Mystique of Maine is a licensed recreational and medical cannabis facility that is looking for a Head Grower to oversee operations at our greenhouse facility located in Auburn Maine. An ideal applicant will be able to define and implement cultivation processes that result in consistent, high-quality harvests year-round.
The facility is a modern cannabis greenhouse with automated light deprivation and LED grow lights. Experience working in this type of facility is preferred.
You must be capable of defining a clear cultivation plan and managing a small group of enthusiastic employees to consistently deliver on that plan.
Core Expectations
· Monitor growing conditions and oversees changes in humidity, moisture and temperature and cultivation procedures; adapting as the facility environment changes throughout the seasons.
· Create and execute a scouting plan that monitors both plant development and health to recognize and rectify problems early.

Experienced, enthusiastic cannabis grower with experience and references.
We are a small micro Tier II facility in Corbett, Oregon. We are in the midst of plans to increase canopy size from 1,250 sf to 5,000. You will be expected to help consult on the expansion and work with interface with contractor as needed. Must have valid OLCC marijuana handlers permit and ability to pass background check.
