POSITION SUMMARY
The Production Processor (Trimmer) is primarily responsible for the efficiency and quality of the marijuana plant trimming in preparation for sale. This position demonstrates proficiency, organization, calmness, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. There are multiple levels in the Production Processor realm, separated by various factors. Please see individual Processing Levels outlined below.
ESSENTIAL PRODUCTION PROCESSOR CORE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for maintaining and following Maggie’s Farm manufacturing and production procedures
- Work with management to assure all steps are being taken to assure company compliance.
- Take instructions and follow direction as delegated by managers to complete weekly team quota.
- Responsible for accurately weighing and recording all wet trim weights
- Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness in order to improve and promote quality
- Works in a timely manner and strives to increase productivity
- Responsible for maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the trim room while performing trimmings
- Responsible for maintaining Maggie’s Farm quality product
- Removing large fan leaves using hands and discard them into the plant waste trash.
- Removing branches and trimming buds.
- Manually trim marijuana plants using shears, scissors, hands, etc.
- Responsible for maintaining quality product while reaching daily quotas.
PRODUCTION PROCESSOR LEVEL 1 DUTIES & REQUIREMENTS
- Entry level for all new employees in Processing department
PRODUCTION PROCESSOR LEVEL 2 DIFFERENTIATING REQUIREMENTS
- Contingent upon the completion of 30 days of employment with no unexcused absences or company policy violations
o If there is an unexcused absence, employee restarts 30 day trial period
o Exception made with doctors note provided within 4 days of missed shift
- Consistently producing 1.5lbs or more per day
- No longer requires ongoing training
- Maintains high level of professionalism
o Pay rate: $14.25 for less than 2lbs/day, $14.50 for 2lbs+ per day on average after 30 days
o Eligible for harvest bonus (1 oz. flower voucher)
PRODUCTION PROCESSOR LEVEL 3 DIFFERENTIATING REQUIREMENTS
- Employee has completed at least 90 days as a PRODUCTION PROCESSOR Level 2 with Maggie's Farm
- Exceeds production goals on 90 day average (Lbs./90 days = average production; must average 2.1lbs or more per day)
- Consistently reliable
o No unexcused absences in the last 60 days. Exception for doctors note provided within 4 days of missed shift.
o No more than 1 excused absence in the last 60 days (approved PTO does not apply)
o Consistently on time for assigned shift
- Maintains high level of professionalism
o Pay rate: $15.00/hr

PRODUCTION PROCESSOR LEVEL 4 (Shift Lead) DIFFERENTIATING REQUIREMENTS
- Has successfully trained and mentored 5+ new employees
- Displays a desire for excellence in their role
- Possesses the ability to lead and inspire others
- Meets criteria as described in Production Supervisor job description
o Pay rate: $16.00+/hr
o Harvest bonus (1 oz. flower voucher plus additional incentives)
