WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Train new hires and existing team members, as needed, with updated policies and procedures
- Create and develop efficient processes in the DC for the teams
- Vehicle inventory, cleanliness, and maintenance
- Uploading all vehicle service records to Shared server (Teams)

We are a fast growing LA-based licensed cannabis start-up with some amazing projects in the works and are looking for experienced Distribution Team Lead.
Who You Are
You have experience in the legal cannabis industry, picking & packing, making products (prerolls, etc) and creating METRC manifests. You will spend 60% of your time helping our Distro Team with things like packing, organizing, cleaning, inventory, receiving deliveries, etc. You'll have at least 1 year of experience trimming or have working knowledge of the cannabis industry.
