JOB SUMMARY
The Lab Manufacturing Manager will oversee and be responsible for all types of medicinal extracts from Cresco Labs products. The Lab Manufacturing Manager completes will maintain the organization, cleanliness and efficiency of production area. A typical day as a New York Territory Manager includes:
- Building sustainable partnerships at all distributors and key accounts by emphasizing Collective Arts Brewing brand and product value
- Maintaining excellent working relationships with fellow members of the sales and marketing team. Collaborating with other Regional Sales Managers for cognition of best sales practices that support the Collective Arts Brewing business model
- Developing and maintain strategic partnerships with key retailers, bars and restaurants in area
- Developing and maintain existing and new distributor relationships
- Forge partnerships with new distributors as territory growth is warranted
- Ensuring profitability by brand and package is being maximized
- Identify growth opportunities and executes against those opportunities
- Develop the overall sales strategy, forecast, and budget and present to management for approval
- Suggest and monitor budgets for marketing initiatives; includes setting and monitoring performance metrics
- Provide ongoing assessment of distributor and brewery marketing spends to maximize effectiveness
- Identify lagging brands that need additional support and determine strategy for addressing
- Use data to identify opportunities for new or expanded distribution, lost sales, and incremental volume increases
- Represent the brewery at selected festivals and events such as but not limited to brewery dinners, tastings, and promotions
- Collect competitive data (pricing, distribution) and work to adjust as needed
- Develops quarterly and annual strategic business plan for achieving budgeted sales figures for defined region area
- Develops promotional strategy for regional areas in conjunction with marketing and tour departments for on- and off-premise events and promotions
- Conducts regular meetings with identified customer channels focused on customer satisfaction and revenue growth
- Communicating regularly with VP of Marketing and Regional Sales Managers to maximize selling opportunities within their territories
- Ensures consistency with all marketing and sales activities as well as consistency with company policies and procedures
