Job Summary
As a member of the senior leadership team for the site, the Director of Operations will be responsible for coaching and managing the manufacturing and logistics team and closely communicating with the Regional Dispensary Managers and Wholesale Supply Chain Manager to assure effective and efficient manufacturing operations, an optimum dispensary product mix, proper inventory levels in the dispensaries and seamless logistics for wholesale customers. The Director of Operations will work closely with the Director of Cultivation, the Regional District Sales Manager, and the corporate manufacturing team.
The Director of Operations will report to the VP of Manufacturing and work closely with all Regional and National stakeholders and subject matter experts across the company.
The Director of Operations will be responsible for directing manufacturing and logistics activities to assure that Ayr delivers high quality products while maintaining the most efficient product cost structure. The Director of Operations is accountable for meeting production demand that supports corporate top line revenue while improving efficiency to bottom line growth. This position is responsible for all day-to-day manufacturing operations, including purchasing, production planning, manufacturing, and shipping of quality products with continuous quality and process improvements to ensure attainment of operational goals, tactics, and priorities that drive business results with a focus on quality.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage all day-to-day aspects of manufacturing operations, oversee scheduling, capital equipment maintenance, training, production planning and logistics
- Work with the sales team to understand product demand, growth, and trends, convert this information to a functional manufacturing forecast
- Review production and scheduling plans to ensure they align with the product forecast
- Manage key vendor relationships, maintain inventory levels of key manufacturing components, and facilitate the flow of raw material from cultivation to manufacturing
- Ensure compliance with all manufacturing SOPs, review processing metrics and work to improve efficiency. Ensure quality assurance standards and metrics are maintained
- Work with the corporate team to facilitate commercialization of new products in the local market
- Maintain a strong presence in the field to effectively coach and support manufacturing teams
- Ensure manufacturing environments are brand appropriate (i.e., positive, reassuring, energetic, encouraging, educational and welcoming)
- Ensure operational priorities, processes and procedures are communicated and understood
- Assure the cost-effective manufacturing of quality pharma-grade product
- Responsible for and working closely with the Director of Cultivation, Regional District Sales Manager, and the corporate manufacturing team, in the planning of all CAPEX projects
- Responsible for the successful coordination and execution of all capital improvement projects
- Communicate often and effectively with Retail and Wholesale Sales Teams to continually educate manufacturing crew regarding product knowledge and brand initiatives
- Partner with Compliance Team to monitor and maintain proper manufacturing compliance controls with all federal/state regulations
- Develop protocols with bill of materials and standard costing for ERP implementation
- Lead production and operational management teams ensuring collaboration and cross-departmental efficiencies.
- Plan and monitor the day-to-day operations to ensure no interruptions in production.
- Maintain a strong presence to effectively coach and support our cultivation and processing teams.
- Ensure manufacturing environments are brand appropriate (i.e., positive, reassuring, energetic, encouraging, educational and welcoming).
- Ensure operational priorities, processes and procedures are communicated and understood.
- Assure the cost-effective manufacturing of quality pharma-grade product.
Qualifications
- Supervised 25 or more associates in an FDA controlled, SQF or cGMP production environment
- Experience in the medical cannabis industry not required, but a plus
- A high-touch, credible, hands on, visible leader with instant credibility and inspiring to the team
- Demonstrated track record in team building and driving operational efficiencies
- Lean manufacturing or six sigma knowledge a plus
- Outstanding people skills, organizational skills, and a passionate leadership style
- Start-up experience, a plus
- Team player with the ability to gain consensus through collaboration and open dialogue
- A sense of urgency, high energy, and hands-on approach
- Ability to pass a background check. Current Driver’s license required

