- Ensure staff is signed off on all SOPs in Mother, Clone, and Veg rooms.

As a general manager, this position oversees all daily functions of the Nursery as a whole. The General Manager is to ensure that all departments are working efficiently and cohesively to create smooth operational processes. It is important that this person has an innovative mind to look for ways to improve the daily functions and streamline all departments (production, sales, and maintenance). Cannabis cultivation experience is not required, though is appreciated. The General Manager of this facility will report to the owners of the company. This position requires heavy understanding and use of Excel/Google Sheets. Applicants will need a strong skillset in the use of formulas and syntax in either of these programs, as well as the ability to oversee proper use of the track and trace program, METRC.
