Location/Work Environment:
Our state-of-the-art facility is in Greenfield in the Salinas Valley in Monterey County, CA. The systems that are the cornerstone of our success are top of the line and are based on optimal efficiency and ease of use for its employees. These systems include rolling tables and automated irrigation systems designed and installed by the industry's leading agriculture professionals. Along with our high-performance systems and efficiency comes our goal to maximize our footprint using every available square foot available of our nearly 300,000 square foot facility.
Job Summary:
Reporting to the Post-Production Manager, the Curing Specialist is responsible for executing his or her daily role within the department at an effective pace with accuracy to achieve the weekly objectives. This role is responsible for a variety of duties to organize and process dried cannabis flower. Individual will work closely with our post-production team ensuring the drying and curing process is within specification. This position includes assisting in coordination of moving dried product as needed for packaging or bulk sale. Quality assurance responsibilities are of utmost importance in this role as curing is more than a step in cultivation, it's an art form.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure product is dried and cured properly, remediate product as necessary, and properly store flower to its optimal humidity and temperature to prepare it for the next phase of processing.
- Daily checks on humidity-controlled environments allowing for natural moisture to evaporate slowly, so the buds don't become too dry.
- Ensure product being stored for 3 to 7 days is cured properly in special airtight containers and if needed use humidity packs to ensure proper humidity levels are achieved
- Support the communication and secure transport of dried product from the Cure Barrel Room to hold area for product testing.
- Daily quality assurance review of product on consistency, humidity levels, smell, and overall grade for each size and strain. Communicating concerns with leadership of the department for grading of the product to missorted or unsatisfactory dried cannabis product.
- Take instructions and follow direction as delegated by leadership to meet daily and weekly team production and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment and follow all sanitization procedures.
- Other duties as assigned, including, but not limited to assisting other departments to help facilitate the additional and/or supplemental work, such as trimming, packaging, and cleaning.
Qualifications & Skills:
- One year of work experience in related industry or work environment.
- Experience working in a fast-paced production environment preferred.
- Demonstrates ability to consistently meet productivity and performance requirements.
- Demonstrates high attention to detail.
- Demonstrates professional and respectful demeanor towards others. Demonstrates respectful verbal and written communication capability.
- This position is expected to perform duties at a highly productive and efficient pace consistently.

Job Summary:
The Procurement Specialist will analyze costs, negotiate contract details, and offer strategies and solutions to help our company better manage cost on supplies and vendor services. Additional duties include managing inventory, tracking orders, resolving issues concerning price disputes, and making bids for vendors services.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and maintaining the company's supply chain, which includes ordering and receiving for all areas of the business, including but not limited to facilities, cultivation, agronomy, manufacturing, packaging, marketing, sales, and administration.
- Maintains the procurement process (invoice, purchase order, and receipt), which includes handling physical receiving of purchase orders, inventory purchase orders, and verify what is received against the PO by physically inspecting box contents.
- Delivers high level customer service to maintain current supplier relationships and the development of new supplier relationships.
- Assist in facilitating the negotiation of supply terms, including (but not limited to) price, payment terms, quantity, quality, and deadlines.
- Maintain supply chain data, worksheets, and reporting, which allows the tracking of orders, delivery dates, costs, adequate inventory levels (min/max), variance analysis, consumption trends, and ensures timely delivery.
- Ensures supply chain compliance and report noncompliance to Executive Leadership.
- Support department leaders to understand details and requirements.
- Collaborate with business leaders to define business requirements, understand cost drivers, and develop strategies to optimize spend.
- Assists business leaders to monitor and maintain all financial records to ensure budget and financial objectives are achieved.
- Assist in end-of-month details that include physical count of inventory.
- Perform full monthly inventory audits.
- Reviews and resolves invoice discrepancies and accruals.
- Ad hoc reporting as needed
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested
