assigned.
Bookkeeper Duties:

Role Summary:
The Driver is responsible for picking up vendor orders, delivering product to our locations across the state, and meeting customer distribution needs! In this role, you will be driving a vehicle to and from the Santa Fe office/distribution center. You will be responsible for loading the vehicle with packages and safely delivering them to different destinations.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Compliantly deliver product orders to customers at their desired location
- Pick up product orders from vendors and deliver to distribution center
- Pay for vendor orders with cash/check as needed and properly document

- Manage and maintain RMC Mobile App performance, creatives, text/push notification program and communicate updates, reports, & changes with store and regional management and the marketing team.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement promotions effectively and assist in the development of reporting & tracking ROI.
- Work closely with the Procurement Team to plan sales and promotions at least one month in advance.
- Work with the Procurement Team and Regional Directors as needed to plan pop-ups and sponsored events, as well as to execute giveaways. This includes clear communication with all partners by way of reports and credits owed.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to manage, create, and plan ongoing social media content for all online platforms, including, but not limited to: RMC Instagram, store instagrams, Facebook, Google My Business, LinkTree, Canva, etc. This includes interacting with public comments, reviews, and private messages in a professional manner that reflects RMC’s core values (with integrity, respect, and compassion). Role Summary
As Design & Content Coordinator for Rocky Mountain Cannabis, you will oversee the organization’s ongoing design and content creation needs.
The Design & Content Coordinator will ensure that all projects come to fruition through collaborative efforts, mentored guidance, and proper management. They will be a key member of RMC’s leadership team, capable of moving RMC’s brand forward.
This position will be an hourly contract position, with the potential to become a full-time role with the company. A Denver resident is preferred, but we will widen the parameters to include all of Colorado for the right candidate. There will be some travel in this position as well. A portfolio of work is required.
Responsibilities
- Working with VP of Marketing & Marketing Administrator to ensure the RMC branding and design vision is achieved and maintained through all creative collateral.
- Design & create all forms of media including but not limited to; Advertisements, merchandise, promotional fliers, interior design, email marketing, social media, signage, and all other creatives.
- Assist Marketing Administrator with all brand photography including but not limited to; products, stores, RMC lifestyle, social media, blogs, etc.
- Work with the Marketing Department to design RMC branded items. This will include, but is not limited to:
- Apparel
- Packaging
- Branded Products
- Paraphernalia (grinders, papers, pipes, etc.)
- Decals for stores
- Signage
- Proof and edit content produced by other members of the team as needed.
- Ensure RMC Brand is displayed accurately in all visual mediums and outward and inward facing media by all employees and brand representors.
- Collaborate with employees, product marketing, sales and industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and our audience.
- Create and design materials for both digital and print media within corporate brand guidelines.
- Provide graphic support for internal and external projects including, but not limited to: presentations, public meetings, client events, and conferences.
- Create visuals or have Marketing and Design Coordinator create for holidays or specific sales and promotions.
- Design collateral for the RMC website including but not limited to blogs, digital graphics and designs, etc.
- Assist in developing and consolidating branding imagery and packets.
- This position may shift and develop over time depending on company needs.
You will utilize your knowledge of current graphic design software to produce visual materials that meet RMC brand guidelines for purposes. This will include, but is not limited to:

The Warehouse Bookkeeper's responsibilities are to accurately record all day-to-day financial transactions for the warehouse: purchases, receipts, invoices and payments. Role Summary:

The Inventory Specialist is responsible for safeguarding RMC assets by controlling inventory accuracy, monitoring stock levels, and reporting all aspects of store inventory. It is imperative that the Inventory Manager be capable of completing the essential duties for their position. Due to the level of responsibility, job knowledge and access given, Inventory Managers are considered pre-management and are expected to be technically sound and personally driven to excel and exceed.

Maintenance Project Manager - New Mexico
Rocky Mountain Cannabis is currently expanding into New Mexico. With so many locations coming on in 2022, we are looking for aMaintenance Project Manager located in New Mexico. This role involves traveling to update RMC’s Leadership Team on contractor work, organizing contractors as needed in different markets for different needs, supporting open locations with various maintenance issues, and performing some construction and remodeling efforts. This position is subject to change and evolution as we grow and expand in New Mexico. There is opportunity for the right candidate.
Job Duties:
- Travel across New Mexico required to oversee construction and remodeling projects for each store. Ability to hire, schedule, and organize contractors as needed.
- Act as a liaison between construction projects and the RMC Leadership Team.

