HEAD GROWER

We are seeking an experienced and passionate cannabis cultivator to assist with overseeing our recreational indoor farm. Individuals who are driven and detail oriented, with experience overseeing indoor cannabis cultivation and driving results will be an excellent fit for this position.

The Head Grower will be responsible for all stages of cannabis growth. This individual will oversee a close-knit growing team, and will be expected to meet a standard of quality with finished product set by our management team. QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3 years’ experience cultivating indoor cannabis
• OLCC Marijuana Handler’s Card
• Proficiency with Metrc
• Problem-solving abilities, especially as it relates to cannabis cultivation

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for maintaining standard operating procedures and monitoring staff for adherence to written expectations

• Responsible for maintaining compliance with OLCC guidelines, including but not limited to: plant tracking, harvest, packaging & logging of additives

• Responsible for maintaining supply of necessary equipment including but not limited to: fertilizers, pesticides, cleaning materials, etc.

• Responsible for training staff and overseeing their work

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time

• Must be able to accommodate frequent bending, lifting and kneeling to accomplish daily tasks
