Nature's Medicine is looking for dedicated people with a can-do attitude to join our packaging department at our cultivation center in Amado, AZ. As part of our trim and packaging team you will hand manicure cannabis and package products. This is a full-time position.

Qualifications and Skills:
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
21 Year of Age
No Felonies
Able to Pass a State Background and Warrant Check
Have Reliable Transportation
Repetitive Use of Hands, Wrists and Forearms
Be Able to Sit for Long Periods of Time
Must Work Well with Others
Daily compliance with organizational policies including but not limited to: state and local regulation compliance, security protocols, access protocols, dress code

The Cultivation Attendant will be responsible for cloning, transplanting, pruning, manicuring, de-leafing, and harvesting plants. The Cultivation Attendant will maintain a clean and healthy growing environment for the plants and a clean and safe environment for fellow associates. The Cultivation Attendant will follow SOPs based on company cultivation practices and must meet and strive to exceed goals set by management. Cultivation Attendant must cheerfully execute their duties and maintain a productive work environment.
- Responsible for manicuring, cleaning, and staking plants.
- Responsible for transplanting, pre-harvesting, and harvesting in preparation for processing.
- Effectively and efficiently wash and clean pots and other required daily items.
- Assist with daily tasks in reproductive, vegetative, and flowering stages.
- Cleans trays, vents, hoods, racking, cloners, and walls in the facility.
- Capable of completing all relevant repetitive tasks regularly and consistently with a high level of attention and care.
- Cooperate and assist other Cultivation Leads and Associates in the areas of climate, irrigation, growing techniques, production trials, labor savings techniques and in any areas where assistance is required and as requested by other growers, maintenance, and management.
- Under the supervision of the Cultivation, leadership will have a continuous observation of crops, and equipment.
- Record plant growth patterns, plant temperatures, stresses and condensation points.
- Ensure proper crop irrigation by consistently monitoring and calibrating all grow scales, EC, and pH sensors.
- Monitor and ensure that disinfection procedures are implemented and followed.
- Must be able to clearly convey any information about plants, machines, activities within the cultivation function.
- Identifies hazards, reports accidents, incidents, and near-miss accidents through the proper channels and in a responsible manner so that they can be investigated, determined, and eliminated to prevent future occurrences.
- Maintains job-related confidentiality.
- Attendance at work and punctuality is essential to function of this position.
- Actively participates in a department team and all-staff meetings.
- Operates with a sense of teamwork.
- Strives to increase his/her knowledge base.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have a valid AZ state-issued ID.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Hold a valid AZDHS Facility Agent Card (company provided and maintained).
- Always conducts himself/herself in a professional and respectful manner.
- Basic mathematical skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to adjust to changing project needs in evolving situations.
- Results-driven.
- Hand dexterity and the ability to do the repetitive movement.
- Ability to read, interpret and adhere to documents such as Company Standard Operating Procedures, Policies, and Employee Communication material.
- Exposure to a fast pace/deadline-related environment is preferred.
- Must be able to work seated/standing as appropriate at workstations for extended periods of time, maintain body equilibrium while climbing ladders, stairways, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching, and use hands/fingers to hold, grasp, turn, pick, pinch frequently/constantly to complete tasks.
- Must be able to handle organic matter daily, able to wear PPE as appropriate (eye, face, hand, arm, head, foot, body, fall protection), and able to be exposed to hot, cold, wet, humid, or windy conditions while wearing PPE (95 degrees or greater).
- Must have visual acuity with/without job aids to perform activities such as reading, viewing a computer terminal, visual inspection involving small parts/details. Clarity of vision at 20 ft. or more in day and night/dark conditions.
- Must be able to work in a greenhouse environment in inclement weather for up to 8 hours.
- Must be able to speak and communicate verbally in English at conversation levels with co-workers, vendors, etc. (Moderate noise).

We are looking for a reliable Delivery Driver who is committed to a positive patient experience as well as transporting items in a safe, timely manner. The Delivery Driver will pick up and drop off items while adhering to assigned routes and time schedules. To succeed in this position, you should be willing to work as part of the delivery, inventory, and retail teams in order to ensure that all items are completely packed correctly and compliantly, and safely delivered to the correct patient.
Job Requirement
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES *
· Loading, transporting, and delivering product to patients in a safe, timely manner.
· Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the patient/customer is satisfied.
· Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
· Accepting payments for delivered items.
· Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients.
· Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.
· Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
· Preparing reports and other documents related to deliveries.
· Operating a company vehicle.
· Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS *
· Must be at least 25 years old.
· Must be an NM resident with a current valid State-issued Driver’s License.
· Must have a clean driving record/MVR.
· Familiarity with using navigation systems.
· Commercial Driver’s License preferred.
· Previous experience as a deliverer/courier is preferred but not required.
· Ability to walk, drive, lift and carry items up to 50 lbs.
· Willingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws.
· Willingness to travel extended lengths when necessary, to work extended hours when required to fulfill company growth requirements, and to be flexible with schedule and availability.
· Ability to manage high-stress situations and to be flexible and adaptable when a situation requires it.
· Proper employment documentation and authorized to work in the US.
EDUCATION:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
