POSITION SUMMARY
The Nursery Lead is responsible for maintaining proper plant health throughout the cultivation process. This role will assist the Nursery Supervisor in remaining compliant with all safety regulations and will provide assistant supervision to the Nursery Technicians.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Work with Nursery Supervisor to develop, refine and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training program for nursery
- Lead the nursery department to meet production demand, quantity and quality of ready to flower plants
- Assistant supervision of Nursery Techs including mentoring and feedback
- Record accurate information and ensure all tracking is compliant with government regulations
- Manage plants in early and late vegetative growth
- Maintain plant scheduling and organization week by week for all stages of growth
- Project stages of plants and growth to determine optimal times for transition into flower
- Oversee standard nursery tasks such as watering, transplanting, spacing, topping, and pruning
- Monitor standard cultivation tasks such as spacing, trellis, weaving and spreading
- Perform other duties as required
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must successfully pass a background check
- Previous supervisory experience
- Knowledge of the entire cannabis growth cycle
- Willingness to continue learning about horticulture and cannabis farming, and stay on top of current and future trends
- Have an understanding of plant biology
- Ability to work independently and to multitask efficiently
- Ability to take directions, self-check and follow up on work

Position Summary
Applicator is a Tech Role. Responsible for all applications to plants. Chemical applications, foliar and chemigation/inoculation of medium, as well as Biological Control Insect applications. Help ensure that the crop is pest free from clone to harvest.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Handle, Mix, and Apply Organic Pesticides, Fungicides, Inoculums
- Perform all applications to plants of all growth stages. This includes: all pesticide/fungicide applications, Biological Control Insects, and yellow sticky tape
- Work with Fertigation Supervisor to make sure all tanks are dosed appropriately
- Document all pesticide/fungicide usage in inventory control sheets
- Track PPE and other application supplies
- Document all PPE cleanings and replacement dates
- All application equipment is cleaned and triple rinsed at the end of each application
- Make sure Pesticide Storage Room is clean and organized
- Help with scouting of plants and general sanitation of grow spaces
- Adhere to all Company Environmental, Health and Safety Policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Due to state regulations, qualified candidates for this position must be at least 21 years of age and able to pass a background check – certain criminal convictions may disqualify candidates based on state cannabis licensing regulations.
- High School Diploma, GED equivalent; basic experience in a related technical field, may be substituted by demonstrated proficiency
- Private Applicator Certificate (company will help obtain if don’t currently have one)
- Ability to work split shifts as needed (2-3 times a week), as well as one day on weekend
- Must pass background check
- Basic math skills with the ability to measure and weigh organic chemicals
- Attention to detail, and be a self-starter
- Ability to start and complete a task without direct supervision
- Proven ability to take and follow precise orders from a supervisor
- Be comfortable working in dimly lit environments
- Assist in scouting and general sanitation of grow spaces
- Ability to lift heavy objects, walk, and stand for long periods of time and perform strenuous physical labor under adverse conditions
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing
- Ability to use equipment and tools properly and safely

Position Summary
The Staff Accountant will prepare and maintain financial records to track the organization’s assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liabilities, and other related financial activities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Performs general cost accounting and other related duties for the organization.
- Prepares monthly balance sheets, income statements, and profit and loss statements.
- Maintains the general ledger.
- Codes invoices, sets up new accounts, reconciles accounts, and closes the monthly books.
- Reconciles bank accounts at least monthly, verifies deposits, and addresses inquiries from banks.
- Reconciles cash disbursement accounts, payroll, customer accounts, and other financial accounts; manages accounts receivable collections.
- Verifies and/or completes payment of invoices associated with accounts payable and ensures payments are charged to the appropriate accounts.
- Provides outside auditors with assistance; gathers necessary account information and documents to perform annual audit.
- Files tax forms with federal, state, and local government agencies.
- Coordinates with software vendor to maintain accounting software systems; recommends updates to enhance the accounting software.
- Manages the purchasing and invoicing system.
- Maintains knowledge of acceptable accounting practices and procedures.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Position Summary
The Director of Compliance is responsible for ensuring that our cultivation, manufacturing, and distribution facilities are operating on compliance with all state and local ordinances, rules, and regulations.
General

- Assist with training needs of departments.
- Monitor state and local laws pertaining to operations and ensure compliance with such laws and update compliance documentation and processes as legislation and regulations change.
- Identify issues, analyze current business methods and provide suggestions to ensure the company maintains compliance with all regulators.

- Document all regulatory changes into training manuals and SOPs.

- Knowledge of regulations within the cannabis industry (preferred)
- 2-3 years of related experience in regulated industry such as cannabis, healthcare, biotech, tobacco, or pharmaceuticals (required).
- Ability to interpret regulations and laws and disseminate information.
- Experience in writing and training team members on implementations of SOPs.
- Ability to explain regulations in a way that will be understandable to front line employees.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work and meet deadlines.
- Strong verbal, written, and public speaking skills and interpersonal skills.

Position Summary
The Inventory Specialist - Cultivation is responsible for ensuring compliance with all California cannabis regulations by reporting cannabis activities in the state approved METRC software and ERP system.
General
Due to state regulations, qualified candidates for this position must be at least 21 years of age and able to pass a background check – certain criminal convictions may disqualify candidates based on state cannabis licensing regulations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Reporting newly created immature plants.
- Assigning plant batch tags for immature lots and individual flowering plants.
- Inventory and tracking movement of plants through all stages.
- Creating accurate METRC manifests between licenses.
- Inventory and tracking any disposals of plants.
- Reporting any waste from a cannabis plant.
- Inventory audits of all cannabis plants in accordance with Company and State Regulations.
- Reporting harvested plants wet weights total for each plant.
- Physical inventory of job supplies for the cultivation department.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualificartions (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 1 year experience working for a professional cannabis operation.
- Strong attention to detail; good organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of California cannabis regulations.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
