Job Summary: Everest Cannabis Co.'s Propagation Manager works on our award-winning cannabis farm, leading the Propagation Department. As a Propagation Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring quality, safety, and operational compliance in and around all mother, clone, and pre-vegetative grow spaces.
You should be familiar and ready to train others regarding your space's environmental controls and grow technology. In this fast-paced, team-oriented department, all team members are given individual responsibilities while contributing to the larger mission of providing clean, sustainable cannabis to New Mexicans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the coordination of all Propagation grow operations including but not limited to: quality assurance, IPM, potting, manicuring/pruning of mother and pre-vegetative plants.
- Manage a team of dedicated propagation technicians, providing guidance and training. Clear communication and transparency are key. Responsible for hiring, terminations, timecard approval, and corrective action as needed for all propagation team members
- Plant training and ‘topping’ of mothers and pre-vegetative plants.
- Monitoring growing process of propagated plants
- Execute tasks and projects assigned by Chief Cultivator in adherence with established policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Regular reporting to Chief Cultivator regarding crop health, nutrient screenings, water and disease testing, infrastructure quality, etc.
- Proactive communication with staff and leadership team
- Responsible for following all operational guidelines, SOPs, verbal directives, training information and policies when performing duties.
Qualifications:
- Minimum two years plant/horticulture experience required
- Minimum one year management experience required
- Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office experience required
- Must be able pass state and federal background checks
- PHYSICAL DEMANDS: VERY LABOR INTENSIVE. Must be able to lift, carry and balance up to 75 pounds (125 pounds with assistance), may include using a ladder, walking or standing for extended periods of time, as well as stooping, bending over and/or crouching

Job Description: Everest’s Manufacturing Manager will be responsible for managing both in-house manufacturing and products ordering from third-party manufacturers. This individual is responsible for managing the inventory of all manufactured THC products at Everest.
Our new Manufacturing Manager will be responsible for helping determine which new products to manufacture using market data and financial analysis. This individual will do cost-benefit analysis, develop SOP's, expand manufacturing infrastructure as appropriate and oversee execution of all in-house manufacturing processes.
The Manufacturing Manager will also be responsible for overseeing ordering from third-party manufacturers.
