Roles - Lead packers are familiar with inventory shipments, import marihuana products into the inventory system, keep the inventory storage room organized, orchestrate a product labeling system and formulate flower packing schedules based on demand by customers as well as availability of flower in the facility.

Roles - Assistant Managers assist the General Manager with performing essential management oversight, cash counting functions, team leadership, product handling, and product tracking. They are key holders, and have the ability to open and close the store by themselves when the general manager is not available to do so. Salary/Wage & Benefits
TFS offers enrollment into Health, Dental and Vision insurance packages through TFS, provided by Blue Cross Blue Shield. Employees are eligible if they are full time employees who have been employed for 90 days or more. Other benefits are offered to both PT and FT employees.
Compensation
Salary commensurate with experience and educational background.
Requirements
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must be willing to travel for training purposes
- 21+
- Must be detail oriented, and be able to follow required guidelines and regulations.
