Currently this will be a multi-faceted position. This position is a key part to an efficient and productive supply chain. This role will handle product inventory control from oil to finished cartridges, flower to prerolls. The main responsibilities of this position include meeting inventory goals, maintaining the warehouse cleanliness, and working closely under fulfillment goals and needs, sales team needs, and compliance needs to fulfill orders and meet distribution deadlines. This position is required to follow OLCC rules and regulations at all times. Excellent customer service that represents the high standards required by the company is a must.
Key Responsibilities and Accountability:
-Maintaining and creating inventory in METRC and Company Software
-Be able to work under developing inventory control procedures and aid in finding best practices
-Receive and record new product stock as it arrives from the lab; store or move as needed.
-Monitor packaging stock levels at the warehouse and communicate when to replenish stock.
-Help conduct regular audits and analyses to maintain and predict inventory issues and stay in compliance
-Communicate with the Distribution Manager about current stock and potential issues with orders.
-Assess inventory to ensure it is ready for shipping or delivery (quality control).
-Fulfill orders in a timely manner and coordinate packaging of orders for delivery.
-Deliver orders in Portland Metro, Coast, Southern Oregon and Bend regions if needed.
-Communicate packaging delays to Distribution Manager, sales team and lab in real time.
-Proactively and independently identify potential inventory shortages and communicate to the Distribution Manager.
-Comply with OSHA guidelines for warehouse safety.
-Comply with ODA guidelines for food safety.
-Comply with ODA guidelines for food safety while on site at edible warehouses.
-Comply with OLCC rules and regulations as stated in Division 25
-Complete repetitive tasks daily
-Stand for long periods of time (8 hours)
-Pass a background check.
Qualifications:
-METRC Certification
-Strong Microsoft Office and Google Drive Knowledge
-Strong attention to detail a must
-Experience in inventory, distribution and operational procedures a plus
-Must be able to own the company values
-Must be able to procure Marijuana Worker Permit before start date
-Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail
-Great written and verbal communication skills
-Basic computing and applications knowledge
-Understanding of distribution workplaces and supply chain workplace
-Must be able to bend and lift 50+ pounds
-Must have a valid state I.D. or drivers license and reliable transportation
-Must have a clean driving record
+ Experience with warehouse management systems, inventory and shipping and receiving a plus
+ Experience with cartridge filling, storage a plus.

Enjoy Brands is a fast growing company looking for an experienced Director of Production to organize and oversee our in house Manufacturing and Production departments. You will ultimately be responsible for the smooth running of all production lines, as well as departmental scaling and quality of output.
We are a recreational cannabis company that manufactures our own branded product lines as well as providing white label services for several other brands in the Oregon cannabis market. In addition, we currently have expansion projects in several other states' recreational markets moving forward. Our goals are simple, to ensure an efficient and productive manufacturing process that can out pace our sales demand, while at the same time scaling effectively and efficiently in Oregon and all other cannabis markets we enter. In addition, we are creating models and developing SOPs that are easily duplicated in production facilities we are opening in other states. Our ideal candidate will bring with him or her a deep knowledge of production procedures, the ability to manage, teach and mentor personnel towards maximum performance, as well as a drive and desire to put the work in for long term success.
*Responsibilities
- Mentor your department managers, supervisors and shift leads to become effective leaders in their departments
- Liaise with other Directors to formulate objectives and understand requirements
- Create effective teams in both the lab and production groups
- Set ambitious production goals and communicate them to key personnel
- Provide motivation, support and guidance to your department(s)
- Communicate any problems or obstacles to departmental managers for resolution
- Establish workflow policies that enhance speed and efficiency without compromising product safety or integrity
- Departmental budgeting
- Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
- Work closely with Inventory Control to insure that all required supplies are stocked to support production demand
- Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (managers, supervisors, team leads etc.)
- Coordinate with other department heads for interdepartmental collaboration including projections, goal setting and support
- Determine amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.) and communicate those needs to appropriate parties
- Approve maintenance work, purchasing of equipment etc.
- Create, maintain and constantly improve all standard operating procedures and departmental manuals
- Implement Constant Improvement Methodology with all departmental employees
- Ensure output meets quality standards
- Enforce health and safety precautions
Requirements
- Proven experience as Production and operations leader
- Deep knowledge of production management in manufacturing
- Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations
- Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts
- Experience in reporting on key production metrics
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP software
- Outstanding communication ability
- Excellent organizational and leaderships skills
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Attention to detail
- Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach
- BSc/Ba in business administration or relevant field is preferred
- Ability to obtain your OLCC Marijuanna Handlers Permit

Job Description;
We are looking for a team mate with an upbeat, can do attitude to join and add to our dynamic and supportive company culture. Candidates should be very experienced with the OLCC METRC system with experience managing high volume product conversions and license to license transfers.
Large parts of the position will consist of:
-Creating items and tags in METRC
-Creating multiple license to license transfers
-Converting products within METRC through the life cycle within the lab
-Communicating with management concerning timing and availability of product.
Job Requirements:
INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Ensure all METRC tagging, transformation of inventory, and movement of inventory are compliant with state regulations.
- Audit and report on METRC data regularly to ensure accuracy and compliance. Identify and resolve physical and digital inventory discrepancies, and record and report any
