The Opportunity
Reporting to the Director, CMC Program, the clinical supply manager is a key member of the CMC/clinical supply group. This person will be responsible for planning and managing the investigational product (IP) supply for the pre-clinical and clinical programs, including IP demand forecasting, supply planning, manufacturing oversight, management of contract manufacturing organizations (CMOs) and clinical supply related activities. The clinical supply manager will play a key role by providing updates to the Human and Animal Research Program team, leading a continuous effort to ensure the maintenance of the project timelines and product availability.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for IP demand forecasts, including evaluation of IP demand based on protocol, creating supply plan, and performing a continuous monitoring of supply needs versus the forecast
- Establish and maintain a product supply and consumption process, monitor drug expiration and adjust the product request accordingly; initiate inventory release and re-supply as needed
- Responsible for providing IP, clinical supplies and other material for research and development studies
- Oversee IP production in-house and at CMOs
- Manage clinical packaging, labelling and distribution, including participation in contract negotiation and developing the distribution instructions with clinical supply chain vendors
- Liaise, collaborate with and contribute to other functional areas including CMC, Human and Animal Research Program, Innovation, Supply Chain, Logistic, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Finance, and external partners
- Assist with the drafting of applicable CMC sections within Clinical Study Reports (CSRs), manuscripts, conference submissions, and regulatory documents

Green Health Docs (www.greenhealthdocs.com), a physician-owned and operated company, is on a mission to curtail the opioid epidemic, as well as help patients with qualifying conditions receive access to medical marijuana.
We are looking for a Utah Clinical Operations Manager with a background successfully managing multiple medical office locations, including recruiting/hiring/training office staff and medical providers (nurse practitioners, physicians assistants and physicians).
The individual needs to be passionate about the benefits of medical marijuana, enjoy customer service and community outreach and marketing - with the goal of educating the public - and gain fulfillment by helping patients in need. They will travel to clinics throughout the state, have flexibility to work remotely once things are operationally sound, be required to develop relations with the Utah Department of Health, recruit medical providers (NPs and doctors), and set up media relations.

The base salary range posted is non-negotiable at $45k-$50k per year; however, monthly travel reimbursements (gas/mileage/tolls, hotels if necessary, etc.) up to $400 per month can be added to this range; please do not apply if you cannot agree to a total compensation of $49,800-$54,800. With successful growth of the business in Utah, bonuses and increases in salary will be given. We believe in rewarding you for results!
Responsibilities:
- Recruiting, hiring, training, and management of medical providers and office personnel
- Develop relationships with media throughout the State of Utah
- Connect with the Utah Department of Health
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided to a high volume of patient's and family members in a medical office setting
- Review patient information, documentation, payment, and scheduling using EMR system (Electric Medical Records)
- Set clinical staff and provider schedules
- Help patients navigate Utah marijuana regulations and registration process
- Perform consistent community outreach and grassroots marketing in all regions clinics operate
- Ensure empathetic, compassionate, and helpful care is provided to every patient
Qualifications
- Successful management of numerous individuals throughout multiple locations
- Track records of recruiting and hiring medical providers - nurse practitioners (NPs), physician assistants (PAs), and doctors (MD/DO)
- Willing to research and understand medical marijuana rules and regulations in Utah
- Ability to multi-task, including using technology such as EMR system, Google Drive, Microsoft Office/Outlook, etc.
- Outgoing personality
- Excellent communication skills
- 100% reliable, motivated, self-starter