Job Summary
The Staff Accountant maintains financial records and ensures that financial transactions are properly recorded. Ensures the accuracy of entries to ledger accounts and reconciles subsidiary ledger accounts to the general ledger. Prepares balance sheets, profit and loss statements and other financial reports.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the Store Manager, the Curbside Attendant is responsible for completing the processing of all incoming curbside orders from the online platform(s). All state compliance standards must be adhered to such as printing applicable product labels, providing order totals to customers, and providing good customer service for outbound calls to customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Pulling inventory from the sales floor and entering products into the customer’s sales order
- Building and setting up profiles on Leaf Logix
- Updating all steps during the process on applicable software program applications
- Creates an exceptional customer service experience with guests through education, knowledge of products and salesmanship
- Answers customer's questions concerning price and use of merchandise during outbound customer calls
- Comply with all state regulations pertaining to medical and/or retail sales
- Comply with all cash handling policies and procedures
- Maintains cleanliness of all surfaces and register area
- Reports all issues to management
- Daily compliance with CCB policies including but not limited to; state/local regulation compliance, security protocols, access protocols, etc.

- Must be able to secure Nevada Agent Card Registration with the Nevada Cannabis Compliance Board
- Must be 21 years of age or older, and be able to pass an extensive background check
- Must be authorized to work in the United States

Job Summary
As the Quality Assurance Manager, the purpose of the role is to become the guardian of product quality. The scope is to monitor the cultivation, processing, and dispensary operations to ensure quality output to our customers/patients, adherence to quality standards, applicable regulatory requirements, and internal procedures. The job exists to ensure that the appropriate Quality Management Systems are in place to drive proactive and corrective actions necessary to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of our products and processes. The individual will develop and conduct training programs for employees at multiple cultivation, lab and manufacturing locations.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Confers with management to gain knowledge of work situation requiring training for employees to better understand changes in quality policies, procedures, regulations, and standards.
- Ensures effective root cause investigation of all escalated quality incidents at the facility. Ensure the facility has an effective root cause investigation process for non-escalated quality incidents and ensures follow-up is completed.
- Formulates cannabis teaching outline and determines instructional methods such as individual training, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, conferences, meetings, and workshops.
- Monitors the introduction and documentation (i.e., SOP’s) of new products to the processing and packaging operations.
- Develops and implements company-wide product safety and sanitation programs, policies and practices related to microbiological issues or processing lethality based on audit results. Engages cultivation and processing staff to ensure successful program adoption.
- Create the vendor assurance program to monitor the quality of materials and products that are purchased in the wholesale market including the creation of specifications and COA’s.
- Ensures the facility is following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in the cultivation and processing areas to maintain compliance with MMCC and banking audits.
- Conduct random internal audits using the S2S/Metrc system to ensure inventory compliance and traceability requirements.
- Other duties as required or needed to assist company in meeting goals.
Qualifications

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge, including regulatory knowledge
- Travel regularly to attend various promotional events to promote Ayr Brands in Southern Nevada | Northern Nevada, as scheduled by Wholesale Account Manager
- Raise awareness of Ayr Wellness’ brands in the marketplace through marketing tools, promotional events, and industry events

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Product Stock Associate bears the custodial responsibility for the physical stock of finished goods inventory in the dispensary. In that regard, the associate will regularly cross check the physical quantities with the Leaf Logix system quantities and employ best inventory control practices that ensure that these quantities are aligned. The associate reports directly to the Inventory Supervisor and/or Inventory Lead but may be asked to provide support to other departments as well.
Because our stores depend on Product Stock Associates’ presence to operate, punctuality and the ability to work a complete scheduled shift in the assigned store on a regular, predictable basis is an essential function of this position.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Arrive at work on time for scheduled shifts and engage positively with customers and associates throughout the duration of the scheduled shift
- Comply with the company’s attendance policy
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in all areas of the facility, making sure all inventory is put away, secured and the area cleaned. Maintaining areas that they are up to OSHA and compliance codes
- Provide receiving and transfer information to the inventory supervisor to enter new product into the system.
- Participate in the flow of physical stock for order processing
- Communicate and maintain that Promo, Testers, and To Be Destroyed items are in their proper containers, areas, and are correctly accounted for in the Leaf Logix system
- Provide all inventory adjustment information for input by others in a fashion acceptable to the state
- Make internal quantity checks weekly, focusing on lots with high quantity and/or high transaction volumes
- Provide regular reporting as required by internal operations and state requirements
- Cooperate with AYR Compliance officers and the State inspectors to perform random inventory checks
- Lend assistance as needed by the AYR Wellness business
- Ensure product is stocked on the sales floor and ready for purchase
- Ensure that Metrc ID tags are located with the correct product within the vault, and sales floor at all times
- Special projects as assigned
- Maintaining up to date and accurate information for product menus within the store

Job Summary
The Junior Accountant maintains financial records and ensures that financial transactions are properly recorded. Ensures the accuracy of entries to ledger accounts and reconciles subsidiary ledger accounts to the general ledger. Prepares balance sheets, profit and loss statements and other financial reports.

- Oversee the daily activities of the accounting department for subsidiaries including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash management
- Responsible for the month end close process including timely delivery of close package and related analysis
- Assist team in ensuring all accounting processes align with GAAP and current financial regulations
- Ensure proper valuation of inventory and costs of goods sold at period end
- Maintain accurate and complete financial records and assist in periodic audits including year-end financial audit
- Participate in SOX compliance efforts
- Support parent company and Regional Controller in internal control initiatives
- Liaise with parent company and Regional Controller to ensure goals and initiatives are being met
- Train and develop finance staff; set goals, tasks and department succession planning
- Collaborate with Regional Controller and parent company’s accounting team on various projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA licensure a plus
- 5+ years of progressive experience in public accounting or experience managing an accounting department; exposure to manufacturing/agriculture a plus
- Preference to candidates familiar with SEC filings and SOX control requirements
- Knowledge of finance and accounting, including GAAP, inventory management, and budgeting
- Solid experience with general ledger/ERP systems; Sage Intacct and LeafLogix a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Trustworthiness and ability to keep strict confidentiality
- Team player with a professional demeanor and positive attitude
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent Excel skills are a must

Job Summary
The Compliance Manager will assess, design, implement and evaluate compliance programs and initiatives in AYR Wellness facilities; retail dispensaries, and growing facilities. They will conduct internal compliance audits and inspections to support corporate initiatives and state and local regulations. This role will be required to interface with regulators, executive management, and AYR Wellness employees.

- Implement preventative measures and corrective action in the event of compliance concerns
- Lead and conduct compliance audits including the development of SOP’s, perform audit work steps, document and report findings, and develop and implement appropriate corrective actions
- Take a proactive compliance view of the organization and provide preventative measures to ensure the organization is compliant with all regulatory requirements
- Collect and analyze data to define and understand problems and perform research to identify root causes
- Interface with regulatory agencies to ensure the organization is in compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
- Submits applications for registration renewals to maintain state licensures.
- Assists in the application process for entering new markets by drafting and editing license applications.
- Prepares and submits documentation required for regulatory inspections and coordinates the inspection process for internal departments and state regulators.
- Uses independent judgment and knowledge of applicable state regulations to provide regulatory analyses to the Compliance team.
- Drafts and updates Standard Operating Procedures, Operations and Management Plans and Security Plans as needed.
- Reviews marketing collateral to ensure compliance with state regulations.
- Assists with implementing Ayr Wellness’s policies, procedures, and best practices to promote compliance.

Job Summary
The Compliance Director will assess, design, implement and evaluate compliance programs and initiatives in AYR Wellness facilities; retail dispensaries, and growing facilities. They will conduct internal compliance audits and inspections to support corporate initiatives and state and local regulations. This role will be required to interface with regulators, executive management, and AYR Wellness employees.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborates with the Compliance team to ensure compliance with all applicable state, county and municipal laws, ordinances, and regulations for that state.
- Develop policies, strategies, and procedures related to regulatory compliance in coordination with department heads and organization leaders; implement policies, strategies, and procedures as directed
- Implement preventative measures and corrective action in the event of compliance concerns
- Lead and conduct compliance audits including the development of SOP’s, perform audit work steps, document and report findings, and develop and implement appropriate corrective actions
- Take a proactive compliance view of the organization and provide preventative measures to ensure the organization is compliant with all regulatory requirements
- Collect and analyze data to define and understand problems and perform research to identify root causes
- Interface with regulatory agencies to ensure the organization is in compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
- Submits applications for registration renewals to maintain state licensures.
- Assists in the application process for entering new markets by drafting and editing license applications.
- Prepares and submits documentation required for regulatory inspections and coordinates the inspection process for internal departments and state regulators.
- Uses independent judgment and knowledge of applicable state regulations to provide regulatory analyses to the Compliance team.
- Drafts and updates Standard Operating Procedures, Operations and Management Plans and Security Plans as needed.
- Reviews marketing collateral to ensure compliance with state regulations.
- Assists with implementing Ayr Wellness’s policies, procedures, and best practices to promote compliance.
- Investigates and resolves compliance concerns, issues, or violations.
- Motivate team members and represent compliance department across the entire organization with effective communication
- Establish and develop strong relationships across the organization, providing a consultative approach to communicate compliance initiatives
- Participate in regulatory stakeholder, industry, and other relevant workgroups
- Comply with regulations and requirements associated with health, safety, and environmental protections
- Ensure the correct use of safety devices and protective equipment as required and report any hazards, accidents, or injuries as required by company policy
- Communicate with state regulators and inspectors as needed.
- Perform internal pre-inspections, and random compliance audits on AYR Wellness facilities
- Travels periodically among the Company’s cultivation and dispensary operations
- Acts as the leader of the state compliance team and manages regulatory associates assigned to the state.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a regulatory compliance position, familiarity with state regulatory entities

Inventory Leads are responsible for supporting their Inventory Manager with maintaining accurate inventory control measures while also serving as a knowledge resource for Inventory Associates. RESPONSIBILITIES

- Travel regularly to attend various promotional events to promote Ayr Brands in Southern Nevada | Northern Nevada, as scheduled by Wholesale Account Manager
- Raise awareness of Ayr Wellness’ brands in the marketplace through marketing tools, promotional events, and industry events

The Intake Position is the initial first point of contact for our Dispensaries. So, you set the tone! It is imperative that all patients and customers are greeted, both in-person and over-the-phone, with a positive and warm welcome. Job Summary
As a member of the senior leadership team for the site, the Director of Operations will be responsible for coaching and managing the manufacturing and logistics team and closely communicating with the Regional Dispensary Managers and Wholesale Supply Chain Manager to assure effective and efficient manufacturing operations, an optimum dispensary product mix, proper inventory levels in the dispensaries and seamless logistics for wholesale customers. The Director of Operations will work closely with the Director of Cultivation, the Regional District Sales Manager, and the corporate manufacturing team.
The Director of Operations will report to the VP of Manufacturing and work closely with all Regional and National stakeholders and subject matter experts across the company.
The Director of Operations will be responsible for directing manufacturing and logistics activities to assure that Ayr delivers high quality products while maintaining the most efficient product cost structure. The Director of Operations is accountable for meeting production demand that supports corporate top line revenue while improving efficiency to bottom line growth. This position is responsible for all day-to-day manufacturing operations, including purchasing, production planning, manufacturing, and shipping of quality products with continuous quality and process improvements to ensure attainment of operational goals, tactics, and priorities that drive business results with a focus on quality.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage all day-to-day aspects of manufacturing operations, oversee scheduling, capital equipment maintenance, training, production planning and logistics
- Work with the sales team to understand product demand, growth, and trends, convert this information to a functional manufacturing forecast
- Review production and scheduling plans to ensure they align with the product forecast
- Manage key vendor relationships, maintain inventory levels of key manufacturing components, and facilitate the flow of raw material from cultivation to manufacturing
- Ensure compliance with all manufacturing SOPs, review processing metrics and work to improve efficiency. Ensure quality assurance standards and metrics are maintained
- Work with the corporate team to facilitate commercialization of new products in the local market
- Maintain a strong presence in the field to effectively coach and support manufacturing teams
- Ensure manufacturing environments are brand appropriate (i.e., positive, reassuring, energetic, encouraging, educational and welcoming)
- Ensure operational priorities, processes and procedures are communicated and understood
- Assure the cost-effective manufacturing of quality pharma-grade product

