Who we are looking for:
We are seeking an Order Fulfillment Associate to join our Packaging Department.
This position works full time in the packaging department performing tasks such as: order fulfillment, inventory tracking, making METRC manifests, making METRC package tags, and all other duties as assigned by the Packaging Supervisor.
Order fulfillment includes accurately and efficiently packing orders that were placed by the sales team, utilizing METRC inventory tracking software to create outgoing package tags and manifests, and communicating with the sales team and with the packaging department to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
Inventory tracking includes utilizing METRC, and also includes counting inventory / performing inventory audits.
Other duties include organizing and maintaining a clean wholesale inventory storage room, as well as assisting in the packaging department as time allows.
Work schedule is Monday through Friday, full time hours.
This position reports directly to the Packaging Supervisor.
Experience with METRC is desired.

REQUIRED:

Position Overview
The Inventory & Fulfillment Associates assist with the dispensary’s secure internal procedures for the receipt, transport, storage and organization of product inventory. Duties include conducting daily, weekly and monthly inventories; stockin product in storage and fulfillment areas; and assisting in filing inventory reports and related documentation.
Essential Job Functions
- Coordinate with the Inventory Manager and General Manager to ensure the adequate stocking of product throughout the day
- Perform daily, weekly and monthly inventories as instructed by the Inventory Manager
- Follow all hygiene and sanitation guidelines per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Maintain the organization and overall cleanliness of the department and product storage areas
- Maintain appropriate levels of supplies
- Alert the General Manager or Inventory Manager of any product quality concerns
- Execute repackaging projects to ensure timeliness, accurate accounting, quality and presentation
- Organize all products by SKU and commodity group, while continuously filling the fulfillment racks.
- Ensure that the fulfilment of all POS or online express orders are correctly packaged into exit bags with correct quantities, including all packaging and labeling that meets all local and state requirements
- Attentive to all tickets printed to fulfill orders in an orderly and timely manner
- Organize and file all “exit bags” from incoming orders and communicate any issues or problems with orders, to the Inventory Manager
- Add products and SKUs to our inventory and manage par levels and stock, to ensure correct product is saleable or unsaleable through POS
- Provide positive and constructive feedback on products that are slow moving or overstocked
- Maintain our inventory and product handling processes and procedures to be 100% compliant
- Maintain a clean inventory and fulfillment area
- Perform other duties as requested by management

- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
