JOB SUMMARY
The Wellness Advisor of Sunnyside* Lutz, FL will be responsible for advising customers (recreational, medicinal and caregivers) in selecting the proper cannabis products for their needs and act as an ambassador of the company's mission to normalize, professionalize and revolutionize cannabis. You will use your customer service, product knowledge and adherence to state compliance regulations to ensure a best-in-class experience. Wellness Advisors are responsible for the customer lifecycle from check-in to consultation, order fulfillment to checkout. In this role, compliance with applicable state and company regulations will be at the forefront of all tasks.

CORE JOB DUTIES
- Greet customers, ensuring a best-in-class experience.
- Build customer relationships by asking questions about and listening attentively to customer needs, fostering a welcoming and reassuring environment.
- Assist customers in product selection through education of different cannabis products and their varying impact on the human body.
- Apply effective selling and cross-selling techniques to build baskets.
- Verify proper documentation and ID for customers.
- Assist in verifying the accuracy of orders being dispensed to customers in a timely fashion.
- Label and package customer orders.
- Perform accurate cash handling in the company's Point of Sale system, following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain accurate records of all dispensary activities including customer records, sales, deliveries and returns in accordance with the state regulatory agency and the standards set by Company.
- Perform routine inventory counts of all products.
- Ensure product stock is organized and meets compliance regulations.
- Assist managers with organizing sales floor merchandise and product displays.
- Ensure security measures and safety compliance in the store according to Company SOPs.
- Assist in keeping the store an organized and clean environment for customers and team
- Escalate any employee or customer issues to management.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service; retail or hospitality experience preferred.
- Flexibility to work shifts that may include opening, closing, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage with customers.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and apply technical and product-related information in a professional consultative manner.
- Must be able to lift, carry and balance up to 50 pounds (100 pounds with assistance)

Summary The Lead Store Associate is responsible for assisting the Dispensary Management team in all operational aspects of running the dispensary and ensuring each patient receives outstanding service by providing a positive and friendly environment. - Ensure Patients' concerns and/or questions are solved and answered promptly and efficiently, and communicate Patient requests and/or problems to Manager when needed.

- Ring up sales on Point of Sale System and process cash transactions.

Education and/or Work Experience
- Demonstration of knowledge and proficiency of all Standard Operating Procedures related to dispensary operations
- Previous experience as a pharmacy technician, bank teller, or other work experience with strict compliance standards preferred.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Retail, cash handling and Point of Sales (POS) experience required.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Experience in medical cannabis industry highly desirable, but not required.

Summary The Lead Store Associate is responsible for assisting the Dispensary Management team in all operational aspects of running the dispensary and ensuring each patient receives outstanding service by providing a positive and friendly environment. - Assist the Dispensary Manager and the Dispensary Assistant manager in all activities related to inventory management.

- Recommend, select and help locate the proper medicine for Patients depending on their individual needs and Physician Certification.
- Communicate the effects of different types of cannabis to Patients clearly and effectively.
- Ring up sales on Point of Sale System and process cash transactions.
- Ensure strict controls to protect organization assets at the direction of management.
- Set up and break down display cases daily. Assist in display maintenance and housekeeping.
- Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock, and participate in inventory counts.
- Facilitate the new membership and Patient renewal processes.
- Perform data entry and manage the Patient database.
- Dispensing medical cannabis in Medical Marijuana Use Registry.
- Answer phone calls and forward to the appropriate staff member.
- Book appointments for Patients for services they request.
- Maintain a current stock of Educational materials, new patient folders etc.

Job Summary:
The Cannabis Advisor is responsible for providing exceptional individualized customer service, educational consulting, and in some cases patient record management. This role is responsible for the efficient execution of patient deliveries. The Cannabis Advisor is responsible providing excellent customer service and education guidance to registered patients and Designated Primary Caregiver ("DPC"). Take patients orders, record sales in the Inventory Control System ("ICS"), and handle cash, and debit card transactions. Maintain an organized environment and facility appearance. The payrate for this position is $15 per hour.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Retail, cash handling and Point of Sales (POS) experience required.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Experience in the medical cannabis industry desirable, but not required.
- Must be 21 years old
- Subject to background check per state cannabis regulations

Summary The Lead Dispensary Associate is responsible for assisting the Dispensary Management team in all operational aspects of running the dispensary and ensuring each patient receives outstanding service by providing a positive and friendly environment. Job Summary:
The Cannabis Advisor is responsible for providing exceptional individualized customer service, educational consulting, and in some cases patient record management. This role is responsible for the efficient execution of patient deliveries. The Cannabis Advisor is responsible providing excellent customer service and education guidance to registered patients and Designated Primary Caregiver ("DPC"). The Dispensary Manager ensures that the dispensary department operations are in compliance with the DOH and internally approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's). - Maintains highest level of presentation, customer service, and compassion to all patients

- Reviewing, maintaining and updating all departmental SOP's and assuring that any changes are communicated to employees and the most recent SOP versions are available 24/7 for planned and unplanned audits by regulators and organization management
- Overseeing and ensuring cash management procedures are being followed including, transacting, opening, closing, depositing, reporting, maintaining and reconciling cash with all departmental SOP's

- Responsible for ensuring all employees state registration identification cards are renewed each year
- First point of departmental contact with State and Local regulatory representatives

- Ensuring proper management of pre-packaged inventory and inventory movement between the vault and dispensing stations
- Overseeing and ensuring nightly audits & 30-day audits are being conducted in conjunction with all departments
- Responsible for organizing regular meetings with suppliers to optimize discounts and achieve the best pricing in the market
Marketing and Outreach
- Organize and lead guest tours and maintaining relationships with physicians, patients, politicians and professionals in the community that we serve
- Responsible for ongoing education and outreach program relating to medical cannabis for the benefit of member patients
- Responsible for maintaining all social media content in a professional way that portrays a best in class company image
- Coordinate on the success of promotions, coupon and recommend future promotions and sales
