GTI just keeps growing and growing! We're seeking a Pharmacy Technician, that will provide superior customer service, efficient and friendly demeanor to our patients. Assist the pharmacist in maintaining the clean and orderly appearance of the dispensary area, prioritizing work, and processing orders in compliance with Federal and State laws and company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Under the direct supervision of the Dispensary General Manager;
- Abides and files all required records for controlled substances according to State Agency regulations.
- Accurate prescription entry into pharmacy software and proper labeling of dispensable product.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Restock and proper storage of marijuana products in an organized manner.
- Restock and maintain packaging supplies associated with dispensing activities.
- Answering of phone calls in timely manner.
- POS experience including accurate daily cash and debit handling procedures
- Maintain strictest confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA guidelines
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Current Pharmacy Technician License
- Must pass any and all required background checks
- Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
- Experience in retail and/or customer service is a plus
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and with a variety of personalities
- Demonstrates a high level of oral and written communication skills.

Position: Care Center Coordinator

Position Summary:
Leafline Labs is one of two registered medical cannabis manufacturers in Minnesota. We focus on using controlled environment agriculture to produce various strains of cannabis that is turned into extraction-based medicine.
The Care Center Coordinator is responsible for handling all our patients needs at the Patient Care Centers. You will be the first-person greeting patients and answering their questions at the Patient Care Center. The Care Center Coordinator will provide excellent service and support Leafline Labs commitment to Patients First. Always.
Minnesota Law requires that any employee of Leafline Labs be at least 21 and free of any disqualifying felony convictions. Prior to beginning employment with Leafline Labs, every employee is legally required to submit to a background check conducted by the Bureau of Criminal Apprehension.
Responsibilities:
· Greet and check in patients and visitors upon arrival
· Confirm patient in state registry
· Administrative tasks such as copying, faxing, form completion and answering phones
· Assist in the preparation and dispensing of medications and supplies as assigned
· Handle cash/debit payment transactions in a timely manner
· Respond to patient questions and concerns
· Complete necessary reports
· Other duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Knowledge of basic computer skills, Point of Sale software and cash management