As Regional Director of Rocky Mountain Cannabis’s New Mexico market, you will be responsible for managing the operations of multiple stores within the region. Inventory Specialist - Job Description
Role Summary:
As an Inventory Specialist for Rocky Mountain Cannabis, you are responsible for working cohesively with store leadership in making sure the business runs efficiently and remains profitable to the organization. The Inventory Specialist is responsible for safeguarding RMC assets by controlling inventory accuracy, monitoring stock levels, and reporting all aspects of store inventory. It is imperative that the Inventory Manager be capable of completing the essential duties for their position. The Inventory Manager position requires a high level of multi-tasking, customer service, and attention to detail. Due to the level of responsibility, job knowledge and access given, Inventory Managers are considered pre-management and are expected to be technically sound and personally driven to excel and exceed.
Responsibilities:
- Accountable for accurately intaking and completing products in the POS system, MeTRC and other internal forms.
- Audit all inventory levels for accuracy, including daily and weekly reconciliations.
- Ensure accuracy of medicated displays, including flower and concentrates.
- Adjust and track all changes in stock levels.
- Submit all discrepancies with daily counts and work with the GM to address and rectify.
- Ensure inventory backstock is adequately supplied and labeled.
- Report any quality issues to management, including unsellable and expiring products at least 1 month before expiration.
- Place RMC flower displays in bud containers correctly as well as packaging back into the appropriate containers to then sell to customers once the tag has been sold through.
- Convert joints and joint packs as needed to carry minimum stock levels
- Oversee MeTRC; this includes creating new tags, as well as addressing transfers as needed.
- Effectively run crash kits, should a power or POS outage occur.
- Effectively handle and address online orders.
- Handle and maintain a cash drawer for online orders.
- Assist Budtenders on the sales floor as business needs dictate.
- Maintain knowledge of all products, strains, and deals.
- Work with the team to maintain a compliant and accurate inventory, abiding by all MED rules and regulations.

As Regional Director of Rocky Mountain Cannabis’s New Mexico market, you will be responsible for managing the operations of multiple stores within the region. Your primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: recruiting, hiring, and training store managers, setting store-specific sales goals, tracking sales performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and ensuring that the stores adhere to company policies as well as industry regulations.
Because our New Mexico market is new, this position will have a unique responsibility when it comes to developing and implementing store operations and processes, training programs, and assisting in facilitating new store launches.
Note: Due to the amount of travel between southern New Mexico stores, the ideal candidate for this position will reside in the southern part of the state.
Job Duties -
- Adhere to all company- wide policies; including dress code, professionalism and core values (stated below).
- Analyzes POS data to create sales goals and overall sales weekly snapshot for teams.
- Identify hiring needs in the stores and help recruit, hire, and train new sales staff. Works with COO and VPs to develop a state-wide training program for New Mexico staff.
- Assists COO and VPs with new market launches and new store openings
- Regional Directors are in charge of on-the-ground store checks, which is inclusive of filling out the store checklist report, addressing each section with the manager, sending a follow up email, and cc’ing the corporate team.
- Proactively conduct store visits as needed, on a quarterly basis at minimum.
- Conduct weekly 1:1 with store managers
- Train managers on performance review process
- Complete annual reviews with every store manager
- Participate in weekly 1:1 with the CEO, COO and CFO.
- Train store managers on corrective action processes, including write-ups and terminations.
- Support Store Managers with day-to-day operations. Be part of the solution, and be available and approachable for the management team.
- Support team members in all positions, including working on the sales floor as needs dictate.
- Manage and create SOPs as needed. This might include SOPs based on inventory processes or any new store processes (online ordering, for instance).
- Address compliance issues and create solutions to said issues.
- Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction.
- Work varied hours and days as business dictates. This may include working remotely.

The Inventory Analyst is responsible for safeguarding RMC assets by controlling inventory accuracy, monitoring stock levels, and reporting all aspects of store inventory.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Responsible for auditing all inventory levels for accuracy, including daily and weekly reconciliations *Accountable for accurately in-taking and completing products in our POS system, Metrc, and internal forms *Ensures accuracy of medicated displays, including flower and concentrates. Ability to make proper adjustments when needed *Communicates store needs and/or discrepancies effectively with RMC leadership team; maintain consistent and clear communication on an ongoing basis *Accepts incoming orders and restocks products as needed throughout shift *Accepts and inputs products into Metrc and our POS system *Prints jar labels and skus and prepares products for the sales floor *Covers Budtending shifts periodically and as business needs dictate. Rocky Mountain Cannabis (RMC) is looking for an Inventory Associate to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a hard worker, a phenomenal communicator, as well as a fast and independent learner. Inventory experience at any retail establishment is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person. This is a full-time position with a standard work week of Monday - Thursday (11 am - 9:30 pm). A MED Badge is required for this position.
As an Inventory Analyst for Rocky Mountain Cannabis, you are responsible for working cohesively with store leadership in making sure the business runs efficiently and remains profitable to the organization. The Inventory Analyst is responsible for safeguarding RMC assets by controlling inventory accuracy, monitoring stock levels, and reporting all aspects of store inventory.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Responsible for auditing all inventory levels for accuracy, including daily and weekly reconciliations *Accountable for accurately in-taking and completing products in our POS system, Metrc, and internal forms *Ensures accuracy of medicated displays, including flower and concentrates. Ability to make proper adjustments when needed *Communicates store needs and/or discrepancies effectively with RMC leadership team; maintain consistent and clear communication on an ongoing basis *Accepts incoming orders and restocks products as needed throughout shift *Accepts and inputs products into Metrc and our POS system *Prints jar labels and skus and prepares products for the sales floor *Covers Budtending shifts periodically and as business needs dictate. This is inclusive of, but not limited to: educating customers about cannabis, gaining familiarity with cannabis brands and products, and variety of store maintenance items like stocking and cleanin *Ensures inventory backstock is at adequate supply levels, reconciled, and labelled and put away properly *Effectively runs crash kits as needed when there is a power outage or POS outage; effectively handles online orders as they come through the only system; handles and maintains a cash drawer for online orders *Maintains knowledge of all products, strains, and deals/promotions *Maintains compliance with rules set by the MED department *Abides by all RMC process, core values, policies and procedures

Job Requirements
