Six Labs is looking for trimmers who can become an integral part of our organization and grow with our company. The ideal candidate is organized, passionate, able to beat deadlines, and able to emulate our core values whenever possible.
In this role you will work to efficiently trim cannabis flowers, while maintaining a clean and compliant workspace, resulting in a high-quality product that is compliant and ready for packaging or processing. This person will be responsible for maintaining and following Six Labs harvesting procedures at all times.
Role Responsibilities:
- Hand trim flower from plants in a quick and efficient manner, 2 lbs. per day minimum.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Sit or stand for long periods of time while maintaining a focus on high quality work completed on time.
- Demonstrate proficiency with weights, measurements, and math.
- Ensure daily adherence to Company policies including but not limited to: state/local regulation compliance, security protocols, access protocols, dress code, and work schedules.
- Operate with integrity and honesty.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Role Requirements:
- Experience with legal marijuana cultivation industry preferred.
- Experience trimming marijuana flowers required.
- Basic weights and measurement skills; ability to operate a scale.
- Ability to stand on feet or sit for extended periods of time.
- Ability to use repetitive use of hands, wrists and forearms.
- Must have the ability to focus on a task for long periods of time.
- High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED).
- Must be 21 + years of age.
- Must be able to pass a background check under the requirements set forth by the MRA.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Overview:
Purpose
This position is responsible for the daily tasks as part of the first shift cultivation team. This is a role with expectations to stay consistently proactive, following the Cultivation SOPs, and reporting system malfunctions that may occur. The 1st Shift Cultivation Tech role must participate in their job with professionalism and safety at all times.
Essential Duties
Procedures & Tasks
- Immediate reporting of any malfunctions in system performance to leadership for repair and maintenance.
- Communicate with the cultivation team leadership to ensure tasks maintain adequate coverage and are completed in a timely manner.
- Follow SOPs to complete duties and tasks asked by the leadership of the department to maintain proper physical coverage of the cultivation and controls of the facility.
- Manicuring and defoliating plants to maintain health and optimize yields.
- Cleaning and maintaining all areas, equipment, and material throughout the cultivation.
- Other duties as assigned, including, but not limited to additional and/or supplemental work, such as cleaning, and maintenance as needed throughout the facility.
- Ensure organization and cleanliness of the immediate work area.
- Contribute to instructed cleaning, sanitizing, and organization in the cultivation.
- Contribute and support to associates with a safe, well maintained, and organized work area.
- After use of equipment or supply, follow through with cleaning and organizing SOPs.
Compliance and Reporting
- Follow all instructed state and federal compliance regulations.
- Report any improper action of compliance regulations.
- Following instructed procedures will maintain compliance and safety. Any compliance or safety mistake or error created must be reported to the leadership of the department.
- Input data as instructed for METRC.
Supervision
- Works under the direct supervision of the Flower Department Manager.
- This person does not supervise others.
Working Conditions
- Able to use a computer and/or hand tools while sitting or standing for extended periods of time.
- Able to move about a typical manufacturing and warehouse environment. This position is part of a fast-paced environment.
- Working in warmer, agricultural conditions, wearing uniforms for protective layering.
- Able to kneel, bend, reach, rotate, and stoop on an intermittent to regular basis daily.
- Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Consistent on-time attendance for all scheduled shifts. Prepared for full 40-hour week working scheduled shifts with occasional overtime shifts to complete daily and weekly objectives.
Job Qualifications

- Two years of work experience in a related industry or work environment.
- Knowledge of cannabis cultivation practices preferred.
- Experience working in a fast-paced production environment preferred.

Position Summary
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible to increase the company’s market share of product sales, by establishing and maintaining effective retail relationships within your sales territory. Your primary focus will be cultivating existing and new retail accounts by fostering relationships with buyers, and store managers.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and build significant customer relationships working directly with potential and existing retail buyers to close sales.
- Achieve regular sales goals, including monthly, quarterly, and annual goals, while maintaining peak customer service satisfaction.
- Close sales through face-to-face interaction with customers based within assigned sales territories and retail accounts.
- Responsible for finding and engaging with new customers through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Participate in internal sales meetings to ensure that clear expectations are set, and goals are clearly defined.
- Coordinates retail accounts with the inside sales team to ensure onboarding is conducted correctly.
- Visit retail locations to determine if products are selling as anticipated.
- Managing relationships with buyers at bi-weekly touchpoints to ensure reorders occur monthly to keep the market sales on track to hit any and all sales quotas and goals.
- Understand the customer buying process and how it relates to the sales process, product knowledge, and training
- Research customers’ individual or business purchase needs and make purchasing recommendations for your customers.
Required Knowledge, Experience, Education and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in sales or related field preferred
3 years’ experience outside sales in the cannabis industry
Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, Trello, Leaflink, Hubspot or experience with similar products
Possess a strong knowledge of cannabis, Six Lab’s brands and product lines, as well as outside product knowledge
Knowledge of CRM systems, able to collect and share information regarding clients and track activity, orders, etc., related to each customer
Adapts/thrives in a demanding and fast-paced environment. Sense of urgency.
Extremely positive attitude and highly motivated self-starter who is organized and an effective closer with excellent communication skills (written, verbal, interpersonal, persuasive)
Able to create/deliver presentations geared to client needs
