Summary
The General Manager of Lowell Farm Services will develop and execute plans to maximize the profitable operations of Lowell Farm Services (LFS) business unit. In this role you will collaborate to develop and manage cross-functional strategic plans that ensure efficient performance while driving top line revenue and maximizing client services at LFS. With a focus on Revenue Generation, the role oversees day-to-day operations that support the executive team, enables growth, and adds to the bottom line. Key Responsibilities*
- Manage incoming sales relationships and customer sales CRM
- Maintain, update, and publish pricing model for LFS services and a COGS model to determine margins.
- Communicate effectively with third party clients for incoming and outbound product, schedules, and expectations.
- Effectively manage a large staff of both company employees and temporary staff
- Properly manage payroll to stay in line with production targets
- Negotiating contracts and acquiring the most cost-efficient deals without compromising on quality
- Verify departmental inventory cycle counts of critical production supplies and packaging
- Manage all aspects of cannabis processing for owned and third party clients
- Manage calendar of room availability for clarity on tracking use and non-use period
- Develop and maintain KPI tracking dashboards data with IT/IS utilizing company platforms
- Ensure all aspects of the facility are in compliance with CTT/METRC at all times

Requirements
Qualifications and Experience