- Partner with Compliance Team to monitor and maintain proper manufacturing compliance controls with all federal/state regulations
- Develop protocols with bill of materials and standard costing for ERP implementation
- Lead production and operational management teams ensuring collaboration and cross-departmental efficiencies.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the Regional Revenue Auditor and Accounting Manager, the Retail: Cash Auditor performs cash counting of multiple dispensaries and prepares vendor payments.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Double checking the cash drops from night before, making sure the cashiers save all the correct receipts.
- Maintaining cash handling procedures, including cash handling - point system.
- Preparing vendor payments, deposits, safe balances, and transactions
- Requesting for change orders and maintaining receipts
- Audits as necessary
- Travel to multiple stores, daily
SKILLS/ABILITIES REQUIRED
- Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail

- Willingness to learn and up for a challenge
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and exciting environment
- Team player with excellent listening and problem-solving skills

REQUIREMENTS/PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills; especially Excel
- Trustworthiness and ability to keep strict confidentiality
- 6-months + cash handling experience
- Exposure to retail, preferred
- Knowledge of state and federal laws relating to key areas of responsibility
- Must be able to secure Nevada Agent Card Registration with the Nevada Cannabis Compliance Board
- Must be 21 years of age or older, and be able to pass an extensive background check
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Able to use a computer for extended periods of time
- Able to move about a typical office, manufacturing, warehouse, or retail environment
- Able to perform general office and administrative activities
- Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally
- Regular and on-time attendance
- Hours regularly exceed 40 hours per week
- Daily travel via motor vehicle and the like within the region and to other locations as required

MUST HAVE ACTIVE DISPENSARY AGENT CARD
The Intake Position is the initial first point of contact for our Dispensaries. So, you set the tone! It is imperative that all patients and customers are greeted, both in-person and over-the-phone, with a positive and warm welcome.
Must have strong customer service skills, a great outgoing attitude, along with a stellar work ethic. The Intake team member is also responsible for the cleanliness of the front desk and lobby area.
Budtenders are responsible for customer experience, which includes helping customers, processing the transaction, cash handling, and stellar customer service.
You must possess the ability to listen well and communicate effectively with various audiences. As a critical part of the business operation, the Budtender will have the most interaction with the store’s patrons.
Must be outgoing, passionate, and very knowledgeable on the products and cannabis. Budtenders also assist the Management Team with the activities and operations of the store, while abiding by policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide the highest level of customer service while interacting with patients and customers on-site and over the phone by having an optimistic attitude and welcoming personality
- Process-in patients and customers by validating identification and enter information securely entered in our POS system
- Operate front desk responsibilities such as answering phones, emails, checking-in patients, and updating patient files
- Provide all new patients/customers with a brief explanation of services
- Become well-educated with all cannabis products offered and/ or be willing to learn
- Must be educated on all marijuana and products offered
- Manage all visitor access of vendors, contractors, etc., partnered with the Store Manager or Assistant Manager
- Act as liaison to all departments on security needs
- Motivated to learn and execute new tasks during downtime
- All other duties as assigned

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Production Kitchen Technician is responsible for assisting in the cleaning and sanitation of equipment in the Production Kitchen workspace. Under the direction of the Kitchen Lead, the Production Kitchen Assistant may also assist with the production/packaging of infused edibles. Depending on Production needs, the Production Kitchen Technician may assist in other areas of the Lab, including Packaging and Fulfillment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cleaning and sanitation of Kitchen Equipment including, trays, utensils, molds.
- Check and maintain temperature and concentration of sanitizer in 3-Compartment Sink, and Dishwasher
- Maintain Cleaning Logs associated with Kitchen Equipment
- Assist the Kitchen Lead with production of infused edible products
- Ensure clean and sanitized equipment is available for daily production
