What you'll be responsible for:
- Spending a minimum of 4 days per week visiting and nurturing your accounts.
- Executing 2-4 pop-ups a month. Pop-ups represent unfettered access to accounts. If you can't get excited by the opportunity to spend four uninterrupted hours with an account, then you're missing the gene we want.
- Maintaining detailed CRM records for customers and leads. Data is our lifeblood. Without it, we're lost. If you can't get excited by the best data in the industry, then you're missing the gene we want.
- Activating and managing promotions and sales incentives to drive product adoption and velocity
- Conducting diligent pre-call planning, route management, as well as tenacious follow-ups. "No" is just an opportunity to take another approach.
- Working with management to understand the competitive landscape and market trends and then putting a proactive plan together to win
- Representing the Ripple brand and effectively communicating our value propositions and technical differentiators.

We are looking for a Field Sales Specialist for Southern Colorado - South of Denver, Gunnisson, CB, Manitou, Salida, East of Pagosa. At Ripple, we believe marketing is a contact sport and intercepting and educating consumers is vital for the success of the brand. Our Field Sales Specialists are often the first experience a consumer has with our company and our products, and it’s imperative that the experience is positive, memorable, and effective. This isn’t a “trade show” gig, this is a full time position where you will work independently at your territory’s dispensaries, promote the unique features and benefits of Ripple, and build authentic relationships with budtenders and retail staff.
Your role is to educate a wide range of audiences about Ripple in a meaningful and genuine way. We don’t take the local mall’s food court “free sample” approach. We engage with consumers by asking them thoughtful questions, so we can understand their needs and guide them through our product offerings.
Ultimately, you are the face of the Ripple brand in your territory. Your attitude, approach, and abilities will directly impact the success of our field marketing efforts and growth within our accounts. While the majority of your time will be spent within retail locations, you will also be called in to support larger events.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Visiting up to 100 locations per month with specified or unspecified tasks.
- Generate re-orders ensuring all locations have all products available at all times.
- Lead generation and collaboration with other sales staff to generate new business.
- Schedule, plan, and conduct in-store events and trade shows as the face of Ripple within and outside of office hours.
- Inquire about and generate re-orders in preparation for and after in-store events.
- Promote, coordinate, and support planned promotions and in-store deals to achieve sell through and re-orders.
- Gathering vital information and intel from events and in-store activations and recording check-ins digitally after your events or drop-ins.
- Managing an inventory of promotional swag and material, including in-store vendor day collateral (table, signage, rug).

- Identifying and attending local and regional events that will benefit the brand.
- Implement and track success of new and existing marketing initiatives including but not limited to swag, competitions, and product launches.

We are looking for a Field Sales Specialist for Denver West + West - Covers West Denver and up to Vail, as well as Steamboat and Dinosaur. At Ripple, we believe marketing is a contact sport and intercepting and educating consumers is vital for the success of the brand. Our Field Sales Specialists are often the first experience a consumer has with our company and our products, and it’s imperative that the experience is positive, memorable, and effective. This isn’t a “trade show” gig, this is a full time position where you will work independently at your territory’s dispensaries, promote the unique features and benefits of Ripple, and build authentic relationships with budtenders and retail staff.
Your role is to educate a wide range of audiences about Ripple in a meaningful and genuine way. We don’t take the local mall’s food court “free sample” approach. We engage with consumers by asking them thoughtful questions, so we can understand their needs and guide them through our product offerings.
Ultimately, you are the face of the Ripple brand in your territory. Your attitude, approach, and abilities will directly impact the success of our field marketing efforts and growth within our accounts. While the majority of your time will be spent within retail locations, you will also be called in to support larger events.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Visiting up to 100 locations per month with specified or unspecified tasks.
- Generate re-orders ensuring all locations have all products available at all times.
- Lead generation and collaboration with other sales staff to generate new business.
- Schedule, plan, and conduct in-store events and trade shows as the face of Ripple within and outside of office hours.
- Inquire about and generate re-orders in preparation for and after in-store events.
- Promote, coordinate, and support planned promotions and in-store deals to achieve sell through and re-orders.
- Gathering vital information and intel from events and in-store activations and recording check-ins digitally after your events or drop-ins.
- Managing an inventory of promotional swag and material, including in-store vendor day collateral (table, signage, rug).
- Working with manufacturing logistics to ensure deliveries of product and samples are provided as expected.
- Identifying and attending local and regional events that will benefit the brand.
- Implement and track success of new and existing marketing initiatives including but not limited to swag, competitions, and product launches.
- Assist in the development and review of marketing materials to fit regional marketing and sales needs.
- Post on social media identifying whereabout and activities that pertain to public engagement.
- Assist with selection and management of part-time event based brand ambassadors.
- Merchandising retail locations with up-to-date displays and promotional materials.
- Working with management to understand the competitive landscape and market trends.
- Capturing in-store information such as merchandising and branding points.
- Representing the Ripple brand and effectively communicating our value propositions and technical differentiators.
- Other duties as assigned.
