Job Summary
The Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting the general manager and/or executive management with daily operations. Job Summary
The Keyholder/Sales Lead is responsible for assisting the general manager, and/or executive management with daily operations, as well as cash management. They are individuals that are comfortable with being accountable and responsible for high volumes of cash. Typical day for a keyholder may be opening, closing, counting cash, cash reconciliation, and assisting with inventory management. Duties and Responsibilities
- Assists with monitoring all transactions and cash within the retail store, counting drawers and safe, making change for registers, and performing record keeping duties related to all cash handling as necessary.
- Assists with knowledge, expertise, guidance, and a personalized experience to each customer by explaining potential benefits of the Premium Cannabis products.
- Excellent computer and technical skills, including experience with web browsers, retail POS systems, and credit card processing terminals. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with IT and technical support to correct them.
- Ability to learn, retain and train towards Toke's Standards with knowledge of security systems, BioTrackTHC, IheartJane, Dutchie, and any other system(s) implemented.
- Ability to remain accurate while performing all cash reconciliation procedures.
- Ability to meet and/or exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales goals. May include meeting team sales goals.
- Assist management staff in ensuring all procedures are being followed to reflect regulatory and compliance standards.
- Maintain an positive work environment while treating all individuals with courtesy, dignity and respect.

Qualifications
