Job description
The Budtender position will serve as an integral member of the daily operations team at retail dispensary locations operated by Kush Gardens. The employee in this role will serve as the face of Kush Gardens, interacting with customers, cashiering, assisting with retail inventory, displays, or working curbside. Retail Associates are friendly, compassionate cannabis professionals who guide customers through the process of understanding, selecting, and purchasing cannabis products, such as flowers, concentrates, edibles and topicals.
Essential Functions:
- Greet and acknowledge each customer as they enter and/or exit in a friendly, positive manner
- Serve as a point-of-contact for all customers.
- Assist with daily retail operations at the dispensary to ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently
- Cashier using Point of Sale systems and be proactive in assisting customers who are using devices to shop and compare.
- Sell cannabis products and merchandise through customer service techniques and professional selling skills, including sharing of product knowledge and up-selling.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience for both digital, curbside and physical customers by listening and responding to customer needs
- Perform sales support functions such as timely processing of new receipts, damages, testers, and returns to vendors
- Assist with product and order fulfillment as assigned
- Attend product training classes and seminars and other training as needed
- Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality are required

Join our campaign to legalize recreational adult use of marijuana in Oklahoma! The criminalization of marijuana has gone on for far too long. It is time for Oklahoma to stop punishing people for small amounts of marijuana and instead use tax revenue from legal sales for healthcare and education. We are fighting to put an end to small possession arrests for cannabis! We will be working to pass sensible marijuana laws that promote equitable drug regulation and expand access to health services.
We’re urgently hiring campaign staff to gather petition signatures from Oklahoma voters to put an important initiative on the ballot in 2022! Petitioners are paid hourly to canvas busy public places and ask passersby to stop and sign a petition with their name and date saying they want the chance to vote on the issue.
Get paid well! Canvass positions start at $21/hour. Leadership positions start at $23/hour. We offer overtime pay, driver bonuses, shift bonuses, paid training, sick pay, and bonuses for friend referrals. All team members have the opportunity to earn an extra $100 weekly bonus for working 4 or more shifts in a week, as well as a $50 bonus for anyone who collects 45 or more valid signatures in any shift.

- Must have a solid understanding of the Cannabis laws, rules and regulations and passion to further their understanding and knowledge of the industry and the laws.

- Must pass any and all required background checks.
- Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the cannabis industry.
- Must possess valid driver’s license.
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
- Must be approved by state badging agency to work in cannabis industry.

The largest growing operation in Oklahoma is looking to hire an entry level controller to train for eventual promotion into an executive management position.
The position will be responsible for book-keeping and accounting functions in addition to participating and learning growing operations from the ground up.
The position will be challenging physically and mentally, candidates will need to be able to lift 40lbs. Candidates will need to be in good health for the times of the year which require full participation for harvest and planting.
